従来、繰り返し開閉することができる開閉部を有する包装袋としては、両面テープからなる開閉部やプラスチックチャック付きの包装袋が知られており、開閉部に封止用シートを介在させてチャックを設けたチャック付きプラスチック袋も提案されている。(特開平8−324594号公報)
また、粘着性樹脂層により開閉部を構成した包装袋も知られており、袋を構成する包材自体に取り出し口をミシン目により形成し取り出し口の対面に粘着性樹脂層を介して開閉蓋を設けた袋も提案されている。(特開昭56−84205号公報)

したがって、本発明は上記従来技術の問題点を解消し、特別な材料や工程を必要とせずに容易に製造することができ、内容物の充填性と密封性に優れるとともに、繰り返し開閉した場合にも良好な密封性を有する包装袋を提供することを目的とするものである。

このような目的を達成するために、本発明は下記の構成をとるものである。
1.繰り返し開閉することができる帯状の開閉部を有する包装袋において、開閉部の片側は外層樹脂層、粘着性樹脂中間層及び内層ヒートシール性樹脂層により構成され、開閉部の他の側は少なくとも内層ヒートシール性樹脂層により構成され、両側の内層ヒートシール性樹脂層は開閉部の全長にわたってヒートシールされており、粘着性樹脂中間層の巾はヒートシール部の巾よりも広く、かつ該粘着性中間層に隣接する内層ヒートシール性樹脂層には、ヒートシール部に沿ってヒートシール部の両側に易開封加工部が設けられており、開閉部の外側に設ける易開封加工部はヒートシール部の端面から0〜3mm離間した位置に設けられ、開閉部の包装袋の収納部側に設ける易開封加工部はヒートシール部の端面から1〜5mm離間した位置に設けられたものであることを特徴とする開閉部を有する密封包装袋。
2.粘着性樹脂中間層を介した層間接着力が、ヒートシールされた内層樹脂層同士の層間接着力よりも小さくなるように構成したことを特徴とする1に記載の開閉部を有する密封包装袋。
3.易開封加工部が開閉部の一部に設けられたものであることを特徴とする1又は2に記載の開閉部を有する密封包装袋。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面に基づいて本発明の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。図1及び図2は本発明をスタンディングパウチに適用した1例を示す図である。図1は本発明のスタンディングパウチの断面図であり、図2は図1のスタンディングパウチの開閉部をヒートシールした状態を表す拡大断面図である。これらの図において、符号1はスタンディングパウチ、符号2は開閉部、符号3は外層樹脂層、符号4は内層ヒートシール性樹脂層、符号5は粘着性樹脂中間層、符号6はヒートシール部、そして符号7及び8は易開封加工部を表す。

本発明のパウチ1では、内容物の一部を取り出した後にパウチ1の開閉部2を手等で押圧すれば、パウチ1は粘着性樹脂中間層4により再度密封することができる。パウチ1の開閉はきわめて容易に行うことができ、開閉を繰返した後にもパウチ1の密封性は良好に保たれる。

本発明の密封包装袋において、外層樹脂層を構成する材料としては特に制限はないが、通常はプラスチック材料を使用する。
外層樹脂層を構成するのに適したプラスチック材料としては、例えば結晶性ポリプロピレン、結晶性プロピレン−エチレン共重合体、結晶性ポリブテン−1、結晶性ポリ4−メチルペンテン−1、低−、中−、或いは高密度ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)、EVAケン化物、エチレン−アクリル酸エチル共重合体(EEA)、イオン架橋オレフィン共重合体(アイオノマー)等のポリオレフィン類;ポリスチレン、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体等の芳香族ビニル共重合体;ポリ塩化ビニル、塩化ビニリデン樹脂等のハロゲン化ビニル重合体;ポリアクリル系樹脂;アクリロニトリル−スチレン共重合体、アクリロニトリル−スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体の如きニトリル重合体;ナイロン6、ナイロン66、パラまたはメタキシリレンアジパミドの如きポリアミド類;ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリテトラメチレンテレフタレート等のポリエステル類;各種ポリカーボネート;フッ素系樹脂;ポリオキシメチレン等のポリアセタール類等の熱可塑性樹脂を挙げることができる。
外層樹脂層は、通常はこれらのプラスチック材料からなる未延伸の、或いは一軸又は二軸延伸したフイルム又はシートにより構成される。

