Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
In the game board of the gaming machine, the hit ball launched from the hit ball launching device jumps from the firing rail to the outer rail, jumps to the outer rail, is guided to the outer rail, and jumps into the game section. The conventional outer rail generally forms a cylindrical fixing portion through which the fixed nail passes by bending the base end portion, and the fixed nail passed through the fixing portion is driven into a game board body made of veneer plywood. It was fixed. Further, the conventional outer rail has been fixed by driving cotter pins locked to the lower edge at appropriate intervals into the game board main body.
On the other hand, in order to guide the hit ball to the game unit without making contact with the glass surface or the game board surface, the fixed outer rail must be raised at a predetermined angle with respect to the game board main body. Therefore, the mounting angle of the outer rail has been adjusted by hitting the above-described fixing nail with a hammer or the like from the side.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a hit ball collides with a conventional outer rail that is firmly fixed to the game board main body, a phenomenon that the landing point of the hit ball is worn abruptly has occurred.
Further, in the conventional outer rail, in order to adjust the angle, that is, to adjust the standing state with respect to the game board surface, as described above, the fixed nail is hit with a hammer or the like, so that skill is required. In addition, since this adjustment work must be performed in a narrow work space, other members and the assembly machine may be accidentally hit to make the game board unusable or damage the assembly machine.

Further, a completion indicator lamp 23 is provided on the right upper corner portion outside the outer rail 31 or the inner rail 32, a prize ball indicator lamp 24 is provided on the left upper corner portion outside the outer rail 31, and a glass decoration frame. An external indicator lamp 25 is provided on the upper edge of 13. Hereinafter, the outside of the outer rail 31 and the inner rail 32 is referred to as a non-game unit 26.
[0008]
On the front side of the lower tray set 15, an operation grip 152 is provided for adjusting the flight distance of the hit ball that is shot into the game unit 21 by the hit ball launching device 161. In addition, the lower tray set 15 is provided with an ashtray 153, a ball removal lever 154, and the like in addition to the lower tray 151 for storing the acquired prize balls.
[0009]
The front frame 11 for assembling the various devices or various members as described above may be formed by cutting veneer plywood or the like, or may be formed by molding a synthetic resin. Further, the outer frame 12 that hinges the front frame 11 with a hinge device is a wooden board or the like framed in a rectangular shape. In the illustrated embodiment, a reinforcing metal fitting 121 is provided at a connection corner. The side edges of the front frame 11 are provided with recesses 122 and 123 and lock fittings 124 as reliefs for the levers and key pieces of the locking device 131.
[0010]
The game board 2 is a main member of the pachinko machine 1, and various game members are added to a generally rectangular game board main body 27 in which a cell sheet (not shown) having a design drawing is integrally coupled to the entire front surface of the veneer plywood. Install and configure. The game board main body 27 is formed by cutting veneer plywood, for example. In addition, illustration of an opening part, an attachment hole, etc. is abbreviate | omitted in drawing.
[0011]
A game part 21 and a non-game part 26 are formed on the front side of the game board main body 27 with a decorative member 3 to be described later. That is, it is divided into a portion where the hit ball launched by the player rolls and a portion used for display and decoration without the hit ball jumping out. For this reason, in the conventional game board 2, a belt-shaped stainless steel plate called “guide rail” or “band” is arranged in a substantially circular or spiral shape, and the split pin is driven into the game board main body 27 and fixed. Was.
[0012]
Therefore, in the conventional pachinko machine 1, it is difficult to fix the guide rail in a predetermined shape, that is, so as to draw a correct curve and to stand upright with respect to the board surface. Moreover, since the side edge (cut) of the guide rail is exposed, there is a risk of injury during cleaning.
[0013]
Therefore, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the decorative member 3 composed of the first decorative base member 4 and the second decorative base member 5 formed substantially in the same shape as the game board main body 27 is superposed on the front side of the game board main body 27. By doing so, a gaming part 21 and a non-game part 26 are formed.
