Description
Claims (5)
- 車両の座席にかかる重量を測定するシステムであって、
底部を有する座席と、
座席を車両構造に取付ける座席要素と、
座席の底部を座席要素に対して支持するための座席支持部材と、
座席支持部材に連結するための第1の連結部、座席要素に連結するための第2の連結部及び第1と第2の連結部の間を延びる中央本体部分を有し、中央本体部分には歪みを集中させるための狭い首部が設けられ、第1の連結部には第1の締結具を受容するための第1の開口が設けられ、第2の連結部には第2の締結具を受容するための第2の開口が設けられた撓曲ビームと、
狭い首部に直接取付けられ、座席底部に加わる重量力により生じる歪みを測定する少なくとも1つのセンサーとより成り、
第1の締結具は、第1の開口内に取付けられ、第1の締結具を受容する第1の内部中央開口と、外周部に形成された第1の段部とを備え、第1の段部は第1の開口より大きい直径を有するため座席支持部材と撓曲ビームとの間に第1のギャップが形成される第1の挿入部材より成り、
第2の締結具は、第2の開口内に取付けられ、第2の締結具を受容する第2の内部中央開口と、外周部に形成された第2の段部とを備え、第2の段部は第2の開口より大きい直径を有するため座席支持部材と撓曲ビームとの間に第2のギャップが形成される第2の挿入部材より成ることを特徴とする車両の座席にかかる重量を測定するシステム。 - 車両の座席にかかる重量を測定するシステムであって、
底部を有する座席と、
座席を車両構造に取付ける座席要素と、
座席の底部を座席要素に対して支持するための座席支持部材と、
座席支持部材に連結するための第1の連結部、座席要素に連結するための第2の連結部及び第1と第2の連結部の間を延びる中央本体部分を有し、中央本体部分には歪みを集中させるための狭い首部が設けられ、第1の連結部には第1の締結具を受容するための第1の開口が設けられ、第2の連結部には第2の締結具を受容するための第2の開口が設けられた撓曲ビームと、
狭い首部に直接取付けられ、座席底部に加わる重量力により生じる歪みを測定する少なくとも1つのセンサーとより成り、
第1の締結具を受容する第1の内部中央開口を有する第1のシムと、
第1のシムを撓曲ビームに固着する第1の連結手段と、
第2の締結具を受容する第2の内部受容開口を有する第2のシムと、
第2のシムを撓曲ビームに固着する第2の連結手段と、
狭い首部に直接取付けられ、座席底部にかかる重量力により生じる歪みを測定する少なくとも1つのセンサーとより成る車両の座席にかかる重量を測定するシステム。 - 第1のシムは第1の連結部の上側表面に直接係合するように取付けられ、第2のシムは第2の連結具の下側表面に直接係合するように取付けられた請求項2のシステム。
- 第1の連結手段は第1の横方向に延びるタブより成り、第1の連結部は第1の横方向に延びるタブを受容するため第1の開口から外方に離隔した第1のスロットを有し、第2の連結手段は第2の横方向に延びるタブより成り、第2の連結部は第2の横方向に延びるタブを受容するため第2の開口から外方に離隔した第2のスロットを有する請求項2のシステム。
- 第1の連結手段は少なくとも1つの第1のピンより成り、第1の連結部は第1の開口から外方に離隔し、第1のピンを受容するために第1のピンと整列する少なくとも1つの第1の孔部を有し、第2の連結手段は少なくとも1つの第2のピンより成り、第2の連結部は第2の開口から外方に離隔し、第2のピンを受容するために第2のピンと整列する少なくとも1つの第2の孔部を有する請求項2のシステム。
