Description

【0001】
A,C,E,G,I,K,Mで編成され、裏に隠れる部分(以下、FBPという。)
は後針床の針a,c,e,g,i,k,mで編成され、裏に隠れる部分(以下、BBPという。)
A,C,E,G,I,K,Mに編糸を供給してFFPの編目コースを形成する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for knitting each of a front knitted fabric and a rear knitted fabric constituting a tubular knitted fabric into a piping shape having a two-layer cross section.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, a flat knitting machine is used to knitting the body and sleeves into a tubular shape, and these are integrated during knitting to produce a sweater that is almost finished when it is removed from the knitting machine. . A generally tubular knitted fabric in which both ends of each part are connected in a state where the front side of the sweater sleeve and the body is locked to the front needle bed of the flat knitting machine and the rear side part is locked to the rear needle bed can be knitted. What is knitted by the above method can reduce the complexity of the work because the sewing process is unnecessary or not, and it does not impair the knit stretchability because there is no stitching portion. Such a production system is being adopted not only for sweaters but also for various knit garments, which are generally called non-sewn knitwear. In general, the hem portion of a knitted garment is often knitted with a rib knitting structure such as 1 × 1, and a knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric made of a rib knitting structure is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-75656 of the present applicant. Has been.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, knitting by sack knitting in a hollow piping shape instead of rib knitting has been performed for a long time, but disclosed a method of knitting the hem part of a tubular knitted fabric by bag knitting Never before.
An object of the present invention is to provide a knitting method for obtaining a hollow piping-shaped bag knitting portion at a predetermined location including a starting end portion and a terminal end portion of a knitted fabric that is knitted in a cylindrical shape.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, in the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the front knitted fabric and the rear knitted fabric are connected at the side ends by using a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds. When knitting a cylindrical knitted fabric, the front knitted fabric is formed with a front piping consisting of a portion appearing on the knitted fabric surface side and a portion hidden behind the knitted fabric, and the rear knitted fabric is knitted fabric surface side. Each of the front knitted fabric and the rear knitted fabric is knitted into a piping shape having a two-layer cross-section by forming a rear piping consisting of a portion appearing in a portion and a portion hidden behind the knitted fabric ,
a) knitting a portion appearing on the knitted fabric surface side of the front piping using every other needle of the first needle bed;
b) knitting the portion appearing on the knitted fabric surface side of the rear piping using every other needle of the second needle bed;
c) a step of knitting a portion hidden behind the knitted fabric of the front piping by using every other needle of the second needle bed which is not used in the step b.
d) a step of knitting the portion hidden behind the knitted fabric of the rear piping using every other needle that is not used in the step a of the first needle bed;
Each part includes repeating the steps a) to d) and between the knitting step (a or / and c) of the front knitted fabric and the knitting step (b or / and d) of the rear knitted fabric. The first and second needle bed needles that are hidden behind the front knitted fabric and the rear knitted fabric that are locked to the needles of the first or second needle bed so that the stitches of the first and second needle beds are not entangled. A moving transfer step was inserted. As a result, the parts constituting the front and rear piping parts are knitted simultaneously in a form in which the part hidden on the back side is sandwiched between the parts appearing on the front side of the front and back knitted fabric on the needle bed, and each appearing on the back side The stitches are moved to the other needle bed so that the portions are not entangled with the surface side portions. Thereby, each cross-sectional structure of the knitted fabric before and after becomes a hollow piping shape.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As a knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, a case where bag knitting is performed on the bottom of a tubular knitted sweater and a piping part is provided will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The knitting method of the present invention uses either a so-called two-bed flat knitting machine in which a pair of needle beds are arranged opposite to each other or a so-called four-bed flat knitting machine in which a pair of upper and lower needle beds are arranged in the front and back. Although it can be carried out, a case where a two-bed flat knitting machine is used will be described here.
[0006]
<Embodiment 1>
FIG. 1 shows a non-sewn knit sweater 1 and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a hem portion 2 thereof. FIG. 3 shows a knitting block showing the knitting procedure of the skirt portion. 3, F and B indicate the front needle bed and the rear needle bed, A, B, C... Indicate the needles in the front needle bed, and a, b, c. The direction of stitch formation is indicated by arrows on the right side of the figure. The number of needles used for knitting is small for convenience of explanation.