[0014]
The first decoration base member 4 is a plate-like member configured to have a shape that is almost the same as the game board main body 27, in other words, a shape that matches the outline, and is integrally formed of a light-transmitting synthetic resin. As a result, the design drawing of the game board main body 27 appears to be transparent. In the central portion of the first decorative base member 4, a substantially circular first empty portion 41 that becomes the game portion 21 is provided so that the surface portion of the game board main body 27 can be seen.
[0015]
A base plate portion 42 for forming the non-game portion 26 is provided around the first empty portion 41. A first outer rail mounting portion on which the outer rail 31 can be mounted is formed on the inner edge of the base plate portion 42, that is, the outer edge of the first empty portion 41, as a support for the outer rail 31 described later. The first outer rail mounting portion includes, for example, an outer standing piece 43 and a protrusion 44 that protrudes with an interval corresponding to the thickness of the outer rail 31.
[0016]
The outer standing piece 43 starts from the lower left base plate portion 421 on the lower left side along the side edge of the first empty portion 41 toward the drawing where the base end (tip) of the outer rail 31 described later is located, and the upper left on the upper left side. The base plate portion 422 is connected in a circular arc, and ends at the position of the bounce rubber 45 in the right base plate portion 423 on the upper right side. On the inner side of the base end portion of the outer standing piece 43, the protrusion 44 for forming the receiving groove 431 for receiving the side edge of the outer rail 31 is provided in parallel as described above.
[0017]
The first decorative base member 4 is provided with an inner standing piece 46 that functions as the inner rail 32. The inner standing piece 46 is formed at the side edge of the first empty portion 41 with a gap through which a hit ball can pass so as to partially overlap the outer rail mounting portion, that is, the outer standing piece 43. In the illustrated embodiment, the inner upright piece 46 functions directly as the inner rail 32 in the left portion of the gaming portion 21, and the lower portion is the lower portion of the inner rail 32 where the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6 described later is provided. However, when the illegal game prevention member 6 is not attached, the inner standing piece 46 functions as the inner rail 32.
[0018]
On the other hand, an inner hanging piece 54 is provided on the side facing the inner standing piece 46, that is, on the right side of the game unit 21 to function as the inner rail 32. That is, it starts in an arc from the position of the rebound rubber 45 of the front plate portion 52 provided around the second empty portion 51 of the second decorative base member 5 toward the game board surface, passes through the lower right base portion 521, It ends at the left end of the concave portion 53 which becomes the out port 22 at the lower position. In the illustrated embodiment, the portion directly functioning as the inner rail 32 is the right portion of the gaming portion 21, and the lower portion is provided with a later-described unauthorized gaming preventing member 6.
[0019]
The portion where the outer standing piece 43 and the inner standing piece 46 overlap is a passage for a ball to be shot by a player, that is, a portion serving as a ball passage 47, which is connected by a bottom plate portion 471, and has a wide entrance side. The outlet side is narrowed. In addition, the tip of the bottom plate portion 471 at the exit portion is connected to the game board surface obliquely by the inclined surface 472 so that the hit ball smoothly enters the game portion 21.
[0020]
A return ball prevention device 48 is provided at the exit portion of the hit ball, that is, at the tip of the inner standing piece 46. According to the illustrated embodiment, the return ball prevention device 48 is replaceable so that the return ball prevention piece 481 having elasticity at the tip of the inner standing piece 46, for example, a stainless steel foil piece, crosses the ball passage 47 diagonally. Install and configure. Therefore, even if the hit ball collides with the obstacle nail or the rebound rubber 45 and rebounds, when the hit ball hits the return ball prevention piece 481, the return ball prevention piece 481 closes the exit of the ball passage 47. Will not flow backwards. On the other hand, the hit ball opens the return ball prevention piece 481 and jumps into the game unit 21.
[0021]
In the return ball prevention device 48, the return ball prevention piece 481 is configured to be replaceable. That is, a thick portion 482 is formed at the tip of the inner standing piece 46, and a mounting groove 484 that is partially open to the thick portion 482 and communicates with the cylindrical base end mounting portion 483 is formed. On the other hand, a mounting post 485 that can be mounted on the base end mounting portion 483 is provided by rounding the base end of the return ball prevention piece 481. Then, the mounting column 485 is inserted into the base end mounting portion 483, and the return ball prevention piece 481 is extended above the thick portion 482 through the opening. Accordingly, when the return ball prevention piece 481 is deformed, the mounting column 485 is removed from the base end mounting portion 483, and a new return ball prevention piece 481 is inserted into the base end mounting portion 483 for replacement. do it.
