Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that a corner part is inevitably formed when a decorative part is embedded in a game board, and the durability is deteriorated because a game ball collides with the weakened corner part. <P>SOLUTION: In a game machine, a decorative hole 182 with illumination members 180 embedded therein is covered by a transparent board 190 with translucency. Thus, the game ball is prevented from colliding with the corner part which is formed by the wall surface of the decorative hole 182 and that of the game board, so that the corner part is in no danger of being broken. Consequently, a game ball flow-down surface is formed with durability. 遊技機に関し、特に遊技レールを有する遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の遊技機として、遊技盤面に照明部材等の装飾を埋設させるとともに遊技盤面と面一となるように透明のカバー部材を配設したものが知られている（例えば特許文献１参照。）。
かかる構成とすることにより、照明部材等が遊技盤面から突出せず、遊技球の流下運動に障害を与えることなく遊技領域の広範囲にわたって照明部材等を配設することが可能となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した遊技機には次のような課題があった。遊技盤面上では遊技球は動きが複雑であるため、多くの遊技球が盤面に衝突することとなる。一方、カバー部材の周囲には必然的に角部が形成され、面一に埋設されているとしても、当該角部にも遊技球が衝突する。このような角部は面の部分よりも強度が弱いため耐久性に劣るという課題があった。

本発明は上記課題にかんがみてなされたもので、遊技盤に照明部材等を埋設するように配設しても耐久性が良い遊技機の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決する手段】
上記目的を解決するため、本発明では、遊技領域の周囲を囲むように遊技盤に対して立設される遊技レールを有する遊技機であって、上記遊技領域の上部にて上記遊技球レールに沿って上記遊技盤の盤面を覆うように配設された透光性を有する透明板と、この透明板にて蓋覆されつつ上記遊技盤内に組み込まれた装飾部とを具備する構成としてある。

上記のように構成した請求項１の発明において、上記遊技盤に組み込まれた装飾部は、上記透明板に蓋覆されることによって遊技球の衝突から保護される。さらに、上記透明板の配設される遊技領域の上部において、発射直後の遊技球の運動は複雑でないため、上記透明板の縁部に形成される角部と、上記遊技盤の上記透明板の縁部と接する部分に形成される角部に遊技球が衝突する頻度が少ない。また、上記透明板は透光性を有するため、遊技者は蓋覆された装飾部の様子を視認することが可能である。

ここで、請求項１の発明にかかる遊技盤内に組み込まれた装飾部とは、透明板が蓋覆可能であるべく、遊技盤面から装飾部材が突出しないような装飾部であればよく、その態様は種々考えられる。例えば、遊技盤に貫通穴を設け遊技盤の背面から床面を取り付けるとともに、該床面に装飾部材を配設する構成としてもよく、また、上記の構成において、装飾部材を配設する床面に、機構板に代表される遊技盤の背面に通常取り付けられる部材を利用する構成とすれば部品点数の増加もない。さらに、遊技盤に非貫通穴を設け該非貫通穴の底面に装飾部材を配設する構成としてもよい。さらに、上述した構成以外のいかなる装飾部の態様であっても、遊技盤面から装飾部材が突出しない装飾部であれば本発明の適用は可能であると言える。

なお、本発明は上記の構成に限られるものではなく、以下の手段も含むものである。
手段１
手段１にかかる発明は、請求項１に記載の発明において、上記透明板の遊技領域に接するの縁部は、テーパー形状となっており、上記遊技盤には、同テーパー形状に対応した面取りがなされていること特徴とする構成としてある。
縁部をテーパー形状とすることで、上記透明板の縁部に形成される角部と、上記遊技盤の上記透明板の縁部と接する部分に形成される角部を、遊技球の流通による破損がおこりにくい角度とすることができる。

手段２にかかる発明は、請求項１、手段１のいずれかに記載の発明において、上記透明板は上記遊技領域における釘打ち付け位置まで延設されるとともに、同釘打ち付け位置には釘を避ける穴が形成してある構成としてある。
上記のように構成した手段２の発明は、釘打ち付け位置には釘を避ける穴により上記透明板は釘と干渉することなく配設することが可能となるため、上記透明板を上記遊技領域における釘打ち付け位置まで延設することが可能となる。

手段３にかかる発明は、請求項１または手段１から手段２に記載の発明において、上記透明板に設けられた釘を避ける穴の壁面と釘との間隔は遊技球の半径より小さい構成としてある。
上記のように構成した手段２の発明は、釘を避ける穴の壁面と釘との間隔を遊技球の半径より小さくすることにより、釘を避ける穴に形成される角部に遊技球が衝突することはない。