本発明の密封包装袋において、内層ヒートシール性樹脂層を構成する材料としては、ヒートシール性を有するプラスチック材料はいずれも使用することができる。内層ヒートシール性樹脂層を構成するのに適したプラスチック材料としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン・プロピレン共重合体、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体等のポリオレフィン類、アクリル系樹脂等が挙げられる。
粘着性樹脂中間層を構成する材料としては特に制限はないが、通常は天然ゴム、天然ゴム変性物、合成ゴム等のゴム系樹脂、(変性)ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂等が使用される。

包装袋の形態としては特に制限はなく、平袋、ピロー袋、ガゼット袋、スタンディングパウチ等の各種形状の密封性包装袋が挙げられる。
包装袋に収納する内容物としては特に制限はないが、ビスケット、キャンディ、せんべい、ポテトチップ等の菓子類、海苔、けずり節等の乾燥食品、ハム、チーズ等の食品、調味料、洗剤等が挙げられ、これらを密封性を保ちながら一度で使い切れない量を収納するのに適している。

以下、実施例により本発明の包装袋をさらに説明するが、これらの実施例は本発明を限定するものではない。
(実施例1〜6、及び比較例1〜9)
厚さ12μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、厚さ8μmのアルミ箔、厚さ20μmのポリプロピレン(PP)、厚さ20μmのアクリル系樹脂(粘着性樹脂中間層)、厚さ30μmの直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE:内層ヒートシール性樹脂層)により包材フイルムを構成した。この包材フイルムでは、PET/アルミニウム箔/PPが外層樹脂層を構成するものであるが、包材フイルム中のPP/粘着性樹脂中間層としては、粘着性樹脂付きPPフイルム〔商品名「スーパーテック PP−20 7HL」:リンテック(株)製〕を使用した。この包材フイルムからLLDPEを内層面として通常の製袋工程により裁断、ヒートシールし(ヒートシール条件:140℃、2秒間、ヒートシール部の巾は1cm)、巾10cm、高さ15cmのピロー包装袋を作成した。

包材フイルムの積層前に袋の上端部を構成する片側のLLDPEフイルムの開閉部予定位置に切り込み(易開封加工部)を設けるとともに、巾10cm、高さ1cmのタブを形成し、開閉部を構成した。
開閉部のヒートシール部の外側及び内側(収納部側)に設ける切り込みのヒートシール部端面からの距離を変更し、袋の密封性、開封性、再封性及び落下試験について検討した。結果を表1に示す。
落下試験はJIS規格Z0238に基づき、袋内に200gの水を充填し、50cmの高さから落下させることによって行った。また、表1において、切り込みの位置欄の−は、切り込みを設けなかったことを示す。落下試験の○は破袋しなかったことを示し、×は開閉部から破袋したことを示す。密封性、開封性の評価は、密封性、開封性、再封性全てが良好なものを○、密封性、開封性は良好であるがしわが寄る等再封性が不良なものを△、開封しないものを×で示した。

また、実施例4の包装袋のシール強度について、180°はく離強度を測定したところ、粘着性樹脂中間層を介したフイルムの層間接着力は0.5kg/15mm巾であり、ヒートシール面の層間接着力は1.5kg/15mm巾であった。

この包装袋では、易開封加工部は開閉部のヒートシール部の端面から内側2mm、外側1mmの位置に設けた。また、易開封加工部を設けた側の包材フイルムを延在させて高さ1cmのタブを袋の巾方向全長にわたって形成した。このピロー包装袋は、実施例1〜6の包装袋と同様に落下試験で破袋せず、良好な密封性、開封性及び再封性を示した。

上記構成をとることによって、本発明の密封包装袋は次のような顕著な効果を奏する。
1.包装袋の開閉部は、最初に開封するまではヒートシール部により密封されており、密封性にすぐれる。
2.簡単に開封することができ、開封後、開閉部は粘着性樹脂中間層により密封されるので、繰り返し開閉した場合にも良好な密封性が保たれる。
3.どのような形状の包装袋にも適用することができ、上部開口部から内容物を充填することができる。
4.開閉部を形成するのに特別な材料や工程を必要とせず、通常の装置、工程により安価に製造することができる。