[0022]
The return ball prevention device 48 may be another embodiment as shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the return ball prevention device 48 is configured by extending the illegal game prevention member 6 described later. That is, a return ball prevention piece 681 is integrally formed at the distal end of the illegal game prevention member 6 attached along the inner upright piece 46 constituting the inner rail 32, and the fitting provided at the base end portion of the return ball prevention piece 681. The illegal game prevention member 6 and the return ball prevention piece 481 are attached to the hole 682 by fitting the fitting pin 481 rising from the bottom plate portion 471 of the first decorative base member 4.
[0023]
Even with the return ball prevention device 48 having such a configuration, even if the hit ball bounces off at the game unit 21 and tries to jump into the ball passage 47, the return ball prevention piece 681 blocks the exit of the ball passage 47. Occurrence can be reliably prevented. On the other hand, the returned ball prevention piece 681 does not become a resistance against the hit ball, and the hit ball smoothly enters the game unit 21.
[0024]
The tip of the return ball prevention piece 481 and the illegal game prevention member 6 is fixed to the plate-like fitting piece 483 erected from the first decorative base member 4 as shown in FIG. 6B. You may make it fit the fitting port 683 opened in the base end part of the prevention piece 681. FIG. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the illegal game preventing member 6 is gradually reduced in width toward the return ball preventing device 48 and arranged in a tapered shape.
[0025]
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, a covering portion 60 that covers the inner standing piece 46 is extended to the tip portion of the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6, and a return ball prevention device 48 is provided at the tip of the covering portion 60. It is a thing. In each of the above-described embodiments, the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6 and the return ball prevention device 48 are integrally formed. However, only the return ball prevention device 48 can be replaced by being separated.
[0026]
On the left and right side edges of the first decorative base member 4, there are provided lock receivers 33 that are used when the gaming board 2 is attached to the gaming machine body. The lock receiver 33 is formed with a recessed portion 331 at a predetermined position of the first decorative base member 4 and an attachment base portion 332, and the tip of the lock piece 333 made of a metal piece and the first decorative base member are provided on the attachment base portion 332. 4 and the side edges of the second decorative base member 5 to be described later, and a mounting space 334 for receiving a mounting piece of a game board mounting device (not shown) between the lower surface of the second decorative base member 5 to be described later. (See FIG. 18). The game board mounting device is a U-shaped mounting piece pivotally attached to the game board 2 so that the side of the game board 2 is sandwiched and the game board 2 is attached. Is provided.
[0027]
The hit ball launched by the hit ball launcher 161 jumps from the launch rail 164 over the foul ball 165 to the outer rail 31 and is guided to the outer rail 31 to reach the game unit 21. As described above, the outer rail in the conventional pachinko machine is formed with a cylindrical fixing portion through which the fixing nail passes by bending the base end portion, and the fixing nail passed through the fixing portion is made of veneer plywood. It was fixed by driving into the game board itself. For this reason, the hit ball hits the outer rail that is firmly fixed, and the landing point of the hit ball has been severely worn.
[0028]
Therefore, the game board 2 according to the present invention is configured so that the impact of the hit ball can be absorbed by the outer rail 31 itself. That is, the outer rail 31 can be deformed by setting a free space around the landing point where the hit ball collides.
[0029]
Therefore, in the game board 2 according to the present invention, the notch 311 is provided near the base end of the outer rail 31 to reduce the width so that the side edge does not contact the game board surface side and the width is reduced. Thus, it is configured to be easily deformed and to absorb the shock (see FIG. 10).
[0030]
Further, in order to form a free space that becomes a relief when the outer rail 31 is deformed, the proximal end portion of the outer standing piece 43, that is, the portion where the ball launched from the ball striking device 161 collides, and the appropriate front and rear thereof A step 432 is provided by slightly retreating the range so as not to be in close contact with the outer rail 31.
