BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pallet for a parking apparatus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pallet for a parking device for placing a vehicle thereon and transporting it to an entrance / exit of a vehicle hangar or storing the vehicle while being placed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A typical vehicle mounting pallet provided in a multistage or circulation parking device is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-115860. As shown in FIG. 6, the
[0003]
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 6-341245 also discloses a pallet similar to the
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a vehicle enters the pallet, the end of the pallet at the center rising portion on the vehicle entry side (hereinafter referred to as the front portion) may come into contact with the bottom of the vehicle. In particular, the possibility of contact is increased in a vehicle having a small bottom surface height at the bottom.
[0005]
Also, the pallet is usually positioned so that its track floor is slightly higher than the roadway ahead of the pallet. This is because the level of the front lane is adjusted by a slight descent of the pallet due to the weight of the vehicle. Such a level difference further increases the possibility of the contact.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and provides a pallet for a parking device that is prevented from coming into contact with the bottom of the vehicle when the vehicle is put in, and that can be drained toward the left and right outwards. The purpose is that.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The pallet of the parking device of the present invention is
A central convex portion formed along the front-rear direction at the central portion in the left-right direction on the vehicle placement surface , and a wheel entry surface on which the wheels of the mounted vehicle on both the left and right sides sandwiching the central convex portion should be placed. The height of the central convex portion from the innermost edge of the wheel entry surface is made constant along the front-rear direction, and the wheel entry surface has a water gradient that inclines downward toward the left and right outwards. cage, inclined towards the left and right outside of the water gradient, smaller in the pallet front end, is formed so as to gradually increase toward the rear, the height of the upper surface of the central convex portion, a low Ku at the front end portion of the pallet are gradually rather high according to the increase of the water gradient toward the rear.
[0008]
Therefore, not only does the drainage action in the left-right direction on the top surface of the pallet, but also when the vehicle gets on the pallet from its front end, there is no possibility that the front end of the high portion at the center of the pallet contacts the bottom of the vehicle.
[0009]
Moreover, the pallet of the parking apparatus of the present invention is
A central convex portion formed along the front-rear direction at the central portion in the left-right direction on the vehicle placement surface, and a wheel entry surface on which the wheels of the mounted vehicle on both the left and right sides sandwiching the central convex portion should be placed. The height of the central convex portion from the innermost edge of the wheel entry surface is made constant along the front-rear direction, and the wheel entry surface has a water gradient that inclines downward toward the left and right outwards. In addition, the inclination of the water gradient to the left and right outwards is made constant along the front-rear direction of the pallet, and the entire vehicle mounting surface is low at the front end of the pallet and gradually increased toward the rear. . Accordingly, it is possible to exert a draining action directed forward as well as a draining action in the left-right direction on the top surface of the pallet .
[0010]
The pallet of yet another parking device of the present invention is
A central convex portion formed along the front-rear direction at the central portion in the left-right direction on the vehicle placement surface , and a wheel entry surface on which the wheels of the mounted vehicle on both the left and right sides sandwiching the central convex portion should be placed. The height of the central convex portion from the innermost edge of the wheel entry surface is made constant along the front-rear direction, and the wheel entry surface has a water gradient that inclines downward toward the left and right outwards. The slope of the water gradient is small at the pallet front end and the rear end, and is gradually increased toward the middle in the front-rear direction, and the height of the upper surface of the central convex portion is in front and rear ends of the pallet rather low, and gradually high rot according to the increase of the water gradient toward the longitudinal direction intermediate portion.
[0011]
Therefore, the front end of the high part at the center of the pallet contacts the bottom of the vehicle when the vehicle enters the pallet from either the front end or the rear end as well as draining in the horizontal direction on the top surface of the pallet. There is no fear.
[0012]
In addition, the pallet of another parking device of the present invention is
A central convex portion formed along the front-rear direction at the central portion in the left-right direction on the vehicle placement surface, and a wheel entry surface on which the wheels of the mounted vehicle on both the left and right sides sandwiching the central convex portion should be placed. The height of the central convex portion from the innermost edge of the wheel entry surface is made constant along the front-rear direction, and the wheel entry surface has a water gradient that inclines downward toward the left and right outwards. The water gradient is constant along the pallet front-rear direction, and the entire vehicle mounting surface is low at the front and rear end parts of the pallet, and at the middle part in the front-rear direction. It is getting higher gradually. Accordingly, it is possible to exert both the front and rear drainage action as well as the right and left drainage action on the upper surface of the pallet .
[0013]
Then, the vehicle mounting surface is formed so as to exhibit an arcuate cross section that is an upward convex with the high part as the apex, thereby facilitating manufacture, and generally having an almost arcuate shape. Therefore, the strength is improved, and the deflection of the pallet caused by entering the vehicle is more effectively prevented.
[0014]
Furthermore, in this arch-shaped pallet, the curvature of the arc in the cross section of the vehicle mounting surface is formed so as to gradually decrease toward the front of the pallet, or from the middle part in the front-rear direction of the pallet toward both the front and rear. By forming so as to gradually decrease, it is possible to improve the draining action forward or both front and rear while maintaining the arched effect.
[0015]
Alternatively, the inclination of the wheel entry surface to the left and right outwards is formed so as to gradually decrease toward the front of the pallet, or formed so as to gradually decrease from the front and rear intermediate portion of the pallet toward both front and rear. Thus, it is possible to improve the drainage action to the front or both front and rear while maintaining the effect of the above pallet.
[0016]