手段４にかかる発明は、請求項１または手段１から手段３のいずれかに記載の発明において上記遊技球レールと上記透明板とが一体的に形成された複合部材を遊技盤に組み付ける構成としてある。
上記のように構成した手段４の発明は、上記複合部材は、上記遊技球レールと上記透明板とが一体的に形成される。すなわち、遊技盤に一体化した部材を組み付ければよく組み立てが簡単となる。

手段５にかかる発明は、手段４に記載の発明において、上記複合部材は、当該複合部材を構成する外側レール部、内側レール部および透明板部の少なくとも一つの部分が別部材として成形されるとともに、これらを組み立てて形成される構成としてある。
上記のように構成した手段５の発明は、少なくとも一つの部分が別部材となっている外側レール部、内側レール部および透明板部を一体的に組み立てることにより上記複合部材が形成される。そして、あらかじめ一体化された上記複合部材を遊技盤に組み付ける。すなわち、上記複合部材の任意の部分を異種の材料で構成することができる。

手段６にかかる発明は、請求項１または手段１から手段５のいずれかに記載の発明において、上記装飾部は遊技盤面に装飾穴を設けつつ同装飾穴に装飾部材を組み込むことにより形成されるとともに、同装飾穴の壁面は、透明板の遊技盤側の面から突出させて形成された目隠し壁により覆われている構成としてある。
上記のように構成した手段６の発明は、上記遊技盤面に各種装飾用部材が組み込まれる装飾穴が設けられる。さらに、上記装飾穴の壁面は、上記目隠し壁に覆われることにより遊技者に視認されることがない。

手段７にかかる発明は、請求項１または手段１から手段６において、上記装飾穴は貫通穴であるとともに、上記遊技盤の裏面から上記装飾穴を塞ぐように略板状の装飾板を配設することにより上記装飾穴の底面を形成する構成としてある。
上記のように構成した手段６の発明は、上記装飾板を上記遊技盤の裏面から上記装飾穴を塞ぐように配設することにより、上記装飾穴に底面を形成することができる。すなわち、上記のように形成した装飾穴の底面には、各種装飾部材を配設することができる。また、装飾穴は貫通させればよくルーター等の加工が簡単である。

上記のように構成した手段７の発明は、上記装飾穴の壁面は、上記装飾板のガラス面側の面から突出させて形成された上記目隠し壁が上記装飾部の壁面を覆い隠すため遊技者から同壁面は視認されない。

（１）パチンコ遊技機の構成：
図１は、本発明にかかる遊技機を適用したパチンコ遊技機を正面から見て示した正面図である。同図において、パチンコ遊技機１の外枠１０は、鋼材をプレス加工あるいは木材枠を組み合わせて形成されている。この外枠１０は、矩形板状の樹脂製の本体枠２０よりも僅かに大きいサイズの矩形開口１０ａを有している。この本体枠２０は、矩形開口１０ａの図に向かって左端にて枢支されており、図示しない回転軸を中心に回動し、外枠１０に対して開閉可能かつ着脱可能に装着されている。この本体枠２０の上部には、矩形板状の遊技盤３０が取り付けられている。また、本体枠２０の下部には、遊技球の発射機構４０と、概略矩形形状に形成された樹脂製の流路板５０とが取り付けられている。さらに、当該流路板５０の前面側にて下皿７０が本体枠２０に取り付けられている。遊技盤３０の前面には、下端中央から右巻きに概略一回転する遊技レールが前方へ立設されており、この遊技レールに取り囲まれる略円形の領域が遊技領域３１となっている。

この遊技領域３１は、樹脂製のガラス扉枠６０を介して視認可能となっている。遊技領域３１には、風車や入賞口、パチンコ玉が入賞する入口の大きさが変化する入賞口等が設けられている。さらに、入賞しなかった遊技球をアウト球として回収するアウト球回収口や、遊技の状況を表示する表示装置３４などが配設されている。

遊技盤３０の前面側には、樹脂製のガラス扉枠６０が本体枠２０の左端にて枢支されている。このガラス扉枠６０には、遊技領域３１を対面してガラス６１が嵌め込まれているとともに、ガラス６１の周囲を取り囲むように装飾ランプ６２および上皿６３が配設されている。また、ガラス扉枠６０の下方の本体枠２０には、発射機構４０の一部を構成する発射ハンドル４１が取り付けられている。この発射機構４０は、発射ハンドル４１の回転量に応じて遊技球を発射棹にて打ち出し、遊技盤３０に向けて放出する。放出された遊技球は、遊技盤３０の前面側に立設された遊技領域を一周取り囲む遊技レール３３の外側レール３６と、遊技領域の中央下端から左巻きに上記遊技レールに沿って遊技領域の上方まで立接された内側レール３５との間の発射経路３２を通り抜けて、遊技領域３１に投入される。

