After collecting the water in the gutter 6, it is further transferred to the support post 2 of the head guard 1.
A drainage hose 10 disposed inside the vehicle body is used to guide the water to the lower part of the vehicle body.

A drainage pipe is connected to the rainwater via a conduit to guide rainwater downward from the vehicle body, while a rain-shielding sheet attached to the roof is directed toward the rainwater so that the rainwater flows into the rainwater. In order to arrange the roof part in an inclined manner, a notch is provided on the inner circumferential side of the frame plate in the roof part, which slopes downward from both ends toward the rain gutter side in the central part, and a cutout part is provided between the frame plates. The spines are set so that those closer to the center are lower in order, and drainage openings are formed at the slanted ends of the sheet to drain rainwater into the rain gutter. is actively drained without accumulating on the seat.

As shown in the figure, the head guard 1 has four hollow pillars 2 that are erected on the front, rear, left and right sides of a vehicle body (not shown). It is formed into a rectangular shape by a pair of frame plates 3 and a pair of front and rear frame plates 4 extending in parallel in the left-right direction, and
A roof portion having lattice-like support beams 5 is supported between the frame plates 3 and 4. Note that at least the left and right frame plates 3 are formed in a hollow shape. Furthermore, a rain gutter 6 having a substantially V-shaped cross section is disposed approximately at the center between the front and rear frame plates 4 and extends horizontally in the left-right direction, and both ends of the gutter 6 are fixed to the left and right frame plates 3. The rain gutter 6 is set so that its upper surface is lower than the upper surfaces of the frame plates 3 and 4.

In particular, the notches 3a of the left and right frame plates 3 are formed with a downward slope from both ends to the center. There is. Two rain-shielding sheets 7, front and rear, are attached to the roof so that their peripheral edges engage with the cutouts 3a, 4a of the frame plates 3, 4. Therefore, both the front and rear sheets 7 are inclined downward toward the center of each other, and their inclined ends engage with the upper edge of the rain gutter 6 while being spaced apart from each other, thereby preventing rainwater from flowing into the rain gutter 6. A drainage opening 8 is formed. Sheet 7 is a transparent and colored synthetic resin board,
For example, it is made of acrylic plate and can be used not only for rain protection but also for sun protection, and therefore it is desirable to fix it with bolts or other means that can be removed as necessary. . In addition, in order to correspond to the inclined arrangement of the seat 7, the support bones 5 are set so that those closer to the center are successively lower.

One end of the conduit 9 is connected to the end of the rain gutter 6, and the other end is connected to a drain hose 10, which is disposed through the front pillar 2 so as to guide rainwater to the lower part of the vehicle body. connected to the top end.

Therefore, rainwater flows toward the center along the inclination of the front and rear sheets 7, and is collected in the gutter 6 through the drainage opening 8, and is then drained below the vehicle body through the conduit 9 and the drainage hose 10. As a result, the occurrence of puddles as in the conventional case is prevented.
As mentioned above, the sheet 7 is made of a transparent material.
Since it is possible to see upward through the sheet, it can also be used to shade the sun. This means that the sheet can be kept in place at all times as a sheet for use in both rain and shine, which is effective in eliminating the need to put it on and take it off.

is shaped so as to have a downward slope from the front and rear ends to the center, and an appropriate number of drainage holes 11 are provided at appropriate intervals in the left and right direction at the bottom of the valley in the center to serve as openings for draining rainwater into the rain gutter 6. It is set aside. The seat 7 is attached by tying strings 12 attached to the flange portion 7a on its periphery to the left and right and front and rear frame plates 3 and 4. It is supported in an inclined manner. Therefore, as in the case of the second embodiment, rainwater does not accumulate on the sheet 7 but flows along the slope, and is drained from the drainage hole 11 via the rain gutter 6, the conduit 9, and the drainage hose 10.

ある。Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, rainwater can be actively and quickly collected into the rain gutter provided at the center of the roof by using the downward slope toward the center formed on the sheet. Therefore, problems associated with the formation of water puddles on the sheet as in the prior art can be solved, and rainwater can be prevented from spilling from around the roof. In addition, in the case of the present invention, since the central part of the sheet is recessed, it is easy to collect rainwater, and the overall height of the head guard is not increased compared to the case where a medium-height slope is formed. The present invention can be easily realized by making slight changes to the components of current head cards, that is, by forming a notch on the inner peripheral side of the frame plate and changing the height of the support bone. Such a change does not change the overall height or head clearance of the vehicle, nor does it cause problems with the strength of the head guard, and is highly practical.
