BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention fits the convex strips of the convex tape provided on the inner surfaces facing each other in the opening and the concave strips of the concave tape, and seals the two tapes by biting and sealing the two tapes. The present invention relates to a package that can be opened and resealed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5A, a plastic fastener is often used as a means for sealing a portion of the periphery of a plastic four-sided sealing bag, etc., which is sealed around the four sides, and then opening the opening. ing.
[0003]
The
[0004]
That is, this plastic fastener is composed of a
[0005]
This plastic fastener is a relatively simple re-sealing means, but the
[0006]
In addition, when the convex shape and the concave shape of the fastener are engaged with each other and resealed after being peeled off in this way, the same problem occurs even when the engagement is released and reopened.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above problems, and even if the sheet-like constituent materials constituting the bag are in close contact with each other, the function of the fingertip is insufficient. However, an object of the present invention is to provide a resealable package that can be easily opened.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the invention according to
[0009]
According to this invention, since the position of one scheduled cutting portion of the pair of sheet-like constituent materials and the position of the other scheduled cutting portion of the other sheet-like constituent material are different from each other, the configuration cut from this scheduled cutting portion Of the material, the cut end of one constituent material protrudes from the cut end of the other constituent material. For this reason, this protrusion part can be used as a finger-hanging part. Therefore, even when both constituent materials are in close contact with each other, and even when the fingertip function is insufficient, such as a child or an elderly person, the protrusion part It is possible to easily open it with a fingertip.
[0010]
Further, when the package is torn, a weak line provided at the position of the upper end of one of the convex tapes of the pair of sheet-shaped constituent materials and the upper side of the concave tape of the other sheet-shaped constituent materials The direction of tearing is guided to the planned cutting part by the weak line provided at the end position, so even if tearing is started from a position different from the planned cutting part, it is reliably guided to the planned cutting part. It is possible to cut from this position. Therefore, the protrusion can be reliably provided.
[0011]
In addition, since there is a fastener between the two constituent materials in this opening, the two constituent materials do not adhere to each other, and therefore it is possible to more easily place the finger on the protruding portion.
[0012]
As the weakening line, for example, a straight cut groove or a perforated cut groove having a depth that does not penetrate the constituent material and is provided along the planned cut portion can be used. When the cutting groove starts in the tear start position or in the middle of the tearing, the tearing direction is then guided to the cutting groove, and the cutting can be reliably cut out from the planned cutting portion.
[0013]
In addition, as this weak line, it is formed intermittently along the upper edge of both the tapes above the convex tape and the concave tape, and has one or more rows having a depth that does not penetrate the constituent material. It consists of a row of cuts, and the cuts in each row have a two-dimensional extent, and when opening the cut by tearing, it has the directionality that can correct the deviation of the cut direction from the end of one cut along the upper edge of the tape at the next cut Therefore, it is desirable that the direction guides to the part to be cut. In this case, the tearing direction is guided to the cut-out planned portion regardless of the tear start position.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 2 specifies the weakening line for such technical reasons.
That is, the invention according to claim 2
The weakening line is formed intermittently along the upper edge of both the tapes above the convex tape and the concave tape, and has a depth that does not penetrate the constituent material. And each row of cuts has a two-dimensional extent and has a direction that can correct the deviation of the cut direction from the end of one cut along the upper edge of the tape at the next cut when opening the cut by tearing, The gist of the resealable package according to
[0015]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the weakening line is composed of a row of cuts formed intermittently along the upper edge of both tapes, and the deviation in the cutting direction from one cut edge when the cut is opened by tearing. Since it has a direction that can be corrected to follow the upper edge of the tape at the next cut, when opening by tearing, deviation of the tearing direction is prevented, and the tearing direction is reliably guided, and the convex tape It is possible to tear open along the upper edge of the concave tape. Therefore, it is possible to reliably form the protrusion and open the bag reliably and easily.
[0016]
In addition, in this invention of Claim 2, when the said notch row | line is inclined so that it may have directionality toward the upper edge part of both tapes, the tear start position is a position slightly apart from the scheduled cutting part. The direction of these cuts corrects the tearing direction and tears toward the upper edge of both tapes, and also hits the upper edge of both tapes to prevent tearing downward. The And for this reason, it becomes possible to tear open along the upper edge part of both tapes reliably.
[0018]
[Action]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the position of one of the pair of sheet-shaped constituent materials is scheduled to be cut out and the position of the other sheet-shaped constituent material of the planned cutting-out portion are different from each other, Of the constituent materials cut out, the cut end of one constituent material protrudes from the cut end of the other constituent material. For this reason, this protrusion part can be used as a finger-hanging part. Therefore, even when both constituent materials are in close contact with each other, and even when the fingertip function is insufficient, such as a child or an elderly person, the protrusion part It is possible to easily open it with a fingertip.
[0019]
When the package is torn, the two weakening lines guide the tearing direction to the planned cutting part, so even if tearing is started from a position different from the planned cutting part, It is guided and cut out from this position, so that the protrusion can be reliably provided.
[0020]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the weakening line is composed of a row of cuts formed intermittently along the upper edge portions of both tapes, and the deviation in the cutting direction from the end of one cutting line is reduced when the cut is opened by tearing. Since it has a direction that can be corrected along the upper edge of the tape at the slit, if the opening is made by tearing, deviation of the tearing direction is prevented, and the upper edge of the convex tape and the concave tape is surely secured. It is possible to tear open along. Therefore, it is possible to reliably form the protrusion and open the bag reliably and easily.
