本発明は、球体を用いて遊技を行うパチンコ類遊技機の入賞装置に関する。特に入賞装置内における球体の流動又は移送に係わる機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
球体を用いて遊技を行うパチンコ類遊技機には、特定入賞口を内部に備えた入賞装置が配設されたものがある。入賞装置に流入した球体は装置内で様々な経路を経た後、特定入賞口に球体が至ると所定の特別な入賞状態となる。
従って、遊技者にとって入賞装置内で球体がどのように移動するかは、大きな関心事であり、遊技機の娯楽性を決定する重要な要素と言える。従来から球体の流動又は移送に係わる様々な部材が試みられている。
これらの一つとして、左右方向に軸支された円筒形の回転体を設け、円筒形体下部の球体を円周面上に配置した磁石で磁着しながら回転させ、球体を円筒形体上部に揚送する方法がある。この手法によると、球体が揚送される過程が遊技者から視認可能であると共に、揚送に一定の時間を要する。そのため、その間入賞への期待感を味わうことができ、娯楽性の高い入賞装置に寄与している。

しかし、従来の入賞装置では、例えば揚送後の球体の誘導態様には変化がつけられておらず、入賞装置内に流入した打球は一定の確率で特別入賞口に導かれているなど、入賞装置へ如何に多くの球体を入賞させるかが最大の鍵となっており、入賞装置への流入後の遊技には変化が乏しかった。
すなわち、従来の手法では、遊技者にとって持続的に期待感を感じることができる娯楽性の高い入賞装置が実現できていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来技術の有する問題点に鑑みて創出されたものであり、その目的は、パチンコ類遊技機の入賞装置に球体が流入した後も、球体を視認しながら、その行方に期待感を持続させ、スリルを感じることのできる娯楽性の高いパチンコ類遊技機の入賞装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によるパチンコ類遊技機の入賞装置は次の構成を備える。すなわち、球体を用いて遊技盤上で遊技を行うパチンコ類遊技機の入賞処理を司る入賞装置であって、該入賞装置内に、遊技盤上の所定の始動口に球体が入賞すると開放し該入賞装置内に球体を流入しやすくする開閉羽根と、前記入賞装置内に進入した球体を該入賞装置内で誘導する複数の球誘導路と、所定の入賞状態を作出する少なくとも1つの特定入賞口と、前記複数の球誘導路のうち所定の球誘導路を経由して誘導された球体を前記特定入賞口に導く球体を揚送する揚送手段と、前記揚送された球体の一部を前記特別入賞口に向かう位置に堰塞する開閉自在のストッパとを備えた構成において、前記ストッパは、閉成状態で前記揚送手段の略中央から揚送された球体を確実に堰塞するものであり、該開閉羽根が、前記始動口のうちの1回開放用の始動口に球体が入賞した場合には1回、2回開放用の始動口に球体が入賞した場合には2回開放し、記1回開放用の始動口に入賞した場合は、前記複数の球誘導路のうち所定の球誘導路を経由して誘導された球体が前記揚送手段で揚送され、かつストッパが閉成状態となって前記揚送手段の略中央から揚送された球体が確実に堰塞され、ついで前記特定入賞口に導かれ、前記2回開放用の始動口に入賞した場合は、前記複数の球誘導路のうち所定の球誘導路を経由して誘導された球体が前記揚送手段で揚送され、ストッパが開成状態となって前記揚送手段の略中央から揚送された球体のみが前記特定入賞口に導かれることを特徴とする

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に示した実施例に基づいて説明する。ここでは、パチンコ類遊技機としてパチンコ機を挙げるが、本発明は、パチンコ機の入賞装置の他に、球体を用いて遊技盤上で遊技を行う遊技機一般の入賞装置を対象とすることができる。
なお、実施形態は、本発明の主旨から逸脱しない限り適宜設計変更可能なものである。

図1は本発明による入賞装置を備えるパチンコ機の遊技盤面正面図である。
パチンコ機は大当たり状態を創成する方法によって一般に第1種から第3種に区分されている。本実施例に挙げる第2種は、通称ハネ物と呼ばれる。それは入賞装置の上辺に開閉羽根を設け、遊技盤上の所定の入賞口に入賞すると羽根が開放してパチンコ球が装置内に流入しやすくなると共に、入賞装置の下方に設けられた特別入賞口に球が入賞すると大当たり状態が創成されるものである。
もっとも、本発明による手法を用いることができるのは大当たり状態を創成するための入賞装置に限られず、第1種や第3種のパチンコ機の入賞装置や、その他のパチンコ類遊技機一般の特別な入賞口を備えた入賞装置に適用可能である。

