Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置,其复合振动装置包括一传振片和一振动板,所述传振片设置为第一圆环体,以及在该第一圆环体中向中心辐辏的至少两个第一支杆;所述振动板设置为第二圆环体,以及在该第二圆环体中向中心辐辏的至少两个第二支杆;所述传振片和所述振动板固定在一起;所述第一圆环体固定在一磁系统上,所述第二圆环体上固定有一受所述磁系统作用的音圈。本发明骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置由于采用固连的传振片和振动板,其工艺简单、成本较低;由于复合振动装置的两个部件不仅可以调节低频,而且可以调节高频,使得所获得的频率响应更为平坦,声音更为宽广。

Description

一种骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨传导扬声器及其部件的改进,具体地说,涉及一种通过利用振动板和传振片组成的复合振动装置来改良骨传导扬声器的频率响应的骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,听见声音的原理是因为空气中的振动通过外耳耳道把振动传递到了耳膜,通过耳膜形成的振动驱动人的听觉神经,由此感知声音的振动。现有技术的骨传导扬声器在工作时,可以通常通过人的皮肤、皮下组织及骨骼传递到人的听觉神经,从而使人听到声音。
在当今已有的骨传导扬声器工作时,伴随着振动板的振动,经由固定块固定着振动板的壳体也随着振动板产生振动,所以将该壳体振动面接触在耳后、脸颊或额头等部位,其振动就可以作为骨传导音进行传递,从而可以清楚的听到声音。
然而,当今已有的此种振动部件的骨传导扬声器产生的频率响应曲线如图4中实线所示的两种表现形式。在理想状态下都人们都希望扬声器的频率响应曲线平坦成一条直线最好,且响应频率顶端平直部越宽越好,这样的音质就会更好,且为人耳所能感知。但是如图4中的当今已有的骨传导扬声器的频率响应不是在低频有过高的谐振峰,就是在高频有过高的谐振峰,这样就极大的限制了其音质的发展。可见,使用现有振动部件的骨传导扬声器很难提高其音质,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置,改进现有的骨传导扬声器的振动部件,利用振动板和传振片组成的复合振动装置来改良骨传导扬声器的频率响应,使频率响应趋近平坦,得到较为宽广的听觉声音。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种骨传导扬声器的复合振动装置,其中,其包括一传振片和一振动板,所述传振片设置为第一圆环体,以及在该第一圆环体中向中心辐辏的至少两个第一支杆;所述振动板设置为第二圆环体,以及在该第二圆环体中向中心辐辏的至少两个第二支杆;所述传振片和所述振动板固定在一起;所述第一圆环体固定在一磁系统上,所述第二圆环体上固定有一受所述磁系统作用的音圈。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,所述磁系统设置包括一底板,以及在该底板上设置的环形磁体和在该环形磁体内与该环形磁体同心设置的内磁体,以及在所述内磁体上设置的内导磁板,在所述环形磁体上设置的环形导磁板;在所述环形导磁板上设置有用于固定所述第一圆环体的垫圈;所述音圈设置在所述内导磁板和环形导磁板之间。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,所述第一支杆及所述第二支杆分别设置为三个。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,所述第一支杆和所述第二支杆为直杆。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,在所述振动板的中央设置有与所述传振片适配的凹槽。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,所述传振片与所述振动板的支杆交错设置。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,所述支杆交错角度为60度。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,所述传振片选用不锈钢,其厚度为0.1-0.2mm并且传振片第一支杆宽度为0.5-1.0mm;所述振动板的第二支杆宽度为1.6-2.6mm且厚度为0.8-1.2mm。
所述的复合振动装置,其中,所述传振片和振动板设置为多个,依次通过中心和/或圆环固定连接在一起。
一种骨传导扬声器,其中,采用上述任一所述的复合振动装置。
本发明所提供的一种骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置,由于采用固连的传振片和振动板,其工艺简单、成本较低;由于复合振动装置的两个部件不仅可以调节低频,而且可以调节高频,使得所获得的频率响应更为平坦,声音更为宽广,避免了由单一振动板导致的频率响应陡峭,声音单薄的问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,将对本发明的各较佳实施例进行更为详细的说明。
如图1和图3所示,本发明骨传导扬声器的复合振动装置,其包括:传振片1和振动板2组成的复合振动部件,所述传振片1设置为一第一圆环体111,并在该第一圆环体内设置有向中心辐辏的三个第一支杆112,其辐辏中心位置与所述振动板2的中心固定。所述振动板2的中心为配合所述辐辏中心及第一支杆的凹槽120。所述振动板2设置具有较所述传振片1半径小的第二圆环体121,以及较所述第一支杆112粗厚的三个第二支杆122,在装配时所述第一支杆112和所述第二支杆122错开设置,可以但不限于呈60度角,如图2所示。较好的是,上述第一支杆和第二支杆都可以采用直杆。
显然上述第一支杆和第二支杆的数目可以设置为两个以上,例如两个时可以设置为对称结构,但三个支杆的设置方式是最为经济的设计,不限于此种支杆设置方式,本发明所述支杆还可以设置为四个、五个等更多数目的轮辐结构。
