Most of clothes such as sweaters are knitted by using a flat knitting machine. In such clothes, for example, sweaters, the front body, the back body, and the sleeves are knitted as separate knitted fabrics. After being sewn, it is not sewn in the sewing process until it becomes a sweater mold. However, since the sewing of each member is performed manually by this sewing process,
There was a problem that productivity was bad. Furthermore, since the work itself in the sewing process is fine and complicated and requires skill, it is difficult to secure human resources, and a shortage of manpower is progressing, which is becoming a serious problem. Therefore, recently, for the purpose of labor saving of the above-mentioned sewing work, or for the purpose of producing a knit product having no seams and a high added value, the conventional sewing has been relied upon during the knitting process using a flat knitting machine. A knitting method called so-called integral garment or whole garment, in which even parts can be knitted and sewing can be omitted, has been attracting attention.

The invention of the present applicant relating to the above integral garment or whole garment is Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-
In Japanese Patent Publication No. 16413 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-16415, for example, in the case of a knit product such as a sweater, knitting is started from the hem rubber portion, and then the body portion is knitted. Also, a knitting method is disclosed in which the body portion is knitted in a circular manner so as to have a tubular shape, and thus the sewing of the front body and the back body by sewing, which has been conventionally required, is unnecessary.

However, depending on the product, even in a sweater, the length of the hem rubber portion is doubled in order to make the hem rubber portion firm, to obtain a high degree of tightening force, or to improve the appearance. After knitting so that
It is necessary to fold the set-up portion of the hem rubber knitted in the sewing process inward and fold it over the end of the knitting of the hem rubber, and sew it all over the hem width with a sewing machine to finish it into the desired product. The process is needed. Of course, this is not limited to the hem rubber portion in the above example, the same work is required when it is performed on a cuff or a collar portion, and improvement of the work is required. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to woven knitting a front body and a back body of clothes such as a sweater, and to provide two end edges such as a hem portion, a cuff portion, and a collar portion of the knitted fabric. An object of the present invention is to provide a knitted fabric having a quadruple structure and a method for knitting the knitted fabric, which allows folding of the knitted fabric to be substantially completely omitted.