パチンコ機の遊技盤面上には、遊技者がハンドル(図示しない)を操作することにより発射装置(図示しない)からパチンコ球が発射される。打出口(10)を経て遊技盤(P)に打ち込まれた打球は、遊技盤(P)上に配設された釘や諸部材によって進路を変更されながら遊技盤(P)面を流下する。
遊技盤(P)上には、左・右袖入賞口(11)(11)、左・右落とし入賞口(12)(12)、上前飾り(21)上部の入賞口(21’)などの打球の一般入賞口と共に、入賞装置(O)を備える。
打球が、左袖入賞口等の各入賞口に入賞すると、各入賞口内に付設された入賞口SWによって検出され、払出装置から所定数の賞球が払い出される。
さらに、遊技の進行に伴って動作する風車(14)(14)や遊技を演出する多くのランプ類、音響効果を演出するスピーカー等があり、パチンコ機背面の裏制御機構や、パチンコ球を供給、回収する設備である島設備と共働してパチンコ遊技を実現している。

図2および図3は、本発明による入賞装置(O)の斜視説明図および側面断面図である。
遊技盤(P)に打ち込まれた打球が、盤面下方に設置された始動口(13)(13’)(13)に入球すると、始動口内の図示しない始動口SWが入球を検出して、裏制御機構内の制御回路に検出信号を発する。そして、制御回路の命令によって入賞装置(O)に備えられた開閉羽根(20)(20)が作動し、入賞装置(O)に打球が入賞しやすい状態を作出する。
開閉羽根(20)(20)は遊技盤背面に設けられたソレノイド(30)(30)とクランク(31)(31)を介して接続されており、ソレノイド(30)(30)通電時には開放する一方、遮電時にはソレノイド(30)(30)に付設された戻りバネ(32)(32)によって閉鎖するようになっている。
なお、開放羽根(20)(20)が閉鎖状態では、打球は入賞装置(O)内に流入し難いので、遊技者は該開放羽根(20)(20)の開放時に打球がどれだけ流入するかに興趣を感じることができる。

入賞装置(O)に流入する打球は、装置に流入した後、傾斜板(22)を経て入賞SW(図示しない)を内部に備えた入賞孔(23)(23)を通過する。
打球は左右の入賞孔(23)(23)からそれぞれ左右の球誘導路(24)(24)を流下し、下部ステージ(40)に至る。

下部ステージ(40)の背面側の床面にはシャッター(41)が配設されている。シャッター(41)は連設されたソレノイド(33)により開閉自在であり、他の部材と共に連係して制御される。
シャッター(41)は樹脂製の略平板であり、表面は中央部(41a)が高く水平な平面で、その両側(41b)(41b)が左右に向かって僅かに傾斜し、左右の袖部(41c)(41c)はさらに強く傾斜している。従って、中央部(41a)よりも左右の袖部に向かってシャッター(41)上の打球は転動しやすい。
シャッター(41)開放時には、床面が開いた状態であるから、打球は落下し、下部の一般入賞口(25)に入賞する。入賞後は本入賞装置(O)から遊技盤(P)背面の裏機構(図示しない)に打球が戻される。

一方、シャッター(41)閉鎖時には、シャッター(41)上で停留し、回転ドラム(42)による揚送を待つ。
回転ドラム(42)は円柱形で、中心軸を水平に軸支されている。回転ドラム(42)の回転は、入賞装置(O)後部のモータ(34)から複数のギア(35a)(35b)(35c)を介して駆動される。ドラムは打球を揚送する方向だけでなく、逆に下降させる方向にも回転可能である。回転制御も他の部材と連係して制御される。
回転ドラム(42)の円周面(42a)には、左右方向に並列する3個の磁石(m1ないしm3)からなるA列と2個の磁石(m4,m5)からなるB列が埋設されている。A列とB列とは回転軸に対して対称に位置するので、前方から視認できる回転ドラム(42)上の磁石はいずれかの列(A列,B列)である。

シャッター(41)上の打球は磁石(m1ないしm5)に誘引されて磁着し、回転ドラム(42)の回転に伴って揚送される。そして回転ドラム(42)の後方で、最上部よりやや下に近接して設けられる上部ステージ(43)上に達する。上部ステージ(43)で磁石と引き離された打球は、後方にやや傾斜する上部ステージ(43)上を転動する。
上部ステージ(43)にはその奥に設ける特別入賞口(44)に対応した特別入賞誘導路(45)が配設されている。該誘導路(45)は特別入賞口(44)の幅と略同一の溝(45a)と、溝(45a)に沿って設けられる突起部(45b)(45b)とからなり、回転ドラム(42)略中央を揚送されてきた打球を特別入賞口(44)に誘導する。
突起部(45b)(45b)により、略中央の打球はより確実に特別入賞する反面、それ以外の部位を揚送された打球は、特別入賞は困難である。つまり、突起部(45b)の存在により、回転ドラム(42)上の磁石の位置が特別入賞の有無に明確に影響するので、遊技者の関心はいずれの磁石(m1ないしm5)に磁着するかに集まることになる。

