Description
本発明に係る解決法は、引っ張り棒が交換切削板の軸中心多角形開口を通って係合する補完の多角形部分を有する点に、特にその本質がある。この点に関する更なる改善は、また基体が少なくともその板座の近傍で中央多角形開口を有し、そこを通って引っ張り棒の補完多角形部分が軸線方向に係合することによって達成される。引っ張り棒の2つの多角形部分が直接互いに接続して、交換切削板と基板の間で板座の範囲に存する分離個所を軸線方向に通り抜けるのが、有利である。
本発明の好適な態様では、円錐状の締め面を有する引っ張り棒ヘッドが補完の内側円錐部分に対して交換切削板の端面に隣接することを想定する。装着状態で内側円錐部分に突っ込んで配置されるように引っ張り棒ヘッドを見積もるのが、目的に適って適切である。このやり方で、盲孔もその底部まで完全にえぐり取られることが達成される。
図面に示すマシンリーマは、シャフトとして形成された基体10と、前側で当該基体を軸線方向に突き出たリーマヘッド12とを有する。リーマヘッド12は、軸線方向に固定して遊びなく且つ同軸状に自己心出しして基体10の前側板座14にぴんと張って入れられている一体的な交換切削板(割り出し可能なインサート)として形成されている。焼結された切削材料、特に硬金属から成る交換切削板12は、周方向に相互に間隔をおいて配された多数の切歯16を有する。切歯の歯部分は不均一である。更に切削板は、平坦面22を超えて軸線方向に突き出た円錐状の継ぎ足し部24を有し、これによって切削板は板座14内に遊びなく固定され得る。

Claims (16)
- シャフト状基体(10)と、端面で当該基体(10)を超えて軸線方向に突き出てワンピース状交換切削板(12)として構成されたリーマヘッドとを備えて成るマシンリーマであって、上記交換切削板は軸線方向に突き出た肩部(24)で上記基体(10)の前側板座(14)に導入可能であり、そこで軸中心で基体(10)を通って延在する引っ張り棒(44)を用いて嵌め込み可能であり、引っ張り棒(44)が交換切削板(12)の端面に隣接するヘッド(46)を有するようなマシンリーマにおいて、
交換切削板(12)の軸中心多角形開口(30)を通って係合する補完的な多角形部分(32)を引っ張り棒(44)が有することを特徴とするマシンリーマ。 - 基体(10)が少なくともその板座(14)の近傍にて中央多角形開口(34)を有し、これを通って引っ張り棒の補完多角形部分(32’)が軸線方向に係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張り棒の両方の多角形部分(32,32’)が直接相互に接続し、交換切削板(12)と基体(10)の間で板座(14)の範囲に在る分離個所を軸線方向に通り抜けることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 多角形部分(32,32’)が引っ張り棒(44)のヘッド(46)に接続することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張り棒(44)のヘッド(46)が円錐状の内側窪み(45)で、補完内側円錐部分(47)に対して交換切削板(12)の端面(47)で隣接することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張り棒(44)のヘッド(46)が交換切削板(12)の内側円錐部分に突っ込んで配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張り棒が、冷却潤滑剤を浴びせられ得る軸方向孔(54)を有し、これが引っ張り棒ヘッド(46)の範囲にて、交換切削板(12)の刃(16)に案内される半径方向路(56)に連通することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 半径方向路(56)が出口側で引っ張り棒ヘッド(46)の円錐面(45)を通り抜け、そこでそれぞれ転換切削板(12)の刃(16)の前に在る付属自由空間(57)に連通することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 基体(10)が、その板座(14)と反対側端部に、軸中心の凹み部(49)を有し、そこに引っ張り棒(44)のネジ部(48)に取り付け可能な引っ張りナット(50)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張りナット(50)が凹み部(49)にて捻じ曲げ可能で且つ軸線方向に変位不能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張りナット(50)が止めリング(51)によって凹み部(49)に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張りナットが、軸中心凹み部(49)の環状境界面(60)に軸線方向に支持可能なヘッド部分(62)と、基体(10)の軸方向孔(42)を通って係合するシャフト部分(64)とを有し、シャフト部分はその自由端で、引っ張り棒(44)のネジ部(48)に取り付け可能なナットネジ部(66)を有することを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のマシンリーマ。
- シャフト部分(64)が中空シャフトとして形成され、引っ張り棒(44)が当該中空シャフトの内部(68)と連通する軸方向孔(54)を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張りナット(50)のシャフト部分(64)が、引っ張り棒(44)より大きな外径及び/又は大きな長さを有することを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 引っ張りナット(50)が、ネジ工具係合用の、軸線方向外側からアクセス可能で交換切削板(12)の多角形開口(30)に寸法的に対応する多角形開口(52)を有する請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のマシンリーマ。
- 多角形開口(52)が内面六角部として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のマシンリーマ。
