Description
【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic material that has good adhesion and elongation on the skin, has a natural finish, can make the unevenness of the skin difficult to see, has an effect that lasts for a long time, and has a good feeling of use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, attempts have been made to use the optical properties of extender pigments as cosmetics that make it difficult to see the unevenness of the skin due to wrinkles, fine lines, pores, etc. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 4-364105, 3-5412, 3-181411, JP-A-4-364105, JP-A-6-279235, JP-A-7-277925, JP-A-7-316014, JP-A-8-73316, JP-A-8-73317, JP-A-8 -267135, JP-A-8-217636, etc.). Most of them are made by blending a powder having a high refractive index such as titanium oxide or alumina or a spherical powder to scatter light so as to make the unevenness difficult to see.
[0003]
However, in these cosmetics, there are problems that the applied part is whitened, the extender pigment is accumulated in the wrinkles, wrinkles are noticeable, the finish is unnatural, and the effect does not last for a long time. In addition, when a foundation is applied thereon, the effect of making the unevenness inconspicuous disappears or the finish may become dirty.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic that has good adhesion and stretch on the skin, has a natural finish, can make the unevenness of the skin difficult to see, and the effect lasts for a long time. There is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors arrange spherical powder on the skin together with a film forming agent, and coat the skin with a film with appropriate irregularities, whereby light scattering occurs on the surface of the coating film, and light is efficiently emitted. It was found that the unevenness of the skin became difficult to see due to scattering. Further, the present inventors have found that a cosmetic can be obtained that has good adhesion and elongation on the skin, has a natural finish, has a long-lasting effect, and has a good feeling of use.
[0006]
The present invention comprises (a) 30 to 55% by weight of a spherical powder having an average particle size of 3 μm or more, (b) 0.1 to 20% by weight of a film forming agent described later, and (c) an oil agent. Is a liquid cosmetic characterized by being 65 to 85 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the spherical powder.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The spherical powder used in the present invention has an average particle size of 3 μm or more, preferably 3 to 30 μm, particularly preferably 3 to 15 μm. When the average particle size is less than 3 μm, desired unevenness is not formed on the surface of the coating film, and the effect of making the unevenness of the skin difficult to be seen is not sufficient.
Here, the average particle diameter of the powder indicates the volume average particle diameter, that is, the average value of the diameters of the volume equivalent spheres of the measurement particles. For powders having a size of 1 μm or more, values obtained by using the ethanol as a dispersion medium by the laser diffraction method and for powders having a size of less than 1 μm by the laser scattering method are used.
Further, in the present invention, the term “spherical” includes substantially spherical ones excluding rod-like and plate-like ones. Furthermore, not only spherical particles but also spherical particles as aggregates or composites are included.
[0008]
Specific examples of the spherical powder may be those used in ordinary cosmetics. For example, inorganic powders such as silica, zeolite, barium sulfate, boron nitride, alumina, titanium oxide; silicone resin, polyethylene resin, urethane resin, poly (meth) acrylic acid copolymer, poly (meth) acrylic acid ester-based copolymer Organic powders such as coalescence, polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, polystyrene, urea resin, phenol resin, fluorine resin, melamine resin, epoxy resin, polycarbonate resin, divinylbenzene / styrene copolymer, silk powder, cellulose, zinc monoalkyl phosphate Body; Color pigments such as iron oxide, zinc oxide, chromium oxide; those obtained by encapsulating cosmetic oils, ultraviolet absorbers, etc. in these powders, and those obtained by combining these powders.
[0009]
The spherical powder may be subjected to a surface treatment such as a hydrophobic treatment. Examples of the hydrophobizing treatment include those obtained by subjecting the spherical powder to surface treatment with silicone, higher fatty acid, higher alcohol, fatty acid ester, polyethylene, metal soap, amino acid, alkyl phosphate, fluorine compound, etc. by a conventional method. It is done.
Particularly preferred treatments include silicone treatment and fluorine compound treatment.
[0010]
One or more spherical powders can be used, and blending 30 to 55% by weight in the total composition is preferable from the viewpoint of usability as well as obtaining an effect of making the unevenness unnoticeable.
