【0020】
vrst=max(vr,−vr,vs,−vs,vt,−vt)
【0021】
ただし、数式2において、max(x1,x2,……)
除算器3では、正側電圧vrst(これをbとする)を平均値vrstavg(これをaとする)により除算してb/a、すなわち周波数指令の補正係数(vrst/vrstavg)を求め、乗算器4に出力する。
【0027】
Vdc=(Sr−Ss)vrs+(Ss−St)vst+(St−Sr)vtr
【0028】
【0031】
除算器3では、仮想直流リンク電圧Vdc(これをbとする)をその平均値Vdcavg(これをaとする)により除算してb/a、すなわち周波数指令の補正係数(Vdc/Vdcavg)を求め、乗算器4に出力する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an AC-AC direct conversion power converter (hereinafter simply referred to as a direct conversion power converter as required) that directly converts AC power into AC power without a large energy buffer. The present invention relates to a direct conversion power conversion apparatus that suppresses a low-frequency component superimposed on an output voltage when a voltage that is 0.866 times or more the voltage amplitude is output.

[Prior art]
FIG. 6 shows a control block diagram of a conventional direct conversion power converter.
In FIG. 6, an output voltage command is created by a three-phase oscillator 11 to which an output voltage amplitude command and a frequency command are input, and this output voltage command is input to a pulse pattern generator 12 to obtain a desired three-phase AC voltage. The PWM pulse for generating is generated.

As shown in parentheses in FIG. 7, the bidirectional switches S1 to S9 connect semiconductor switching elements S01 and S02 such as IGBTs, to which diodes D1 and D2 are connected in antiparallel, for example, in reverse series, or have reverse breakdown voltage capability. If there is, only the semiconductor switching elements S01 and S02 are connected in antiparallel.

When a matrix converter as shown in FIG. 7 is used as the
In this method, the PWM pattern of the matrix converter is determined based on the magnitude relation of the power supply voltage. The bidirectional switch of the minimum voltage phase of the power supply voltage is always turned on, and the PWM is performed by the bidirectional switches for the remaining two phases. Control is in progress.
[0006]
As another method for generating a pulse pattern according to the output voltage command, there is a known method described in Non-Patent
This method assumes a circuit composed of a PWM rectifier and an inverter, and combines the switching functions of both to obtain a pulse pattern of a matrix converter.
[0007]
FIG. 8 shows the principle of generating an output voltage of a direct conversion type power converter including a matrix converter. In any pulse generation pattern, the direct conversion type power converter directly cuts out the power supply voltage waveform (indicated by R, S, T and their reverse phase waveforms -R, -S, -T) by the PWM pulse, Output voltage is generated. That is, the output voltage is arbitrarily generated within the envelope of the power supply voltage waveform.
In the case of the matrix converter, since the output of the power supply voltage in the reverse phase is also possible, the envelope (envelope voltage) of the voltage waveform indicating the output possible range is 6 phases including the reverse phase as shown in FIG. Consists of exchange. In this case, if the output voltage is 0.866 times or less of the amplitude of the power supply voltage (below the broken line in FIG. 8), an arbitrary output voltage waveform can be generated by PWM control.

A converter control circuit that obtains a direct current output by insulation and rectification after directly converting alternating current input into high frequency alternating current is described in
This prior art is intended to suppress low-frequency pulsation contained in the DC output voltage of the converter, thereby eliminating noise and torque ripple of the motor, which is a load, and reducing the filter capacity.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a voltage exceeding 0.866 times the amplitude of the power supply voltage is output, the output voltage waveform is distorted due to the restriction of the envelope as in the waveform of the voltage Vuv indicated by a thick line in FIG. This distortion causes the area of the output voltage waveform to be asymmetric between positive and negative and causes a low frequency component to be superimposed on the output voltage.
When a motor or the like is connected as a load of the direct conversion type power conversion device, the low frequency component voltage described above increases the magnetic flux of the motor and generates a large pulsation in the output torque of the motor, causing noise. Become.
Further, as the magnetic flux increases, the loss of the electric motor increases due to eddy current loss and the like, and there is a risk that the electric motor may be destroyed due to overheating, or the electric motor and a machine connected thereto may be destroyed due to torque pulsation.

Furthermore, although the said

[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention reduces the low-frequency component superimposed on the AC output voltage even when the amplitude of the AC output voltage exceeds 0.866 times the amplitude of the power supply voltage, thereby generating motor noise, torque pulsation, and abnormal overheating. It is an object of the present invention to provide a direct conversion type power conversion device that prevents the above-described problem.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, FIG. 1 is a control block diagram showing a first embodiment of the present invention, which corresponds to the embodiment of the invention described in
[0017]
The reason why the low frequency component is superimposed on the AC output voltage of the direct conversion type power conversion device is that the area (time product) of the output voltage waveform becomes asymmetrical between positive and negative. Therefore, in the first embodiment, the output voltage waveform In order to make the area positive and negative, the output frequency was changed according to the envelope voltage of the power supply voltage. That is, the output frequency command is corrected by