所述传振片1具有薄的厚度并且可增加弹力,传振片1是卡在振动板2的凹槽120中心的。粘接在振动板2的第二圆环体121下侧设置有音圈8。本发明的复合振动装置还包括底板12,在该底板12上设置有环形磁体10,在该环形磁体10内同心设置有内磁体11;在所述内磁体11的顶面设置有内导磁板9,同时在所述环形磁体10上设置有环形导磁板7,在所述环形导磁板7上方固定设置有垫圈6,所述传振片1的第一圆环体111与该垫圈6相固定连接。该整个复合振动装置通过一面板13与外部连接,所述面板13固连所述传振片1的辐辏中心位置,并卡合固定在传振片1和振动板2的中心位置。
应当说明的是,上述传振片和振动板的结构设置都可以设置多个,通过中心固定或依次交错中心和边缘固定,形成多层振动结构,分别对应不同的响应频响范围,实现一种全音域全频响高品质音响的耳机振动单元,只是成本会比较高而已。
本发明所述骨传导扬声器通过上述环形导磁板7、环形磁体10、底板12、内磁体11和内导磁板9组成了磁系统,由于音频电流在音圈8中的电流变化产生磁场变化,通过对该磁系统的作用产生音圈8的振动;该复合振动装置通过垫圈6与磁系统连接;该骨传导扬声器通过面板13与外部连接,可将振动传递到人骨。
本发明骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置的较佳实施例中,所述环形导磁板7、环形磁体10、内导磁板9、内磁体11和底板12组成的磁系统在音圈8通电产生电流感应而生的磁场强度发生着变化,电感也随之发生变化,使得音圈8发生纵向的运动,并引起振动板2的振动,从而将振动传递给传振片1,最后经由面板13与人耳后、脸颊或额头等部位相接触而将振动传递到人骨,从而产生声音。完整的产品单元如图6所示。
通过利用振动板和传振片组成的复合振动装置,得到了如图5所示的频率响应,由二重的复合振动产生了两个谐振峰,通过调节两个部件的尺寸和材料等参数,让谐振峰发生移动,低频的谐振峰向越低频移动,高频的谐振峰向越高频移动,最终可以拟合成图5所示的虚线的频率响应曲线,也就是理想状态下的平坦的频率响应,这些谐振峰范围都在耳朵所能听到的频响范围内,这样就拓宽了音响的谐振响应范围,得到了理想的声音。
在较佳实施例中,但不限于的是,可以采用,传振片选用不锈钢,其厚度在0.1-0.2mm并且传振片第一支杆的中间三根直杆的宽度在0.5-1.0mm时候,能够使得骨传导扬声器的低频谐振峰在300-900Hz;振动板第二支杆的三根直杆宽度1.6-2.6mm,直杆的厚度在0.8-1.2mm时候,能够使得骨传导扬声器的高频谐振峰在7500-9500Hz。同时,传振片和振动板的结构也不仅限于三根直杆的结构,只要他们的结构能够使得传振片和振动板产生适当的柔度,十字杆或者是更多的根杆状结构也是适用的。当然如果复合振动部件越多则得到的谐振峰越多,在拟合下曲线也会趋于平坦,声音更为宽广,因此,本发明更佳的实施例中可以采用多于两个的传振片或振动板等类似部件进行重叠设置,只是其成本将更高。
本发明上述复合振动装置应用于骨传导扬声器中时,主要应用的领域是骨传导耳机中,因此采用上述结构的骨传导扬声器也是本发明的保护范围之一。
本发明使用的一种骨传导扬声器及其复合振动装置,其工艺简单、成本较低;由于复合振动装置的两个部件不仅可以调节低频,而且可以调节高频,如图5所示,使得所获得的频率响应更为平坦,声音更为宽广,避免了由单一振动板导致的频率响应陡峭,声音单薄的问题,从而拓宽了骨传导扬声器的应用前景。
现有技术的振动部件都因为没有考虑过每个部件对于频响的影响,即使可能有与本发明相似的外形,但是实际产生的频率响应陡峭,声音单薄,由于各部件之间的配合不合适,得到的谐振峰超出了人类可听到声音可听频率20Hz到20KHz的范围,因此实际产生效用的通常只有一个尖锐的谐振峰频响特性如图4所示,其音质较差。
应当理解的是,上述针对本发明较佳实施例的描述较为具体,并不能因此而认为是对本发明专利保护范围的限制,本发明的专利保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种骨传导扬声器的复合振动装置,其特征在于,其包括一传振片和一振动板,所述传振片设置为第一圆环体,以及在该第一圆环体中向中心辐辏的至少两个第一支杆;所述振动板设置为第二圆环体,以及在该第二圆环体中向中心辐辏的至少两个第二支杆;所述传振片和所述振动板固定在一起;所述第一圆环体固定在一磁系统上,所述第二圆环体上固定有一受所述磁系统作用的音圈。
2.根据权利要求l所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,所述磁系统设置包括一底板,以及在该底板上设置的环形磁体和在该环形磁体内与该环形磁体同心设置的内磁体,以及在所述内磁体上设置的内导磁板,在所述环形磁体上设置的环形导磁板;在所述环形导磁板上设置有用于固定所述第一圆环体的垫圈;所述音圈设置在所述内导磁板和环形导磁板之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,所述第一支杆及所述第二支杆分别设置为三个。
4.根据权利要求l所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,所述第一支杆和所述第二支杆为直杆。
5.根据权利要求l所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,在所述振动板的中央设置有与所述传振片适配的凹槽。
6.根据权利要求l所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,所述传振片与所述振动板的支杆交错设置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,所述传振片的第一支杆和所述振动板的第二支杆之间的交错角度为60度。
8.根据权利要求l所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,所述传振片选用不锈钢,其厚度为0.1-0.2mm并且传振片第一支杆宽度为0.5-1.0mm;所述振动板的第二支杆宽度为1.6-2.6mm且厚度为0.8-1.2mm。
9.根据权利要求l所述的复合振动装置,其特征在于,所述传振片和振动板设置为多个,依次通过中心和/或圆环固定连接在一起。
10.一种骨传导扬声器,其特征在于,采用如权利要求l至9任一所述的复合振动装置。
