Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a game nail to be driven into a game board of a so-called bullet ball game machine such as a pachinko game machine, an arrangement ball game machine, or a sparrow ball game machine, and a game board in which this game nail is driven, and only a wooden plywood game board It is also related to a new structure that is compatible with synthetic resin game boards.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, many game boards are made of flat wooden plywood, and many game nails have a spiral ridge at the tip. The spiral ridge portion serves to prevent the inserted game nail from being pulled out and rotated and to increase its holding strength. If the height of the ridge is high, the protrusion to the outside is large and the biting on the game board is strong, but when driving with a hammer, the resistance is large and the game nail may be bent. For this reason, the current game pegs for wooden plywood game boards are either straight or ones with a certain amount of outward protrusion, and the game board has a thick flat plate with a thickness of about 15 to 20 mm. Plywood is used, and holding strength is provided by securing a relatively long depth of game nail.
[0003]
On the other hand, as proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-354960, a wooden plywood game board has advantages such as less warpage of the game board due to moisture absorption and peeling of the cell board and excellent quality stability. Instead, resin game boards made of synthetic resin molded products such as ABS are attracting attention, and the number of applicable models is gradually increasing. In the case of such a synthetic resin game board, if the height of the ridge portion is high, a crack is likely to occur on the game board side. For this reason, as shown in the above publication and as shown in FIG. 8, a cylindrical boss BOS for receiving the front end of the game nail is integrally provided on the back surface of the base of the game board PL, and the driving depth is also ensured to be large. This gives the holding strength.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, the conventional game nail has a spiral ridge at its tip, but when applied to a wooden plywood game board, it is currently ensured that the board is thick enough. There is a problem that the weight of the entire game board increases. In addition, when applied to a resin game board, operation in combination with the boss BOS is required, and the molding of the game board becomes complicated, and the nail driving location is limited to the position of the boss BOS. There is a problem that a new molding die needs to be raised each time, and there are many irregularities on the back of the game board, which restricts the structure of the back mechanism.
[0005]
In the present invention, with a short driving depth, it can be sufficiently prevented from coming off and rotating, and can be prevented from bending the game nail and cracking on the game board side at the time of driving, good for both wooden plywood game boards and resin game boards. It is an object of the present invention to provide a suitable game nail and a game board that takes advantage of this game nail.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of the game nail according to claim 1 is the game nail of the ball game machine erected on the game board, wherein the multi-spiral portion in which a plurality of types of spiral bodies having different ridge heights are mixed in the driving insertion portion. While providing, the width | variety of the peak of a low ridge part was made wider than the width | variety of the peak of a high ridge part. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a multiple spiral portion 70 in which a plurality of types of spiral bodies 71 and 72 having different ridge heights are mixed is provided in the driving insertion portion. The illustrated one is two types of first spiral body 71 and second spiral body 72, but three or more kinds may be provided.
[0007]
In addition, in order to increase the holding strength by mainly increasing the frictional force by the spiral body 72 having a low ridge height, as shown in FIG. 3, the top width W2 of the ridge portion 720 having a low height is high. It was made wider than the top width W1 of the ridge 710.
[0008]
The invention of the game nail according to claim 2 is provided with a plurality of spiral bodies for each kind, so that one kind of spiral body does not impart an offset load to the center and prevents nail collapse, etc. The adjacent components were equally spaced. In the example of FIG. 3, the adjacent components of the second spiral body 72 are adjacent to each other at equal intervals of 180 ° between adjacent components of the first spiral body 71, that is, between the reference numerals 71 a and 71 b and between the reference numerals 71 b and 71 a. This corresponds to the point where the interval between the reference numerals 72a and 72b and the reference numerals 72b and 72a are equally spaced at 180 °. In the illustrated example, each of the spiral bodies 71 and 72 includes two components, but each may include three or more elements.
[0009]
In the game nail according to claim 3, in order to make the balance of the force good with respect to the center as a whole, the components of other types of spirals are arranged at intermediate positions between adjacent components of one type of spiral. Arranged. In the example of FIG. 3, the point which has arrange | positioned the component 72a or 72b of the 2nd spiral 72 in the intermediate position between the adjacent components 71a and 71b of the 1st spiral 71, ie, the position displaced 90 degrees, corresponds.
[0010]
The invention of the game board according to claim 4 is the game board of the ball game machine in which the game nail is erected on the base, and the game nail includes a plurality of types of spiral bodies having different ridge heights in the driving insertion portion. And a multi-helical portion in which the width of the top of the low ridge is wider than the width of the top of the high ridge, and this game nail has a driving depth of 1/4 to It is driven into the base within 2/5. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the game nail 7 includes a multiple spiral portion 70 in which a plurality of types of spiral bodies having different ridge heights are mixed in the driving insertion portion, and the game nail 7 has a total length L1 + L2. Was driven into the base 1 within a range of 1/4 to 2/5 (0.25 to 0.4). An example has a total length of 27 mm, a driving depth of 9.2 mm, and 9.2 / 27 = 0.34.
