Claims (10)
- 液体に懸濁させた、磁気吸引性の微粒子を分離するためのシステムであって、環状の少なくとも2個の磁石を有する磁石装置を含み、当該装置の磁石軸が環の平面に垂直な方向に向いており、前記磁石は、同じ向きでまたは反対の向きで積み重ねて配置され、環の内部空間が、容器を収容するための空間を形成しているシステム。
- 環状の磁石を反対の向きで積み重ねて配置し、保持器によって前記磁石が磁石の反発力に抗して一つに保たれている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 非磁性材料から作製したスペーサが環状の磁石間に位置付けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 磁石の環の内部空間の断面が4mmから10mmの間の範囲内にあり、個々の磁石が0.8テスラよりも大きい残留磁気を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 微粒子の懸濁液を保持するための容器を含み、懸濁した微粒子が免疫学的結合パートナーで被覆されており、磁性微粒子の平均直径が1.5〜4μmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 微粒子が容器の内壁に堆積して第1の液体が残るように、微粒子の懸濁液が入っている容器を請求項1に記載のシステムの収容位置に導入した、磁性微粒子を分離するための方法。
- 分離した後、前記第1の液体を除去し、磁場の作用を取り除き、第2の液体を添加して当該第2の液体に微粒子を再懸濁させ、懸濁ステップの後、粒子を再び堆積させる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 微粒子を容器の内壁に堆積させた後、第2の液体を添加し、一方、微粒子が容器の内壁に残ったままで、第2の液体を除去する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 環状の少なくとも2個の磁石を有する磁石装置であって、当該装置の磁石軸が環の平面に垂直な方向に向いており、前記磁石が同じ向きでまたは反対の向きで積み重ねて配置され、環の内部空間が容器を収容するための空間を形成している磁石装置と、容器ホルダおよび可動機器であって、分離した微粒子の懸濁液を得るために当該容器ホルダ内で容器を動かす容器ホルダおよび可動機器とを含む、容器内の微粒子を分離し懸濁させるためのシステム。
- 分離および再懸濁用の容器を同じ位置に維持したまま、装置によって、磁石装置を分離位置から容器の内容物に対する磁石装置の作用がごくわずかである故に微粒子を懸濁させることができる懸濁位置へと移動させることができる、且つ、偏心器によって容器ホルダを動かすことができる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