ここで前述の磁石(m1ないしm5)について詳述する。回転ドラム(42)の正面図およびストッパ(46)(46)の形状を示す説明図を図4に示す。
本実施例における磁石の配置は、A列の磁石(m1)は回転ドラム円周面(42a)の左端近傍、磁石(m2)は中央、磁石(m3)は右端近傍である。一方、B列の磁石(m4)は左右位置では裏側の2つ磁石(m1およびm2)の中点位置、磁石(m5)は裏側の2つの磁石(m2およびm3)の中点位置である。
同時にB列の磁石(m4およびm5)の位置は、特別入賞誘導路(45)の外側に沿う位置であるので、該磁石(m4およびm5)に磁着した打球はそのまま特別入賞することは難しい。

もっとも、本発明において、打球を誘導するストッパ(46)(46)が配設されており、これによって若干様相が異なる。

堰塞領域(47)には図5に示すように通常は3個の打球が堰塞可能である。このとき、まず1個の打球が2つの凹部(46a)(46a)に囲まれた堰塞領域(47)奥部に嵌留し、ストッパ面(46b)(46b)の左右にそれぞれ1個ずつの打球が堰塞される。
そして、打球がこの状態で堰塞されるには、主に次の方法が考えられる。
まず、A列の中央の磁石(m2)によって打球が揚送されて堰塞領域(47)奥部に堰塞され、その後、B列の磁石(m4)(m5)によってあとの2つの打球が揚送され、図5の状態で堰塞される場合がある。
また、磁着した打球は左右に多少振れることができるので、B列の磁石(m4)(m5)によって揚送された打球でも、堰塞領域(47)奥部から順に堰塞されて、次にA列中央の磁石(m2)が堰塞されても図5の状態になりうる。

環流スロープ(48)は、上部ステージ(43)から下部ステージ(40)に打球を環流させるスロープであり、遊技盤(P)前後方向に平行に配設される。
従来、回転ドラム(42)等の部材を用いた入賞装置では、特別入賞できなかった打球は揚送されてきた円周面(42a)上を流下していた。そのため、揚送中の打球と流下する打球が衝突して、揚送中の打球を振り落とす場合があり、遊技の興趣を減じてしまう面があった。
本実施例における環流スロープ(48)によると、特別入賞しない打球は該スロープ(48)を流下するので、この点が解決される。さらに、打球が入り乱れて円周面(42a)上を流下するのと異なり、スロープ上を一定の時間かけて流下するので、遊技者はその様子を視認可能で、再び入賞の期待感を得ることができる。

本発明による入賞装置では、各部材の上記一連の動作を連係して制御することにより、さらに娯楽性を高めている。すなわち、シャッター(41)の開閉動作とストッパ(46)の開閉動作が連係することによって、前述の各部材による打球の変化を楽しめるだけでなく、遊技者にとってタイミングを見定める楽しみや、偶然的な特別入賞の機会の作出や喪失等、スリルや期待感を持つことのできる非常に娯楽性の高い入賞装置を構成できる。

まず、始動口SWのオンから0.2秒後に回転ドラム(42)が停止状態から揚送方向の回転を開始する。そして、始動口SWのオンから1.8秒後に開閉羽根(20)(20)が0.35秒間開放する。同時に、シャッター(41)が閉鎖し、ストッパ(46)(46)が閉成する。これにより、打球が入賞装置(O)に流入し、シャッター(41)上で停留し、回転ドラム(42)に揚送され、ストッパ(46)(46)に堰塞されるという一連の打球の移送手段、および堰塞されない打球は環流スロープ(48)(48)を通り再びシャッター(41)上に環流するという環流手段が確立する。

これは開放羽根(20)(20)の2回の開閉により入賞装置(O)への打球の流入数が多くなり、ストッパ(46)(46)が堰塞しなくとも特別入賞の可能性が高まることによる。ストッパによる堰塞があまりにも確実になるとほとんどの場合特別入賞することになり、却って遊技者の期待感を失わせてしまい、遊技機の娯楽性に寄与しない。

回転ドラム(42)は回転開始から7.34秒間回転した後、前記と同様に0.2秒間の停止を挟んでから下降方向に回転する。
このように各部材の動作タイミングを制御し、入賞装置内における打球を効果的に誘導させることによって遊技の興趣を最大限に生かすことができる。さらに、始動口(13)(13)(13‘)に応じて動作タイミングを変化させることでさらに娯楽性を高めている。

【発明の効果】
本発明のパチンコ類遊技機の入賞装置は、以上の構成を備えるので次の効果を奏する。
請求項1に記載の入賞装置によると、始動口に応じて開閉羽根の開放回数を1回又は2回に変化させるので、遊技者はいずれの始動口に入賞するかについて関心をもち、遊技の多様性を増し、興趣のある遊技機を提供することができる。

同時に、始動口に応じて駆動部材の動作にも変化を持たせる。
すなわち、開閉羽根が2回の開閉した場合には、入賞装置への球体の流入数が多くなり、駆動部材が誘導しなくとも特定入賞口への入賞の可能性が高まるので、駆動部材は誘導動作を行わない。これにより、ほとんどの場合入賞して、却って遊技者の期待感を失わせることがないようにする。

このような構成によって、始動口に応じて開閉羽根の動作が変化するだけでなく、1回開放用の始動口であっても、入賞の期待感を維持しうる入賞装置が提供できる。
