【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技機に関し、特に、第2種と呼ばれる遊技機の大当たり終了後の遊技性を変化に富んだものとする技術に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の第2種と呼ばれる遊技機は、遊技盤下部左右と中央との3箇所に始動口(第2種始動口)を備え、遊技盤中央に大入賞口を有する変動入賞装置(第2種特別電動役物)を備えている。また変動入賞装置内部には複数の入賞領域が設けられ、入賞した遊技球がその何れかに導かれる。そして、遊技球が始動口に入賞すると賞球として遊技球が例えば5個払い出されるとともに、大入賞口が1回または2回開閉し、入賞した遊技球が変動入賞装置内の特定の入賞領域を通過すると大当たりとなる。そして、大当たりとなると1ラウンドについて大入賞口が18回開放され(ただし、18回の開放作動の間に10球の遊技球が入賞すると、そのラウンドは終了する。)、その間に再び遊技球が特定の入賞領域を通過すると次ぎのラウンドに進み、最高15ラウンドまで作動する。そして大当たり終了後は大当たり開始前と全く同じ遊技状態に戻る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、第1種の遊技機においては、通常の遊技状態から大当たり乱数の抽選による図柄判定で大当たりが発生すると、図柄によっては大当たり終了後の遊技状態が、通常に比べて大当たり乱数の抽選確率を高くした高確率状態(確率変動遊技状態)となる。この高確率の遊技状態が第1種遊技機の大きな魅力であり、第1種が多くの遊技者の支持を得ている所以である。

それに対し、第2種の遊技機の大当たりの遊技性は、変動入賞装置の動作パターンが固定的で変化に乏しく、特に、第1種のような大当たり終了後の確率変動遊技状態がないために魅力に乏しい。

そのため、第2種においても第1種のような遊技性、特に大当たり終了後に魅力のある遊技状態が得られるようにすることが求められている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、遊技盤に、遊技球の入賞が大入賞口の開閉の契機となる始動口と、前記大入賞口を備えるとともに一般の領域と特定の領域を内部で区分した変動入賞装置とを備え、前記特定の領域を遊技球が通過すると、前記大入賞口を複数回開閉する大当たり遊技発生するようにした遊技機において、前記変動入賞装置の、入賞した遊技球が前記一般の領域もしくは前記特定の領域に導かれる途中に、動作パターンが変化する内部構造物を設けて、該内部構造物の動作パターンの変化により、遊技球が前記特定の領域を通過する確率を変化させ、遊技球が前記特定の領域を通過したことを契機として、大当たり遊技終了後の前記内部構造物の動作パターン変化、遊技球が前記特定領域を通過する確率変更されるようにしたものである。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は本発明の実施の形態の一例における遊技機の盤面配置を示している。この遊技機は、所謂第2種遊技機であり、図1に示すように、遊技盤10の略中央部に、大入賞口21を備えるとともに後述のように内部に左右2箇所の一般領域26と中央の特定領域25を備えた第2種特別電動役物(変動入賞装置)20が設けられ、該第2種特別電動役物20の下方に、左右および中央の3個の第2種始動口(左第2種始動口11A、右第2種始動口11Bおよび中第2種始動口12)が設けられている。

第2種特別電動役物20には、図2(拡大正面図)および図3(内部構造図)に示すように、上部に左右一対の開閉可動翼片21A、21Bにより入口が開閉される大入賞口21が設けられ、該大入賞口21の下方には内部構造物として、左右一対からなる角度変更可能な下部排出口上流路変更部材22(流路変更部材)が設けられ、表面の左右各4箇所に永久磁石28が配置され中央1箇所に永久磁石27が配置されるとともに中央寄り左右2箇所に電磁石29が配設された誘導回転体23が設けられ、所定遊技状態において誘導回転体23により誘導された遊技球を該回転体上部に停留させる回転体上停留部ストッパ24が設けられ、また、大入賞口21から入賞した遊技球を該装置下部へ誘導する左右の球通路61A、61Bが設けられ、それら左右の球通路61A、61Bを通過する入賞球をカウントする大入賞口左スイッチ51Aおよび大入賞口右スイッチ51Bが設けられている。第2種特別電動役物20の上部には上部排出口が、下部には下部排出口が(いずれも図示せず)、それぞれ設けられている。