（２）第１の実施形態
図２は、第１の実施形態にかかる遊技機のガラス枠を取り外した状態の遊技領域上部を正面から見て示した図である。同図において、遊技領域１３１の上部に照明部材１８０を有する花の絵柄１８１が示されている。また、図３は、図２で示した花の絵柄１８１の中央を縦に切断した断面図を示している。同図において、遊技盤１３０に装飾穴１８２が形成されているとともに、同装飾穴１８２には遊技盤１３０の背面側から合成樹脂製の装飾板１８３がネジ止め固定によって取り付けられている。また、装飾穴１８２の壁面に接するように、透明板１９０の遊技盤１３０側の面から略円筒状に目隠し壁１９０ａが立設されている。一方、装飾板１８３のガラス面側の面からも同様に、略円筒状に目隠し壁１８３ａが立設されている。

さらに、装飾板１８３上には照明部材１８０が遊技盤面から突出しない高さで取り付けられている。なお、照明部材１８０には図示しない配線によって電源の供給および点灯、消灯の制御がされている。また、透明板１９０の上側縁部は、前面方向垂直に遊技領域１３１と外部を区画している遊技レール１３３が立設されている。すなわち、透明板１９０と遊技領域１３１を外部から区画している遊技レール１３３は一体となるように形成されている。一方、透明板１９０の下側縁部は、テーパーが設けられているとともに、遊技領域１３１において最上の位置に配置された釘１３８より十分高い位置で終端している。

かかる構成において、装飾穴１８２の遊技盤面側の開口は、透明板１９０によって覆われている。ただし、透明板１９０は透光性を有しているため遊技盤１３０に埋設された照明部材１８０および装飾板１８２を遊技者は視認することが可能となっている。また、通常、木製の遊技盤を切削して装飾穴を形成したのみでは、木質の装飾穴１８２の壁面が露出して見栄えが悪くなることとなるが、装飾穴１８２の壁面は透明板１９０に設けられた目隠し壁１９０ａおよび装飾板１８３に設けられた目隠し壁１８３ａにより覆い隠されているため同壁面を遊技者に視認されることなく見栄えがよい。

一方、照明部材１８０は装飾穴１８２の内部に埋設されているため、遊技球の流下経路に突出していない。従って、遊技球が流下する際に照明部材１８０に衝突してしまうことがない。また、透明板１９０によって覆われているため遊技球が装飾穴１８２に入り込むこともない。すなわち、遊技領域１３１の上部おいて、埋設された装飾部を透明板１９０が蓋覆することにより、面一な遊技球の流下面を形成して円滑な遊技球の流下運動を確保することができる。さらに、装飾穴１８２の壁面と遊技盤面とで形成される角部が流下面に存在しないため、同角部に遊技球が衝突を繰り返すことによって、同角部を破損させるおそれがない。従って、耐久性の良い遊技球の流下面を形成することができる。

また、遊技球が下方から上方に向かって進行する場合には、遊技球は透明板１９０の下端部と衝突し進行方向を変化させることも考えられるが、透明板１９０が配設された遊技領域１３１の上部においては、図２において矢印で示した遊技球の流路線のように発射直後の遊技球は下方向（下向きの要素を含む。）に進行することがほとんどである。従って、透明板１９０の下端部が遊技球の運動へ悪影響を及ぼすことが少ない。さらに、透明板１９０の下端部は、遊技領域１３１において最上の位置に配置された釘１３８より十分高い位置で終端しているため、仮に流下する遊技球が同釘１３８に衝突して上方に跳ね返されて上向きに進行したとしても、透明板１９０の下端部まで到達することがない。従って、常に透明板１９０の下端部においては、ほぼ全ての遊技球が下方に向かって流下することとなっている。なお、透明板１９０の下側縁部に形成される角部は、テーパーを設けることにより、遊技球の流下方向と鈍角的に接する態様となっているため、遊技球が同角部での流下を繰り返しても同角部が破損しくい効果が得られる。

図４は、本実施形態における遊技レール１３３を遊技盤１３０から取り外した状態を示している。また、図５は、本実施形態における遊技レール１３３を遊技盤１３０に取り付ける様子を示している。図４において、透明板１９０は透明な遊技レール１３３と一体部材として形成されている。また、遊技領域１３１の左側に、下方から上方に向かって形成された発射経路１３２には、遊技盤面と接する床面１３２ａが所定の厚みをもって形成されている。すなわち、遊技球の発射経路１３２は外側レール１３６と内側レール１３５および床面１３２ａの３面によって樋状に形成されている。なお、上記床面１３２ａが、同一体部材の外側レール１３６と内側レール１３５を繋ぐことによって、両レールを一体化した部品として成形することを可能としている。

