Abstract

PURPOSE:To make unsealing posible for a bag with a small force without allowing the bag to be torn by a method wherein an unsealing part is formed with edge lines on both ends of a bag-forming film placed adjacently, and a release tape is welded for sealing along two welding lines over the unsealing part. CONSTITUTION:A seal-up bag 1 is made of a film that is made up with its both sides formed of heat sealing layers 10. An unsealing part 2 is formed with edge lines 3 on both ends of a bag-forming film placed adjacently, pr contacting or overlapping each other. A release tape 4 is welded for sealing, extending over the edge lines 3 on both ends. Heat sealing layers 11 are formed to both sides of the release tape 4 while a separate layer 12 is formed to the inside thereof. Two welding lines are provided to the outside of each of the edge lines 3 on both ends of the bag-forming film. Welding is applied to welding parts 6 on both the upper and the lower ends of the seal-up bag 1 with unwelded parts 7 left unwelded on both the upper and the lower ends. Therefore, the release tape 4 is made to be unstuck on the welded parts 7, allowing tabs 8 to be formed for being caught by fingers. By nipping and pulling the tabs 8 with the fingers, the relase tape 4 can be splitted in the separate layer 12, and unsealing can be made with the two edge lines 3 closed with the release tape 4 opened.

2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a sealed plastic film bag has been used which has one or two vertical fusion-bonded portions, and then both ends are horizontally fused. A sealed bag called a three-way seal, which is easy to manufacture and has one vertical fusion-bonded portion, is often used. Among the three-sided seals, the one with the vertical fusion-bonding part provided in the center of the bag is called a pillow-type bag, and the vertical fusion-bonding method is as follows: In addition, the sticking of envelopes and the like, which overlap the other edge, were often used. Further, a so-called stand pack in which a gusset is put in the bottom of the film to be fused and filled with the contents to impart erection and an opening portion is provided at the top is also used. In addition, long contents, which are almost the same as the length of the sealed bag,
Depending on the contents, the opening part of the sealed bag may be required to be located at one end instead of the central part.

The tape-attached bag is a vertical fusion-bonding portion, and the edges of both ends of the film are brought into contact with each other, and a tape having a heat-fusible layer on both sides is heat-fused from the back surface. It is a horizontally fused bag. In the tape-sealed bag, the stress of breaking the bag is not the force that directly peels off the fusion-bonded part like the joint-sealed bag, but the displacement stress between the tape and the film. It has the advantage of not being afraid.

The fusing method is the edge line 3 of the two bag films.
Two tape fusion bonding lines 5 were provided on the outer side of the. The width of the tape fusing line 5 can be appropriately determined according to the fusing strength required for the bag. In this embodiment, two tape fusion lines 5 are provided, but three or four or more tape fusion lines 5 may be provided, but at least one tape fusion line exists outside the unsealed portion. is necessary. If both end edge lines 3 of the bag film are brought close to each other and are not brought into contact with each other, it is possible to fuse the tape film with a width to cover the both end edge lines 3 with one tape fusion line. When the number of tape fusion lines is one, the bag film has double-sided heat-bonding properties. Therefore, if the edge portions of the bag film are in contact with each other or overlap each other, the heat generated when the peeling tape 4 is fused is improved. In this case, the films in the unsealed portions are heat-sealed to each other, and even if the peeling tape 4 is peeled off, the unsealed portion 2 may not be unsealed.

In the present embodiment, the cutting line 22 has a short width which does not come into contact with the vertical fusion splicing lines 26 provided on both sides of the stand pack 21 due to fear of water leakage when filling a content rich in water. The cutting line may be longer or the same as the bag width. However, when the cutting line is short as in the present embodiment, the tape fusion portion 23 is naturally short, and the release tape in a state where it is not fused and floats outside the tape fusion portion 23 remains, Form the strip 8. It has an advantage that it can be easily opened by pinching and pulling the knob piece 8. When a double-sided heat-fusible film is used as the bag film, the tape-fusing part is preferably provided with at least one fusion-bonding line sandwiching the cutting line 22 as in Example 1. .

Example 4 FIG. 9 shows, as Example 4, the case where the bag film had heat-sealing properties only on the inner surface and one end of the sealing bag was to be opened to take out the contents. The sealed bag used in the present embodiment may be a four-sided seal type and may be provided with an unsealed portion in addition, or may have one of the folded portions 27 as shown in FIG. 4, or a stand pack. It may be a gusset fold bag. In this example, since the outer surface of the bag is not heat-fusible, it cannot be fused by using the same release tape as that used in Example 1. Bend both ends of each of the two and fold the folded surface 28 of the two rows.
Were placed in contact with each other. Then, a peeling tape was placed on the folding line 29, and the folding line 29 was heat-sealed. Reference numeral 26 represents a vertical fusion line, which was filled with the content from an opening opposite to the folded-back portion 27, and then the opening was horizontally fused. Reference numeral 24 is a horizontal fusion-bonded portion.
