Claims (5)
- 鉛直方向に配置されて回転駆動される回転軸に、その軸心に対して軸心の傾斜した傾斜軸部を設け、この傾斜軸部に環状体を相対回転自在に外嵌すると共に、この環状体の回転を阻止する回転阻止手段を設け、前記環状体に一体的に装着したワークホルダに、被破砕物と破砕媒体を収容した密閉容器を周方向に多数保持させた細胞破砕装置において、前記ワークホルダの密閉容器を保持する円周位置部分に円環状の冷媒循環通路を設け、この冷媒循環通路を仕切り、仕切られた冷媒循環通路に一方向に冷媒が流れるように冷媒を供給して、ワークホルダに保持される多数の密閉容器を順次冷却するように構成したことを特徴とする細胞破砕装置。
- 前記仕切られた冷媒循環通路の上下流端のそれぞれを冷媒循環パイプを介して温度管理装置に接続した請求項1記載の細胞破砕装置。
- 冷媒は密閉容器内の被破砕物を凍結温度にまで冷却するものである請求項1又は2記載の細胞破砕装置。
- 各密閉容器は冷却循環通路を流れる冷媒に直接接触するものである請求項1、2又は3記載の細胞破砕装置。
- 円環状の冷媒循環通路を備えたワークホルダに、被破砕物と破砕媒体を収容した密閉容器を多数保持させ、前記冷媒循環通路に一方向に冷媒を流して各密閉容器を順次冷却しながら、ワークホルダに周方向とこれに直角な方向の動きを複合した8の字状振動を与えて、各密閉容器内の被破砕物を破砕することを特徴とする細胞破砕方法。