Blocks 1 to 7 show the knitting of the set-up portions Sf and Sb of the front piping (hereinafter referred to as FP) and the rear piping (hereinafter referred to as BP). First, rightward knitting is performed, and FP set-up knitting is performed by feeding the needles A, C, E, G, I, K, M on the front needle bed and the needles b, f, j on the rear needle bed ( Block 1). The part appearing on the knitted fabric surface side of the FP (hereinafter referred to as FFP) is knitted with the needles A, C, E, G, I, K, and M of the front needle bed and hidden behind (hereinafter referred to as FBP). Is knitted with the needles b, f, j of the rear needle bed.
Next, after the stitches locked to the needles b, f, j on the rear needle bed are deposited on the front needle bed (block 2), the needles a, c, e, g, i, k on the rear needle bed are made in block 3. , M and the needles D, H, and L on the front needle bed are used to perform course knitting of the set-up portion of the BP. The part appearing on the knitted fabric surface side of the BP (hereinafter referred to as BFP) is knitted by the needles a, c, e, g, i, k, and m of the rear needle bed and hidden behind (hereinafter referred to as BBP). Is knitted with the needles D, H, L of the front needle bed.
Next, after the stitches locked to the needles B, D, F, H, J, and M on the front needle bed are transferred to the back needle bed (block 4), yarns are fed to the needles C, G, and K on the front needle bed. Then knitting the FP stop knitting course. In blocks 6 and 7, the stitches locked to the needles b, d, f, h, j, and m on the rear needle bed are transferred to the front needle bed, and then supplied to the needles c, g, and k on the rear needle bed. Yarn and knitting the back knitting course of the piping section.
[0007]
Hereinafter, each course knitting of each piping unit following the stop knitting will be described. The course organization of the piping unit in the present embodiment is performed in the order of FFP → BFP → FBP → BBP. The needles D, H, L on the front needle bed and the needles b, f, j on the rear needle bed are used for knitting the BBP and FBP stitch courses, respectively. In the needles B, F, and J, stitch formation is not performed, and the needles B, F, and J are used as transfer auxiliary needles for depositing the BBP and FBP stitches. Therefore, FFP and BFP are knitted fabrics of half gauge (1 × 1) knitted using every other needle, and FBP and BBP are further knitted fabrics of the half gauge (1 × 3).
First, in block 8, the FBP stitches and BBP stitches stored in the front needle bed are transferred to the needles in the rear needle bed, and preparation for FFP course knitting is performed. In block 9, the needles A, C, A knitting yarn is supplied to E, G, I, K, and M to form an FFP stitch course. In block 10, the FBP and BBP stitches transferred to the needles in the rear needle bed are transferred to the needles in the front needle bed to prepare for BFP course knitting. In block 11, needles a, c, e, A knitting yarn is supplied to g, i, k, and m to form a BFP stitch course.
Next, in block 12, the FBP stitches and BBP stitches stored in the front needle bed are transferred to the needles in the rear needle bed, and preparation for the next FBP course knitting is performed. In block 13, needles b, A knitting yarn is supplied to f and j to form an FBP stitch course. In block 14, the FBP and BBP stitches transferred to the needles in the rear needle bed are transferred to the needles in the front needle bed, and preparation for the next BBP course knitting is performed. In block 15, the needles D, H, A knitting yarn is supplied to L to form a BBP stitch course.
By repeating the knitting of the blocks 8 to 15 as a basic cycle, a piping portion having a desired length can be formed at the bottom of the tubular knitted fabric.
[0008]
The block 16 moves the BBP stitches locked to the needles D, H, and L on the front needle bed to the needles c, g, and k on the rear needle bed and overlaps them on the BFP knitted fabric. The block 17 temporarily moves the FBP stitches locked to the needles B, F, J on the front needle bed to the needles b, f, j on the rear needle bed, and then forwards the FBP stitches on the subsequent block 18. Move to needles A, E, and I on the needle bed and overlap with the FFP knitted fabric. The upper edge portions 3f and 3b of the front and rear piping portions formed by bag knitting in this way are closed to finish the knitting of the hem portion.
Blocks 19 and 20 show the course knitting of the front part and the back part of the body part 5 knitted following the skirt part. The body part is knitted flat and blocks 19 and 20 are repeated a predetermined number of times.