As a result, in a period in which the positive voltage v rst of the envelope voltage is lower than the average value v rstavg , the output frequency command is made lower than the original frequency command, and the positive voltage v rst of the envelope voltage is lower than the average value v rstavg . By making the output frequency command higher than the original frequency command in the high period, even when the output voltage is 0.866 times or more of the amplitude of the power supply voltage, the areas of the output voltage waveform are made positive and negative to equalize each area. be able to.
[0023]
In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the power supply voltage detected by the power supply voltage detection means 14 is input to the envelope voltage calculation means 1, and the positive side voltage (instantaneous value) v rst of the envelope voltage is obtained by the calculation of
The
[0024]
With the configuration as described above, as shown in FIG. 2, during the period when the positive voltage v rst of the envelope voltage is lower than the average value v rstavg , the correction coefficient (v rst / v rstavg ) is made smaller than 1 and corrected. When the output frequency command f ** is lower than the original output frequency command f * and the positive voltage v rst of the envelope voltage is higher than the average value v rstavg , the correction coefficient (v rst / v rstavg ) is set to 1. The corrected output frequency command f ** is made higher than the original output frequency command f * .
In this way, by changing the magnitude of the output frequency command f ** in accordance with the magnitude relationship between the positive voltage v rst of the envelope voltage and the average value v rstavg , the envelope is positive or negative in the output voltage waveform. It becomes difficult to be restricted by the line voltage, and the distortion of the waveform can be suppressed and the area of the output voltage waveform can be made almost symmetrical.

Next, FIG. 3 is a control block diagram showing a second embodiment of the present invention, which corresponds to the embodiment of the invention described in
In this embodiment, as the pulse pattern generator 12, a circuit composed of a virtual PWM rectifier and an inverter is assumed, and when a pulse pattern of the
[0026]
When control is performed so that the output voltage of the virtual PWM rectifier is maximized, the envelope of the power supply voltage waveform appears in the virtual DC link voltage and includes ripples.
Here, when the switching function of the upper arm of the PWM rectifier is S r , S s , and S t (on when S = 1, off when S = 0), the lower arm performs switching opposite to the upper arm. Then, the virtual DC link voltage V dc can be expressed by
[0027]
[Equation 3]
V dc = (S r -S s ) v rs + (S s -S t) v st + (S t -S r) v tr
[0028]
Note that v rs , v st , v tr : voltage between each phase line.
In the second embodiment, the DC link voltage V dc obtained by

In FIG. 3, the virtual DC voltage calculation means 5 uses the virtual DC link voltage according to
This virtual DC link voltage (instantaneous value) V dc is input to the average value calculation means 2 composed of a low-pass filter or the like, and the average value V dcavg of the virtual DC link voltage is calculated.

Next, FIG. 4 is a control block diagram showing a third embodiment of the present invention, which corresponds to an embodiment of the invention described in
In this embodiment, a magnetic flux vector is used to equalize the positive and negative areas of the output voltage waveform. The positive / negative area (time product) of the output voltage waveform is equivalent to calculating the magnetic flux by integrating the output voltage. Controlling the positive / negative area of the output voltage waveform to be equal is equivalent to This is equivalent to correcting the output frequency so that the size is constant.
[0034]
Therefore, in this embodiment, each phase output voltage v u , v v , v w of the
[0035]
[Equation 5]
[0036]
The magnitude of the magnetic flux vector is calculated by
[0037]
[Formula 6]
[0038]
In FIG. 4, the magnetic flux vector calculation means 7 calculates the magnitude | size (instantaneous value) of magnetic flux vector by calculating
That is, when the magnitude of the magnetic flux vector becomes smaller than the average value, the output frequency command is made lower than the original frequency command, and when the magnitude of the magnetic flux vector becomes larger than the average value, the output Make the frequency command higher than the original frequency command.
[0039]
As a result, the output frequency is controlled so that the magnitude of the magnetic flux is constant, so that control is performed so that the positive and negative areas of the output voltage waveform are equivalently equal as described above.
In the third embodiment, the output frequency command is corrected by the correction coefficient obtained by dividing the instantaneous value by the average value as in the first and second embodiments. However, as a control method of the output frequency command, Alternatively, a feedback control method using a regulator may be used so that the magnitude of the magnetic flux calculated by the magnetic flux vector calculating means is constant. Further, the magnitude of the magnetic flux may be obtained by estimating the output voltage from the power supply voltage and the switching pattern without detecting the output voltage.
[0040]
Next, FIG. 5 is a control block diagram showing a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which corresponds to another embodiment of the invention described in
Here, FIG. 5 shows the correction target as the amplitude command of the output voltage. Similarly, in the embodiments (first and second embodiments) of FIGS. The amplitude command may be corrected by multiplying the amplitude command. These embodiments are included in the inventions described in
[0041]
The difference from FIG. 4 will be described with reference to FIG. 5. The
[0042]
In the above configuration, when the magnitude of the magnetic flux vector is smaller than the average value, the amplitude command of the output voltage is made larger than the original amplitude command, and the magnitude of the magnetic flux vector is larger than the average value. Makes the output voltage amplitude command smaller than the original amplitude command.
In FIG. 5, only the amplitude command is adjusted. However, in the region where the output voltage exceeds 0.866 times the amplitude of the power supply voltage, the adjustment based on the amplitude may not be sufficient. The command may also be adjusted. That is, the embodiments of FIGS. 4 and 5 can be combined.
[0043]
In each of the above embodiments, in order to adjust the frequency or amplitude of the output voltage, the output frequency command or the amplitude command (that is, the fundamental wave frequency command or the fundamental wave amplitude command) input to the three-phase oscillator (sine wave oscillator) 11. However, the output voltage may be corrected directly from the PWM pulse train output from the pulse pattern generator 12 so that the positive and negative areas of the output voltage waveform are equal.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, even when a voltage exceeding 0.866 times the amplitude of the power supply voltage is output using a matrix converter or the like, the positive and negative areas of the output voltage waveform can be made substantially equal. The low frequency component superimposed on the AC output voltage can be suppressed by eliminating waveform distortion. As a result, since the magnetic flux does not increase even when an electric motor is connected to the load, it is possible to prevent noise generation, torque pulsation, and abnormal overheating of the electric motor.