[0031]
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the stepped portion 432 of the outer standing piece 43 is provided at a position slightly retracted from the mounting position of the outer rail 31 so that a space P is formed on the back side of the outer rail 31. . Moreover, when fixing the base end of the outer rail 31, it fixes through the outer rail fixing metal fitting 7 mentioned later.
[0032]
At the front end portion of the outer rail 31 fixed as described above, the outer rail 31 is lifted in the range of the step portion 432 where the outer rail fixing bracket 7 and the outer standing piece 43 start. For this reason, even if the hit ball launched from the hit ball launching device 161 collides, the impact is relieved by the deformation of the outer rail 31, so that stable ball jumping is obtained. Further, since the outer rail 31 is not firmly fixed, wear of the outer rail 31 due to a ball collision is also prevented, and the durability of the outer rail 31 is improved.
[0033]
In the illustrated embodiment described above, the outer rail 31 is provided with the game board, that is, the first decoration base member 4 and the second decoration by providing the notch 311 near the base end of the outer rail 31 to reduce the width. Although it is configured not to contact the base member 5, the outer rail 31 is formed by forming notches and grooves in the first decorative base member 4 and the second decorative base member 5 while keeping the width of the outer rail 31 as it is. The side edges may not be in contact with each other.
[0034]
Further, as described above, in the conventional game board, the base end of the outer rail 31 is directly fixed to the game board main body by the fixing nail. Therefore, skill is required for fixing, and angle adjustment is difficult, and it is difficult to obtain a stable ball flight. Therefore, in this embodiment, the base end of the outer rail 31 is fixed to the fixed substrate 72 by the outer rail fixing bracket 7 formed as a separate member.
[0035]
The outer rail fixing bracket 7 (see FIG. 9) is screwed into the base plate portion 42 provided on the first decorative base member 4 functioning as the fixed substrate 72, in the illustrated embodiment, on the bottom plate portion 471 of the ball passage 47 from the back side. A mounting piece 71 for mounting a fastening portion 312 provided at the tip of the outer rail 31 is provided. The mounting piece 71 is formed by cutting and raising the mounting substrate 74, and has a fitting hole 75. The mounting board 74 is provided with mounting holes 741 and positioning holes 742 for passing mounting screws. In addition, a bending locking piece 76 that is bent so as to wind the lower edge portion of the base plate portion 42 of the first decorative base member 4 is provided on a part of the lower edge of the mounting substrate 74, and the game board 2 is A locking ring (not shown) of a locking metal fitting used when placing on the board mounting table 16 is locked. Further, at the lower edge corner of the mounting board 74, when the game board 2 is installed on the game board mounting table 16, a rising and closing piece 77 is provided so as to close a gap generated between the base end of the launch rail 164, A protective cap 78 is put on the closing piece 77 so as not to be injured.
[0036]
A fastening portion 312 is formed at the base end of the outer rail 31 (see FIG. 2). The fastening portion 312 is formed by folding back the base end of the outer rail 31, and fixes the base end of the outer rail 31 by sandwiching the mounting piece 71 of the outer rail fixing bracket 7. . A dowel 313 is provided in the fastening portion 312 and the dowel 313 is fitted into the fitting hole 75 of the mounting piece 71 for positioning and retaining (see FIGS. 9 and 10).
[0037]
If the outer rail 31 does not stand up at a predetermined angle, that is, at a right angle with respect to the game board main body 27, the hit ball flies in the direction of the glass G or flies toward the surface of the game board main body 27, and the ball jump is not stable. Therefore, conventionally, the mounting angle of the outer rail 31 is adjusted, but this adjustment is a troublesome work requiring skill.
[0038]
For this reason, in this embodiment, the angle of the outer rail 31 can be adjusted by adjusting the rising angle of the mounting piece 71 (see FIG. 11). A dedicated jig 79 is prepared for angle adjustment. This jig 79 has a groove 791 into which the fastening portion 312 of the outer rail 31 sandwiched between the mounting pieces 71 can be fitted at the tip, and the mounting pieces can be applied with a slight force using this jig 79 as an insulator. The angle of 71 is changed and the mounting angle of the outer rail 31 is adjusted.
[0039]
When the mounting angle of the outer rail 31 is adjusted accurately, the hit ball passes through the center of the passage, and does not collide with the glass G or the game board surface, so that the ball jump is stabilized.
