Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an infusion bag, and more particularly to an infusion bag that does not puncture or break the outer bag that houses the infusion bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, infusion bags have been heat-sealed at the peripheral edge, and in particular, both side ends have been sealed in the vertical direction with substantially the same width. For this reason, when the infusion bag is folded in half with respect to the horizontal direction, both ends of the bent portion are rounded and sealed to become a rigid portion. In the state of being sealed and set in an outer bag made of film, the two side ends of the two folded portions hit the outer bag to make holes in the outer bag or peel off the seal portion around the outer bag to break the bag. Or the like, which hindered the sealed storage by the outer bag.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional infusion bag has a problem in that a hole is formed in the outer bag in which the infusion bag is hermetically stored, or the bag is broken, and the handling is very careful. Therefore, the present invention has been invented for the purpose of providing an infusion bag that can prevent the opening and breakage of the outer bag due to the seal portions on both sides of the infusion bag.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The infusion bag according to the present invention for achieving the above object is an infusion bag formed into a bag shape by a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or sheet as described in
[0005]
According to this configuration, when the infusion bag is folded in half with respect to the horizontal direction, the positions that become the side corners of the bent portion remain as non-fused portions. There is a flexible film or sheet itself that is not sealed at the corners on both sides when folded in half, and the inner sealing part of this non-fused part is formed in a non-square curved contour. Therefore, even if the non-fused part touches or folds into the outer bag, the contact with the outer bag by the infusion bag is softened, and the opening and breakage of the outer bag are reliably prevented. The
[0006]
Moreover, in the infusion bag having a plurality of medicine storage chambers, as described in claim 2, the infusion bag is formed in a bag shape by a thermoplastic resin film or sheet, and the infusion bag is a medicine storage chamber. It is divided into multiple chambers by a weak seal part formed in the middle in the middle, and when it is bent with reference to the horizontal direction of the weak seal part, the position that becomes the both ends of the bent part is a non-fused part The infusion bag is characterized in that it is sealed so as to have a curved outer shape that is not squared inwardly, and the seal portions at both ends are formed as strong seal portions. When the bag is bent with reference to the weak seal part formed in the horizontal direction, the non-fused part softens the contact with the outer bag at the non-fused part at the corners on both sides of the folded part. The curved outer shape of the inner part of the landing The point Oseru the prevention of apertures or breakage of the outer bag Te soft down an equivalent tactile to the outer bag at Lumpur portion is the same as that of
[0007]
Further, the infusion bag according to claim 2 is characterized in that, among the strong seal portions at both ends, the connection portion with respect to the weak seal portion is sealed in an arc-shaped bulging shape as described in claim 3. In this case, when the weak seal part is peeled off and the drug storage chambers are communicated with each other, the strong seal part near the weak seal part has an enhanced shape so as not to cause a bag breaking phenomenon or a pinhole phenomenon. It is very convenient because it reinforces the periphery when the parts are separated and communicated.

【The invention's effect】
According to the infusion bag of the present invention, even if the infusion bag is folded in half with respect to the horizontal direction and sealed and stored in the outer bag, the positions of the corners on both sides of the folded portion are not Since the flexible film or sheet that is not stiff is left as the heat-sealed portion, the contact with the outer bag is softened, and there is no possibility that the outer bag is pierced or broken. In addition, since it is sealed so that it has a curved outer shape that is not squared inward from the non-heat-sealed part, even if the non-heat-fused part is turned over, the contact with the outer bag is softened, and the outer bag This is convenient for preventing the opening and bag breakage.