[0009]
<Embodiment 2>
FIG. 4 is a knitting block diagram illustrating a knitting procedure of a piping portion of a tubular knitted fabric using a cam box (not shown) having three knitting portions of preceding, middle, and following, and a set-up portion. Since the superposition of the upper knitting and the upper edge of the piping section after bag knitting is performed in the same manner as in the previous example, it is omitted here, and only the knitting blocks corresponding to blocks 8 to 15 in FIG. 3 are shown. Knitting is performed using two yarn feeding members 7 and 9, FFP or BFP is knitted in the preceding knitting section, FBP or BBP is knitted in the middle knitting cam, and the next course knitting is performed in the succeeding knitting section. Make a transfer for preparation. In Block 1, the FP course is knitted by moving the cam box to the right, the FBP stitch course is formed in the preceding knitting section, the FBP stitch course is formed in the middle knitting section, and the BP course is performed in the next block in the succeeding knitting section. To prepare for knitting, the FBP stitches locked to the needles b, f, j on the rear needle bed and the BBP stitches deposited on the needles d, h, l are moved to the front needle bed.
In block 2, the cam box is moved to the left, BP course knitting is performed, the BFP stitch course is formed in the preceding knitting section, the BBP stitch course is formed in the middle knitting section, and the FP performed in the next block in the succeeding knitting section. In order to prepare for course knitting, the FBP stitches stored in the needles B, F, and J of the front needle bed and the BBP stitches locked to the needles D, H, and L are moved to the rear needle bed.
In block 3, the same knitting as in block 1 is performed, and FP course knitting is performed. In order to obtain a piping part of a desired length, the blocks 1 and 2 are repeated a predetermined number of times, and the bag knitting course knitting of each piping part is performed.
According to the above knitting, the knitting efficiency is good because the two knitting portions are used for forming the stitch course by one movement of the cam box and the course knitting of either the front or rear piping portion is performed. In addition, a reversible knitted fabric can be obtained by using knitting yarns of different materials and colors for each yarn supplying member.
[0010]
<Embodiment 3> Set-up part shift Next, a modification will be described. FIG. 5 shows that the number of FFP and BFP stitch courses following the set-up portion of FP and BP is knitted more than that of FBP and BBP, so that the knitting is performed at a hidden position on the back side of the tubular knitted fabric as shown in FIG. It is the knitting block diagram which showed the method of arrange | positioning delivery part S'f and S'b.
Blocks 1-7 show the knitting of the set-up portion including the set-up and stop knitting course. After the knitting of the set-up portion, the blocks 8 to 11 are repeated a predetermined number of times, and the knitting of the FFP and BFP stitch courses is made larger than the number of FBP and BBP courses. Then, a piping section having a desired length is obtained by repeating blocks 12 to 19 a predetermined number of times as a basic cycle. In the present embodiment, the same stitches of FBP and BBP are repeatedly moved between the front and back needle beds when the blocks 8 to 11 are repeatedly knitted. It is preferable to use a knitting yarn having relatively high abrasion resistance in the block 1 and the block 3 serving as a set-up course. Subsequent to the block 19, the knitting after the block 16 in FIG. 3 is performed, and the upper edges 10f and 10b of the bag knitting are closed to complete the piping portion.
[0011]
Next, knitting by a four-bed flat knitting machine will be described. In the case of a four-bed flat knitting machine, for example, the front lower needle bed is used for FFP, the rear lower needle bed is used for BFP course knitting, the rear upper needle bed is used for FBP, and the front upper needle bed is used for BBP course knitting. it can. At this time, the FFP and BFP stitch courses are knitted using all the needles in the lower needle bed, the FBP and BBP are knitted as every other half gauge in the upper needle bed, and the empty needles in the upper needle bed facing each other are knitted. It may be an auxiliary needle for deposit.
[0012]
In addition, although the example which applied the knitting method of this invention to the skirt part of the sweater above was demonstrated, it can apply not only as a knitting start part like a hem but as a knitting end part. FIG. 7 shows variations of the circular knitting of the tubular knitted fabric, a shows the knitting sequence of FIGS. 3 and 5, and b shows that of FIG. In addition, c to e in the figure show other modified examples, and d and e show examples of a tubular knitted fabric in which the left and right sides are open. The circling direction can also be performed in the direction opposite to the arrow direction. Further, it goes without saying that the entire tubular knitted fabric can be knitted as a knitted fabric having a quadruple cross section structure, and can be carried out without departing from the gist of the present invention.