[0040]
The rebound rubber 45 is positioned at the tip of the outer rail 31, in other words, at the conversion point with the inner rail 32. The rebound rubber 45 rebounds the hit ball that jumps along the outer rail 31 to the game unit 21 and is made of rubber having elasticity. The rebound rubber 45 has a mounting hole 451 in the center, and a mounting column 452 raised from the first decorative base member 4 is fitted into the hole 451 and is screwed toward the mounting column 452 from the front side. . The mounting column 452 is provided with a detent rib 453.
[0041]
The rebound rubber 45 is a part that separates the outer rail 31 and the inner rail 32. The ball passes through the outer rail portion, and the ball has a firing force. For this reason, the outer rail portion needs to have wear resistance. On the other hand, in the inner rail portion, since the ball is only in the downward direction, it does not wear even if the ball contacts. Therefore, durability is not inferior even if it molds with a synthetic resin. In addition, side lamps are usually provided on the side portions of the gaming unit 21. Therefore, the inner rail 32 in the side portion is structured not to touch the hit ball.
[0042]
The inner rail 32 is formed in a generally circular shape with the upper side cut with the out port 22 at the lowest position. That is, it is formed by the inner standing piece 46 described above, and the lower half portion is covered by the illegal game preventing member 6. A mounting post 461 for mounting the illegal game preventing member 6 is provided along the inner upright piece 46 at appropriate intervals.
[0043]
The illegal game prevention member 6 prevents a winning ball from being illegally acquired by operating the winning device erroneously when a piano wire or the like is inserted through a gap between the glass G and the inner rail 32 and there is no winning ball. It is a member for doing.
[0044]
Although this illegal game prevention member 6 has been conventionally installed, it is troublesome to handle because it is attached as a separate belt-like member. Moreover, since the flat plate-shaped member is attached while being cut and curved, skilled work is required for the work, and variations occur by the operator. Moreover, it contracted by the temperature change, and a gap was formed between the glass G and the function could not be performed. Furthermore, since it is attached as a separate member, the cost is high.
[0045]
Therefore, the illegal game preventing member 6 in the present embodiment is a member having a substantially semicircular front view shape including a concave portion 61 that forms the out port 22 at the center. Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the unauthorized game preventing member 6 includes a flat plate portion 62 that functions as the inner rail 32 and a presser that extends downward from a position slightly retracted from the front edge of the flat plate portion 62. Part 63, support part 64 extending forward from the lower end of presser part 63, and insertion preventing piece 65 extending obliquely outward from the front edge of support part 64. . The flat plate portion 62, the presser portion 63, and the support portion 64 constitute a receiving groove portion 67 of the presser member 66 described later.
[0046]
The unauthorized game prevention member 6 is formed of a material that is difficult to expand and contract due to the influence of the external environment such as a temperature change and has an appropriate flexibility, for example, a mixture of polypropylene and rubber.
[0047]
The pressing member 66 is a synthetic resin plate-like member formed in a semicircular arc shape corresponding to the shape of the receiving groove portion 67 of the illegal game preventing member 6, and is attached to the mounting column 461 of the first decorative base member 4 described above. A mounting hole 661 is provided at the corresponding position (see FIG. 12). In addition, an insertion groove 662 into which the front edge 621 of the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6 can be inserted is formed on the back surface side (see FIG. 13).
[0048]
According to the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6 as described above, when the glass G is closed, as shown in FIG. 13B, the insertion preventing piece 65 is brought into close contact with the glass surface and a piano wire or the like cannot be inserted. FIG. 13A shows a state where the glass G is opened.
[0049]
The recess 61 formed at a position corresponding to the out port 22 of the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6 is provided with a plurality of ribs 611 that gently slant downward toward the rear, and the out port 22 opened in the game board main body 27 with a flowing down ball. Lead to. An out port cover 221 that decorates the periphery of the out port 22 of the game board main body 27 is attached to the first decorative base member 4. Therefore, the number of parts attached to the game board main body 27 is reduced, and the labor of the assembly process can be saved.