そして、透明板１９０は、床面１３２ａを同床面の所定の厚みを保ったまま遊技領域１３１上部と外部とを区画する遊技レール１３３の上方狐部分と接合するまで延出して形成されている。なお、一体化した本部材は、周囲に設けられたネジ固定穴にて、遊技盤１３０と固定される。また、図５において、一体部材の周縁には、遊技レール１３３と遊技盤１３０との固定をするためのネジ止め穴１３３ａが設けられているとともに、遊技盤にもこれに対応したネジ止め穴１３０ａが設けられている。さらに、同遊技レール１３３の周縁には、一体部材と遊技盤１３０との取り付けの際の位置決めに供される略円柱状の突出部１３３ｂが所定の高さで立設されているとともに、遊技盤１３０側にもこれに対応した凹部が形成されている。一方、透明板１９０には、略円筒状に突出した目隠し壁１９０ａが設けられている。ここで、目隠し壁１９０ａの高さは略円柱状の突出部１９０ｂより低く形成されている。

かかる構成により、遊技球の発射経路の遊技盤側の面および透明板１９０は繋ぎ目のない同一面として形成されていることとなる。従って、遊技球の発射経路には遊技球の発射運動に影響を与える突起や段差は存在せず、円滑に遊技球を遊技領域の上部まで発射させることができる。さらに、上記同一面が終端することとなる透明板１９０の下端においても、上述したとおり遊技球の流下運動は正常であることが言えるため、透明板１９０を設けない遊技機と何ら変わりがない遊技球の弾球運動が確保されている。

また、透明板１９０は遊技レール１３３と一体部材として形成されているため、それ単体として遊技盤面上に固定する必要もなくなる。すなわち、遊技領域１３１の外部に配設されたネジ止め穴１３０ａにて当該一体部材をネジ止め穴にて固定すれば、必然的に透明板１９０は遊技盤に固定される。従って、透明板１９０を遊技盤に固定するためのネジ等を遊技球の流下面に突出させないような処理を施す必要もない。むろん、一体部材とすることで部品点数が増加することもなく、複数の部材を一体成形しているため製造コストも削減できる。

一方、目隠し壁１９０ａを透明板１９０に設けたことによって、より一層、一体部材を遊技盤１３０に取り付ける際の位置決めがしやすくなる。さらに、目隠し壁１９０ａの高さは略円柱状の突出部１３３ｂより低く形成されているため、組み付け前の製造過程において、同一体部材を段積みして置く際には、同一体部材の周縁に均等に配置された略円筒状の位置決め用突出部１３３ｂが上方ないしは下方に積まれた他の一体部材に真っ先に接触して支持するため安定して段積みすることが可能となる。

また、組み付け等の作業中に一体部材を何かに衝突させた場合でも、目隠し壁１９０ａ高さは略円筒状の突出部１３３ｂより低く形成されていることと、突出部１３３ｂは、目隠し壁１９０ａを取り囲む態様で形成されていることにより、突出部１３３ｂの方が衝突しやすいこととなる。従って、目隠し壁１９０ａを破損しにくくさせることができる。また、目隠し壁１９０ａは組み立てた後も、遊技者の視認可能な位置に配設されることに対し、組み立て後は当該突出部１３３ｂは遊技者の視界に入ることもないため、仮に、位置決め用の突出部１３３ｂが組み立て作業中の衝突により破損したとしても、そのまま使用しても別段問題となるわけではない。すなわち、当該突出部１３３ｂを破損させたとしても不良品とはならず、歩留まりが低下するということもない。

なお、透明板１９０を取り付けたことにより、遊技領域１３１に照明部材等を配設しつつ耐久性の良い遊技球の流下面を形成することができるだけではなく、より高い装飾効果も得ることができる。そこで、図６は図２において示された花の絵柄を正面から見て示している。同図において、実線で示した花びら１８１ａは透明板１９０上に描かれているとともに、破線で示した花の茎１８１ｂおよび葉１８１ｃは、遊技盤１３０上に描かれ透明板１９０を透過し見えている。

かかる構成により、遊技者に花びら１８１ａは、茎１８１ｂおよび葉１８１ｃより手前にあるような印象を与えることができる。すなわち、遊技者から見て透明板１９０の厚み分だけ奥行き位置が異なる２面にそれぞれ模様を付すことにより立体的な表現をすることができる。
