As a surface side laminated | multilayer film, the tablet PC of the vertical straight cut | disconnected polyethylene terephthalate film of thickness 12 micrometers made by UNICHIKA Corporation, and aluminum foil of 7 micrometers thickness were 0.920 g from T dice through an anchor coat agent. As a surface-side laminated film, Uni-Slon TB 1000 of a 15-micrometer-thick longitudinal straight cut polyamide film made by Light Unitech Co., Ltd., and a straight-line low-density polyethylene film having a thickness of 50 µm were prepared using a two-component polyurethane adhesive. It laminated | stacked by the dry lamination method. As a back side laminated | multilayer film, the laminated film was obtained like Example 1 except having used the normal nylon (6) film of 15 micrometers in thickness which does not have linear cut property for exchange of linear cut polyamide. These laminated | multilayer films were made into the bag similarly to Example 1, and the zipper part bag was obtained. Only the width of about 10 mm of the surface-side laminated film could be stably torn and unopened without breaking the contents. (Third Embodiment)

As a surface side laminated | multilayer film, the nylon (6) film of thickness 15micrometer which does not have the linear cut property used for the back side laminated | multilayer film of 2nd Example, and the horizontal uniaxially stretched polypropylene film by Toray Industries, Ltd. of thickness 25micrometer YT22 and a linear low density polyethylene film having a thickness of 30 μm were laminated in this order using a two-component polyurethane adhesive. The laminated film serving as the front and back surface of the bag was manufactured with a bag maker having a biaxial dispenser, and one side of the bag in the flow direction of the bag maker opened and sealed three sides, each having a length of 150 mm, a width of 100 mm, and a sealing width of 10 mm. (First Comparative Example)

The surface-side laminated film of the first embodiment was also used for the back surface of the bag, that is, it was produced in the same manner as in the first embodiment using the bag using the laminated film having straight cut property on both the front and back surfaces of the bag.

The back side laminated film of the second example was also used for the surface side of the bag, i.e., the bag using the laminated film having no straight cut property on both the front and back sides of the bag was produced in the same manner as in the second embodiment.

Claims (9)

  1. The peripheral portion of the two films on the front side and the back side is bonded to each other and sealed. The straight cut property in one direction of the front side film is larger than the straight cut property in any one of the back side films.