It should be noted that powders other than these spherical powders that are usually used in cosmetics can be used as appropriate as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
[0011]
As the film forming agent used in the present invention, an oxazoline compound described in JP-A-7-133352 and JP-A-10-95705 is bonded to the end or side chain of the organopolysiloxane segment via a linking group. Or the following general formula (1) formed by ring-opening polymerization of an oxazine compound,
[0012]
[Chemical 1]
[0013]
(Wherein R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 22 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group, an aralkyl group or an aryl group, and n represents a number of 2 or 3)
And an organopolysiloxane formed by bonding poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) segments composed of repeating units represented by the formula: These are preferable because they not only exhibit high elasticity but also show a good feeling of use because of their high adhesion to the skin.
[0015]
One or more types of film forming agents can be used, and it is preferable to add 0.1 to 20% by weight in the total composition in terms of a feeling of use while obtaining a sufficient effect.
[0016]
Examples of the oil used in the present invention include hydrocarbon oils such as squalane and liquid paraffin; isostearyl myristate, isotridecyl nonanoate, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, dipentaerytate hexaoxystearate, trimethylolpropane triisostearate, Ester oil such as isostearyl isostearate, diisostearyl malate, stearyl methacrylate, N-lauroyl-L-glutamate di (cholesteryl, octyldodecyl), octyl paramethoxycinnamate; castor oil, jojoba oil, macadamian nut oil, evening primrose Animal and vegetable oils such as oil, olive oil, peppermint oil, liquid lanolin; silicone oils such as dimethylpolysiloxane and methylphenylpolysiloxane; perfluoropolyether, fluorine-modified silicone, etc. Tsu fluorinated oil, alcohols, polyols, diglycerides, triglycerides, and the like.
[0017]
One or more kinds of these oil agents can be used, and 50 to 100 parts by weight, particularly 60 to 90 parts by weight, and further 65 to 85 parts by weight are blended with respect to 100 parts by weight of the powder component. And sufficient effects are obtained.
[0018]
In addition to the above essential components, the cosmetics of the present invention include components used in normal cosmetics, such as surfactants, ethanol, humectants, cooling agents, antiperspirants, ultraviolet absorbers, ultraviolet scattering agents, Powders other than spherical powders, polymer compounds other than the above, thickeners, antioxidants, antiseptic fungicides, pH adjusters, vitamins, blood circulation promoters, whitening agents, skin activators, medicinal agents, animals and plants Extracts, pigments, fragrances, water, and the like can be appropriately blended.
[0019]
The cosmetic of the present invention gives moderate unevenness on the skin when in use, and the surface roughness Ra value of the coating film when applied to a smooth plate is 0.7 to 2 μm as an index. Is more preferably 1.0 to 1.5 μm, and particularly preferably 1.2 to 1.5 μm. Within this range, moderate unevenness is imparted to the surface of the coating film, making it difficult to see the unevenness of the skin and obtaining a natural finish.
[0020]
In the present invention, the surface roughness Ra of the coating film when applied to a smooth plate was measured by the following method. A glass plate having a surface roughness Ra value of 0.4 μm or less was used as a smooth plate, and a sample of about 2 g was applied to a width of 4 cm using a coater (manufactured by YOSHIMITU, 25 μm) and dried at 25 ° C. overnight. The surface of the coating film was observed using a scanning laser microscope 1LM21 (manufactured by Lasertec) and digitized using image analysis software SALT. That is, the surface of the coating film observed with a scanning laser microscope was taken into a computer and subjected to a noise removal operation, and then a range of 150 × 150 μm was set as a measurement target. In the present invention, the surface roughness Ra value indicates the arithmetic average roughness obtained by the formula (1), and only the above measurement range is extracted from the roughness curved surface, and the height measured from the average surface of the extracted portion in the height direction is measured. Means the difference.
[0021]
[Expression 1]
Ra = (1 / N) Σ | Zi−Z | (1)
N: Total number of pixels in the measurement range
Zi: height of the roughness surface Z: average of the roughness surface
The cosmetic of the present invention can be produced according to a usual method, for example, makeup cosmetics such as foundations, concealers, blushers, eye shadows, and the like. Moreover, the site | part to be used is not restrict | limited to a face, It can apply also as cosmetics for bodies used for a neck, a hand, a leg, etc. In particular, it is suitable as a liquid cosmetic.