[0011]
In the gaming board according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the game nail includes a plurality of spiral bodies for each type, and equidistant between adjacent components of one type of the spiral body. In the present invention described in claim 6, the game nail has other types of spiral elements arranged at intermediate positions between adjacent elements of one kind of spiral body. Moreover, in this invention of Claim 7, the implantation depth with respect to the full length was made into about 1/3 as the most preferable example. An example is 0.34, which is approximately 1/3 = 0.33.
[0012]
In the gaming board invention according to claim 8, the base is made of a resin flat plate in order to eliminate the boss and improve the degree of freedom of nailing and to reduce the cost.
[0013]
[Effects of the invention]
In the invention of the game nail according to the first aspect, the multi-helical portion in which the spiral body having a high ridge portion and the spiral body having a low height is mixed is provided in the insertion portion into the game board. By the way, when the spiral portion is composed of only one kind of spiral body with a high ridge, the resistance when the game nail is driven is large and difficult to drive, and the nail bends when driven into the wooden plywood game board. There is a risk that the game board will be cracked when it is driven into the resin game board. Also, the hole may expand too much, and the holding power may not increase as expected. On the other hand, in the case where the spiral portion is composed of only one kind of spiral body having a low ridge portion, it is easy to drive the game nail, but the holding force is generally insufficient, and a large driving depth must be secured. No longer.
[0014]
However, since this is a multiple spiral portion in which both are mixed, it is possible to alleviate the difficulty of driving and to prevent the bending of the nail and the cracking of the game board. In addition, it is possible to reduce the overexpansion of the hole, and it is possible to draw out the tension force of the spiral body having a high ridge portion and the friction force of the spiral body having a low ridge portion with little loss. For this reason, sufficient holding strength can be obtained without securing the driving depth so large that the game nail can be effectively prevented from coming off and rotating. Therefore, when applied to a wooden plywood game board, the board thickness can be reduced to reduce the weight, and when applied to a resin game board, the boss can be eliminated.
[0015]
In addition, the spiral body having a low ridge height is also easy to come in contact with the inner surface of the driving hole into the game board because the top width of the ridge portion is wide. Since the width of the lower side is widened rather than the width of the top of the higher ridge which mainly becomes resistance when driving, the resistance when driving is not increased. For this reason, the frictional force can be increased mainly by the spiral body having a low ridge height, and the holding strength can be effectively increased.
[0016]
In the invention of the game nail according to the second aspect, since the adjacent components of one type of spiral body are equidistant, there is little possibility that a biased load such as a large twist or torsion acts on the center. For this reason, the linearity with respect to the predetermined driving angle is good, and unscheduled collapse can be prevented.
[0017]
In the invention of the game nail according to claim 3, it is possible to reduce the influence of the uneven load between the different types of spirals with different ridge heights, and as a whole, the balance of force against the center can be kept better, The linearity can be further improved and the bond strength can be increased.
[0018]
In the invention of the game board according to the fourth aspect, the game nail is driven into the base within a range where the driving depth with respect to the total length is 1/4 to 2/5, that is, 0.25 to 0.4. Since the length of the game nail surface is determined by the standard based on the size of the game ball, the game nail depth is shallower than the conventional one, and the total length of the game nail Will also be short. The ratio of the present applicant's our company is that a conventional bossed resin game board using a nail has a length of 15.5 mm from the surface of the game board to the back of the boss, and the actual game nail depth is 15.2 mm. Since the board surface protrusion length is 16.8 mm (17.8 mm including the head) according to the standard, the total length is 33 mm, and the driving depth with respect to the total length is 15.2 / 33 = 0.46. Therefore, the implantation depth was 15.2-9.2 = 6 mm, and the total length was shortened by 33-27 = 6 mm. For this reason, the base on the game board side can be made thin, the weight of the game nail itself can be reduced, and the overall weight reduction can be promoted. In addition, the game nail is easy to come into contact with the inner surface of the game board because the spiral of the ridge having a low height is wide at the top of the ridge. In this way, because the width of the lower side is widened, not the width of the top of the higher ridge that mainly becomes resistance at the time of driving, it does not increase the resistance at the time of driving, The frictional force can be increased mainly by the spiral body having a low ridge height, and the holding strength can be effectively increased.
[0019]
In the gaming board invention according to claim 5, the game nail includes a plurality of spiral bodies for each type and equidistant between adjacent components of one type of spiral body, so that a game for a predetermined driving angle is provided. 7. The game board according to claim 6, wherein the nail has good rectilinearity and can prevent unscheduled falling, etc., and the game nail is located at an intermediate position between adjacent components of one type of spiral body. Since the components of are arranged, the influence of the uneven load between the spirals of the game nail can be reduced, and as a whole, the balance of the force against the center can be kept better, and the linearity can be drawn better, The bond strength can be increased. In the gaming board according to claim 7, since the driving depth with respect to the entire length is reduced to about 1/3, it is possible to favorably secure the holding strength of the game nail and reduce the thickness of the base by reducing the driving depth. .
