Description
The present invention relates to an algae landing block, an algae breeding bed and a fishing reef bed using porous concrete blocks.
Conventionally, fish reefs and algae breeding beds using porous concrete are known, but in such things, the compressive strength is 10 N value or more using natural stone crushed by adjusting the particle size as an aggregate in cement powder. The porosity is about 25% or more.
However, since such a porous concrete block uses natural stone as an aggregate, its water absorption is low, and a number of gaps are generated in the concrete block, so that the compressive strength is also lower than that of ordinary concrete. In addition, when crustaceans and polychaetes proliferate in the voids of the porous concrete block, there are problems such as clogging caused by secondary adhering organisms and a decrease in the proliferation function.
In addition, although conventional masonry breeding reefs using natural stones are also known, the effect can be expected in the initial stage, but if attached organisms adhere to the surface of the masonry, the inside of the masonry breeding reef is clogged. There is a drawback that the growth effect is reduced by half.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-166655 discloses and proposes an artificial fishing reef block in which a shell shell concrete concrete molded body is provided in an outer peripheral portion of a normal concrete body and an artificial fishing reef. (See Patent Document 1)
However, in this artificial reef block and artificial reef, the shell porous concrete is weak in strength, and since the algae does not adhere to the ordinary concrete body of the outer periphery, the effect as an algae growth bed will be halved. There was a problem.
In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-216847, a porous flat plate block made of porous concrete is fixed in a required arrangement in a recess between opposing plate parts of a main body block formed from an integrally molded product of concrete. The inclined state is inclined with respect to the water flow direction in the recess, the parallel state along the water flow direction, the orthogonal state orthogonal to the water flow direction, and the flat surface on the inner surface of the recess. A fish nest block including an inner surface abutting state where the abutment abuts, and a water channel structure using the same are disclosed and proposed. (See Patent Document 2).
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and improves the water absorption, compressive strength, algae growth function of porous concrete mass, and prevents clogging, and this It aims at providing the used algae breeding bed and fishing reef bed.
The present invention is provided in order to solve the above problems, and claims 1 to 5 and 7 each propose a block for algae implantation.
Here, in the invention described in
Further, according to

Moreover, in
Furthermore, in
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the cement powder is kneaded with the tile crushing material as an aggregate and further mixed with a fiber material to form a porous concrete block of a sphere, and flat portions are provided at both ends of the sphere.
Further, claims 8 and 9 propose a fish reef bed using the algae landing block according to
According to this invention of Claims 1-5, since an aggregate is comprised with the tile crushing material, it becomes a rough surface and the crushing shape is also uneven | corrugated and a surface area becomes large.
Moreover, since the surface is ground and the cement film is removed to expose the porous surface of the crushed tile, the water absorption is further improved, and the algae is more likely to settle.
In addition, it is lighter than crushed natural stones, and has countless blisters and air holes formed when tile clay is burned. Hard to occur.
In addition, as a debris crushing material, a smoldering tile, an unglazed roof tile, etc. can be used, and especially the thing using a smoldering tile forms a hard carbon film on the surface, and also has a water quality purification effect.
Further, the fiber material can be used as a binder for the aggregate to improve the brittleness of the porous concrete block.
The fiber material is preferably about 7 to 20 mm when the fiber is separated, and the cilia protrudes from the surface of the porous concrete lump, regardless of whether it is a regular or irregular shape such as a knitted net or fragments thereof. By increasing the algae growth rate, the algae growth rate can be improved.
In addition, if such porous concrete lumps are mixed with admixtures such as shell powder, iron powder, ore, and converter slag, these will release the nutrients necessary for seaweed, so the algae growth effect Can be further improved.
The fiber material does not need to be densely formed on the surface, and does not need to protrude long from the surface. It is sufficient to prevent the algal spores from sliding off.
Furthermore, when adjusting the smoldering tile to a predetermined particle size and mixing an admixture that is a nutrient for algae, the crushing material is considered to be an algae growth effect and easy to manufacture. In consideration of this, a diameter of about 10 to 20 mm is desirable, but not limited thereto.
In addition, as an admixture that becomes a nutrient for algae, for example, shellfish powder, iron powder, ore, converter slag, etc. can be mixed, and it dissolves as algae nutrient in the sea and is extremely useful for the growth of algae. is there.
When the fiber material is composed of a net-like body, it becomes a connecting material for aggregates and can reinforce the porous concrete block. In such a thing, since the fiber material of the net-like body is hardened and bonded with cement in a state of covering the crushed tile without covering the blister traces and air hole traces formed on the surface of the crushed tile, more Vulnerability is improved. In this case, it is desirable that the cilia protrude from the surface of the porous concrete block, thereby improving the algae growth rate and promoting the algae growth.

FIG. 10 is an explanatory view showing the basic procedure of the method for producing the algae implantation block.
In order to manufacture a block for algae landing, first, tiles such as smoldering tiles and unglazed tiles and blast furnace cement are mixed and stirred with a mixer (S1).
By stirring the roof tile, the roof tile crushing material is formed, and this roof tile breaking material becomes the aggregate.
Next, a fiber material or a fiber material made into a net-like sheet or a fragment is mixed into the surface of the mixer (S2). Next, admixtures such as iron powder and shellfish powder are mixed (S3). Next, the water in the mixer is increased by about 10% (S4). Next, a high performance AE water reducing agent is mixed (S5).
And it stirs again (S6). Next, it is placed by receiving it from the mixer to the hopper (S7). Finally, it is compacted from the upper surface of the porous concrete with a wall-mounted vibrator at the time of placing (S8). This completes the production of the alga implantation block (S9).
When the algae landing block is used as an algae growth bed, the algae landing blocks are arranged and fixed to the steel frame with bolts and nuts.
In addition, when the algae landing block is embedded in a fishing reef or algae growth bed, it is embedded in the surface when placing concrete on the reef or algae growth floor, but a part of it is exposed in a sufficiently protruding state. . When the main body is placed on the algal growth function, holes are made in the algae landing block, and both ends thereof are fixed with a concrete base to improve the upper and lower air permeability. When fixing the algae landing block to the reef formwork, fix it with bolts and nuts. Such a method is appropriately adopted.
