等の易剥離性接合部14の先端をチャックを設けていな
いプラスチック容器のシート等と封止用シート等の封止
部の末端から少なくとも2mm内容物側に出るように接
合部14を設けることにより、容器の耐圧力を増すこと
に成功した。この理由は明らかにできなかったが、接合
部14が封止部の末端から2mm未満の時は、内部圧力
は易剥離性接合部14に直接作用して剥離する恐れがあ
るのに対し、接合部14が封止部の末端から少なくとも
2mmある時は、内部圧力は封止用シート12と容器の
シート等11−aの封止部の方に直接かかるようにな
り、易剥離性接合部14には直接圧力がかからなくなる
ためでないかと推定している。

硬化型ウレタン系ドライラミネート接着剤を用いドライ
ラミネートした積層フィルムを用いた。封止用シート等
としては、60μm無延伸ポリプロピレン、12μmポ
リエステル、15μmポリアミド、60μm無延伸ポリ
プロピレンのフィルムからなり、各層間の接着は同様に
2液硬化型ウレタン系ドライラミネート接着剤を用いて
ドライラミネートした積層フィルムを用いた。シート1
1−bと封止用シート12には無延伸ポリプロピレン製
のチャックを形成し、更にこのチャックの両側にチャッ
クと平行して易剥離性のアクリル系樹脂をレトルト用2
液硬化型ウレタン系ドライラミネート接着剤を介して、
チャックから1mmの距離を設けて5mmの幅でパート
コートした。チャックを結合し、更に製袋機でパートコ
ートした易剥離性のアクリル系樹脂の接合部を接合する
と共に底部も接合しスタンディングパウチを成形した。