[0020]
In the game board invention according to claim 8, since a resin flat plate is used for the base, it is easy to mold the game board, there is no protrusion of the boss on the back of the base, and the freedom of nailing can be improved. A display device can be placed on the back of the base, a cell image can be attached, and a winning ball passage can be directly attached, so that the degree of freedom of the configuration of the back of the game board can be improved.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a transparent resin base constituting the game board 2. A flat plate having a thickness of about 10 mm, for example, is used. On the front side of the base 1, a game nail 7 is erected up front and upward by a predetermined angle θ of about 3 to 5 °. An inclined pilot hole 10 having a small diameter is opened in advance in a nail-placed portion on the base 1, and a game nail 7 is driven into the pilot hole 10 by an automatic nailing machine or the like. Although rotation or twist may be forcibly applied at the time of driving, driving in the axial direction is sufficient.
[0022]
The total length of the game nail 7 is, for example, 27 mm, the driving depth L1 is 9.2 mm, and the board surface protruding length L2 is about 17.8 mm including the head. Reference numeral 21 denotes a special symbol display device composed of a 10-inch liquid crystal display device that constitutes visual rendering means. The cell image 80 in which the display portion of the display device is punched is pasted on the surface of the base 1, but of course, it may be pasted on the back of the base 1 that is a flat plate, or it may be pasted on both the front and back, for example, the main character anime character on the front And a background image on the back.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 2, the insertion portion of the game nail 7 into the base 1 is provided with a multiple spiral portion 70 in which a plurality of types of spiral bodies 71 and 72 having different ridge heights are mixed. This includes two types, a first spiral 71 having a high ridge 710 and a second spiral 72 having a low ridge 720. Each spiral body 71, 72 includes two spiral body components 71a, 71b, 72a, 72b.
[0024]
2, the length La of the conical portion 7a at the tip of the game nail 7 is 3.5 mm, the diameter Da is 2.15 mm, the length L0 of the multiple spiral portion 70 is 5 mm, and the diameter D1 of the first spiral 71 is 2. 2 mm, the diameter D2 of the second spiral body 72 is 2 mm, the length Lb of the columnar portion 7b on the board surface protruding side is 17.5 mm, the diameter Db is 1.85 mm, the length Lc of the head 7c is 1 mm, and the diameter Dc is 4. It is about 3 mm. The torsion angles of the first and second spiral bodies 71 and 72 are both 720 ° (two rotations). The entire material is C2700W [BS].
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 3, the top width W2 of the low ridge 720 included in the second spiral 72 is wider than the top width W1 of the high ridge 710 included in the first spiral 71. are doing. For example, W1 is about 0.3 mm and W2 is about 0.4 mm. Thereby, the frictional force mainly by the second spiral body 72 is improved.
[0026]
Further, the adjacent components 71a and 71b of the first spiral body 71 are equally spaced. That is, since there are two components, they are arranged to face each other at an interval of 180 °. This is the same as displacing the starting end of the helix by 180 °. Similarly, the adjacent components 72a and 72b of the second spiral body 72 are arranged to face each other at regular intervals, that is, 180 degrees apart. As a result, each of the spiral bodies 1 and 2 is less likely to be subjected to an offset load such as a large twist or torsion on the center, and the balance of force is maintained.
[0027]
Furthermore, the component 72a or 72b of the second spiral 72 is disposed at an intermediate position between the adjacent components 71a and 71b of the first spiral 71, that is, a position displaced by 90 °. Thereby, as a whole, the balance of the force with respect to the center can be kept better, the linearity with respect to the driving hole of the game nail 7 (in this case, the pilot hole 10) can be pulled out well, and the coupling strength can be increased. I have to. As described above, the multiple spiral portion 70 of the present example is displaced by 180 ° over the same length with the same torsion angle, with the start angle of the spiral being 90 ° different between the first and second spiral bodies 71 and 72 2. It is made up of a book component.
[0028]

For example, if you pay 500 yen, you can receive 125 balls. In the case of the so-called CR specification, a card is inserted into the CR sand instead of the cash sand, and 500 yen each time the lending switch 120 is pressed within the range of the remaining card number displayed on the first display portion 111 of the operation panel 110. Can be received in the lower plate 4. When the return switch 130 is pressed, the card is returned from the CR sand.
[0030]
When the automatic supply switch 150 or the manual supply switch 160 on the operation panel 110 is pressed, the discharge device 5 provided in the depth direction of the lower plate 4 is operated, and the ball of the lower plate 4 is forcibly discharged to the island. The credit count is increased by a number equal to the number of balls to be discharged and displayed on the third display unit 113. In the case of automatic supply, if the credit is 10 or less, the balls discharged from the lower plate 4 are automatically counted until the maximum is 250, and the credit is increased. In the case of manual supply, the number of discharged balls is counted only while the manual supply switch 160 is being pressed or the number of times the manual supply switch 160 is pressed is multiplied by a predetermined multiple, and the credit is also increased within a range of 250 at the maximum.
[0031]
Although the number of encapsulated game balls in the gaming machine main body 100 is 25-30, it is possible to play using a total number of encapsulated game balls according to the credit level. A ball is launched from a built-in solenoid-type launching device by operating the launching handle 10, and the ball is caused to flow down on the game board 2 provided inside the double-structured windshields 2A and 2B.
