本発明は、被調理物を収納して加熱する調理室の後方に、循環ファンとヒータとを備えた送風室ケースを固定し、この送風室ケースと調理室とを仕切る仕切板に形成した複数の吸気孔や吹出孔を通して、送風室ケース内の熱気を調理室内に循環するものにおいて、送風室ケースの上面にヒータを挿入可能な挿入孔を穿孔し、この挿入孔よりヒータを送風室ケースの上面より着脱可能に装着して成るものである。
