Claims (5)
- 上部が開放された円筒状の本体と;
前記本体の底面部に内設され、中央部に突出部が備わったヨークと;
前記ヨークの突出部の端部と所定間隔離隔されて前記ヨークの縁部上に設置されたリングタイプマグネットと;
前記マグネット上に設置されたアッパープレートと;
使用者の骨導と接触して前記使用者に振動を伝達するマストイドと;
前記マストイドの下側に挿入されて前記本体の開放部を閉鎖する弾性材質の音響振動板と;
前記マストイドに挿入された前記音響振動板の下側に挿入された補助振動板と;
前記補助振動板に付着されて前記ヨークの突出部の端部とリングタイプマグネットとの間に挿入されるボイスコイルと;
前記音響振動板を前記本体上に固定するフロントキャップと;
前記ボイスコイルに電気信号を入力する電気信号入力部と;を備えて構成され、
前記マストイドおよび補助振動板のうち少なくとも一部分には、ハウリング防止ホールがさらに形成されることを特徴とする振動板を用いた超小型骨導スピーカー。 - 前記音響振動板は、ベリリウム銅材質により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の振動板を用いた超小型骨導スピーカー。
- 前記リングタイプマグネットは、Nd材質により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の振動板を用いた超小型骨導スピーカー。
- 前記電気信号入力部は、前記ボイスコイルの一端および他端と連結された引き出し線が前記本体に形成された貫通ホールを通して外部に引き出され、前記本体部の外側の連結端子と連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の振動板を用いた超小型骨導スピーカー。
- 骨導スピーカーを備える移動電話機であって、
前記骨導スピーカーは、
上部が開放された円筒状の本体と、
前記本体の底面部に内設され、中央部に突出部が備わったヨークと、
前記ヨークの突出部の端部と所定間隔離隔されて前記ヨークの縁部上に設置されたリングタイプマグネットと、
前記マグネット上に設置されたアッパープレートと、
使用者の骨導と接触して前記使用者に振動を伝達するマストイドと、
前記マストイドの下側に挿入されて前記本体の開放部を閉鎖する弾性材質の音響振動板と、
前記マストイドに挿入された音響振動板の下側に挿入された補助振動板と、
前記補助振動板に付着されて前記ヨークの突出部の端部とリングタイプマグネットとの間に挿入されるボイスコイルと、
前記音響振動板を前記本体上に固定するフロントキャップと、
前記ボイスコイルに電気信号を入力する電気信号入力部と、を備えて構成され、
前記マストイドおよび補助振動板のうち少なくとも一部分には、ハウリング防止ホールがさらに形成されることを特徴とする移動電話機。
