BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an AC-AC power converter that converts multi-phase AC power to DC power using a semiconductor switching element, and further converts this DC power to multi-phase AC power. The present invention relates to a power conversion device that reduces distortion of an input current waveform and an output voltage waveform without using an energy buffer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 shows the prior art of this type of AC-AC power converter, and the number of phases on the input / output side is the most common three-phase as an example of multiphase.

Due to the influence of the zero period T 0 of the DC link section current i dc described above, a large distortion occurs in the R-phase current waveform, and accordingly, a distortion also occurs in the UV line voltage waveform.
[0012]
Thus, the distortion of the input current increases the harmonics of the power supply voltage, and adversely affects system voltage drop and malfunction of other devices. In addition, when the motor is connected as a load of the AC-AC power converter, the distortion of the output voltage not only causes torque vibration and noise of the motor, but also increases the copper loss due to the harmonic current. Reduce.
[0013]
Therefore, the present invention provides an AC-AC power converter that does not have a filter between the PWM rectifier and the PWM inverter, and obtains a distortion-free sine wave in the input current waveform and the output voltage waveform to An object of the present invention is to provide a power conversion device that does not impede a load.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a first embodiment of the present invention. The same components as those in FIG. 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. Hereinafter, different parts will be mainly described.

At the same time, it is necessary to make the average value of the DC link section current i dc in one carrier cycle equal in the R-phase conduction period and the S-phase conduction period.
[0021]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the peak position of the carrier on the
At this time, in the periods T 1 and T 2 , the ratio of the periods t 1 and t 2 in the zero current period T 0 is equal to the ratio of T 1 and T 2 . Therefore, (due to zero current period T 0) with respect to the original R-phase conduction period T 2 and the ratio of deletion period t 2 of the R-phase input current waveform, (zero current period for the original S-phase conduction period T 1 T 0 due to the) is the ratio of deletion period t 1 of the S-phase input current waveform is equal to.
In other words, the modified triangular wave generating means 16 sets the zero period T 0 of the DC link section current i dc to the ratio of the conduction period of the R phase and the S phase (ratio of T 2 and T 1 , that is, ratio of t 2 and t 1 ) Accordingly, a carrier having a peak position to be divided is generated.
[0022]
As a specific method for creating a deformed triangular wave, the deformed triangular wave generating means 16 in FIG. 1 uses the R-phase on / off ratio output from the on / off ratio extracting means 17 to make the positive slope of the carrier proportional to T 1 , It is proportional to the negative of the slope of the carrier to T 2.
Similarly, in other S-phase and T-phase operation modes, by generating a modified triangular wave whose slope is controlled in proportion to the ON / OFF period of the switching phase generated by the
