Claims (6)
- 対向し合う第1,第2の主面を有する圧電基板と、前記圧電基板の第1の主面に形成された第1の励振電極と、第2の主面において、第1の励振電極と対向するように形成された第2の励振電極とを有し、第1,第2の励振電極が対向する部分が圧電振動部とされており、該圧電振動部の周囲に振動減衰部が構成されている厚み縦振動モードの高調波を利用したエネルギー閉じ込め型圧電共振子において、
前記圧電基板の第1,第2の主面の少なくとも一方において、前記圧電振動部の周囲に、厚み縦振動の基本波により前記圧電基板の第1及び第2の主面にそれぞれ生じる電荷による電位分布のノードを起点として、前記励振電極に近づく方向及び励振電極から遠ざかる方向に延びるように形成された浮き電極を設けたことを特徴とする、エネルギー閉じ込め型圧電共振子。 - 前記圧電振動部を構成している第1,第2の励振電極が、前記圧電基板の第1,第2の主面の周縁部よりも内側に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー閉じ込め型圧電共振子。
- 前記浮き電極が、前記第1及び/または第2の励振電極を囲むように設けられた略環状電極である、請求項2に記載のエネルギー閉じ込め型圧電共振子。
- 前記環状電極が、円環状の形状を有する、請求項3に記載のエネルギー閉じ込め型圧電共振子。
- 前記圧電基板が、細長い矩形板状の形状を有し、前記第1の励振電極が前記圧電基板の第1の主面において前記圧電基板の幅方向両側に位置する一対の側縁に至るように形成されており、前記第2の励振電極が、第2の主面において幅方向両側に位置する一対の側縁に至るように形成されており、前記振動減衰部が、前記圧電振動部を挟んで前記圧電基板の長さ方向両側に配置されている、請求項1に記載のエネルギー閉じ込め型圧電共振子。
- 前記浮き電極が、前記第1及び/または第2の励振電極の前記圧電基板の長手方向の一方側にのみ形成されている、請求項5に記載のエネルギー閉じ込め型圧電共振子。