[0050]
In the above-described outer rail 31, a breakage rail 166 is attached in the vicinity of a portion where the hit ball launched by the hit ball launching device 161 jumps out of the launch rail 164 and jumps over the foul ball 165 and collides with the outer rail 31. The rebounded ball is prevented from colliding with the glass G and damaging the glass G. The breakage rail 166 is made of the same material as the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6 and is made of a synthetic resin having appropriate elasticity.
[0051]
On the back side of the first decorative base member 4 as described above, positioning and mounting bosses 491 are provided almost diagonally. Then, the positioning and mounting boss 491 is fitted into the positioning and mounting hole 273 provided in the game board main body 27 with the woodworking bush 100 interposed (see FIG. 17).
[0052]
Further, an outer edge standing rib 441 and a reinforcing rib 442 are provided at an outer edge portion and an appropriate position of the first decoration base member 4, and the rib 421, 422, or a nail hole or a screw hole is provided on the surface of the game board main body 27. The mounting portion 443 having a contact is made at the same time, and twisting and the like are prevented (see FIGS. 3 and 4).
[0053]
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the second decorative base member 5 to be superposed on the first decorative base member 4 includes a substantially circular second hollow portion 51 at the center and front plate portions 52 at the four corners. Although a part of the lower side is cut, it is connected by a runner 521 at the time of manufacture, and can be molded integrally.
[0054]
The front plate 52 of the second decorative base member 5, that is, the opening 241 that provides the prize ball indicator lamp 24 in the upper left corner, and the opening 231 that provides the completion indicator lamp 23 are opened in the upper right corner.
[0055]
Between the position of the rebound rubber 45 and the upper end of the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6, an inner hanging piece 54 functioning as the inner rail 32 is extended toward the game board surface.
[0056]
A recess is formed from the lower end of the inner hanging piece 54 to the left end of the out port 22 in order to form the receiving portion 541 of the unauthorized gaming prevention member 6.
[0057]
On the side where the outer rail 31 is attached, a support piece 55 located on the back side of the outer rail 31 is provided in an arc shape, and a clamping groove 551 into which a side edge of the outer rail 31 is fitted is provided along the support piece 55. (See FIG. 5). In addition, the portion where the hit ball collides is slightly retracted so as to form the space P in the same manner as the first decorative base member 4 described above.
[0058]
The second decorative base member 5 is provided with the inner hanging piece 54 that functions as the inner rail 32 as described above. The inner hanging piece 54 is located at the peripheral edge of the second empty portion 51, starts in an arc shape from the position of the rebound rubber 45 toward the game board surface, and is attached to the first ornament base member 4 from the portion where the illegal game prevention member 6 is attached. It is located inside the inner standing piece 46 and ends at the left end of the concave portion 542 that becomes the lowermost out port 22.
[0059]
In addition, on the surface side of the second decorative base member 5, an appropriate pattern or design is applied, and an attachment portion 56 having a nail hole is provided at an appropriate position, and the first decorative base member 4 and the game board main body 27 are provided. It is attached.
[0060]

The lens members 232 and 242 are attached by engaging locking claws (not shown) provided on the back side of the lens members 232 and 342 in the locking holes 531 formed in the second decorative base member 5 respectively. Do. Further, decorative lens members 233, 234 and 243, 244 are attached in the same manner in the vicinity of the lens members 232, 342 constituting the prize ball indicator lamp 24 and the completion indicator lamp 23. These lens members are also attached with one touch by an engaging means (not shown).
[0061]
Although not shown in the drawings, the outer edge of the second decorative base member 5 is provided with an external standing rib, and a reinforcing rib or a mounting receiving portion such as a substrate is provided at an appropriate position on the back side. is there.
[0062]
The decorative member 3 attached to the front surface of the game board main body 27 is assembled by sandwiching the outer rail 31 between the first decorative base member 4 and the second decorative base member 5 described above. That is, first, the outer rail fixing bracket 7 is screwed to the first decorative base member 4. The outer rail fixing bracket 7 includes a mounting board 74 attached to the back side of the base plate portion 42 of the first decorative base member 4, and a mounting hole 71 and a closing piece 77 formed in the first decorative base member 4. Stand up to the surface side through.
