Description

【0001】
[I]
【0008】
[III]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a front and rear seat structure in a passenger car, a commercial vehicle such as a minivan having two and three rows of seats, a vehicle such as a truck, a vehicle such as a sightseeing bus, and an industrial vehicle such as a construction machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a passenger car as an example of a vehicle, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-206240, a container portion that can be opened and closed around a horizontal axis (9 in FIGS. 2 and 3 of the publication). (5 in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 of the above publication) is provided at the lower front end of the seat.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the structure described in the prior art, since the vertical width of the lower part of the front end of the sheet is relatively small, the container portion is relatively small. Thus, in order to obtain a relatively large container part, it has been considered to form a concave part for opening the container part on the sheet support part that supports the seat part of the sheet from below.
In the seat structure of a vehicle according to the present invention, when a recessed portion for opening a case is formed on a seat supporting portion that supports a seat portion of the seat from below, an object can be easily taken in and out from the recessed portion. The purpose is to configure.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[I]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the concave portion for storing the container is opened upward at the front portion of the sheet support portion, the one end portion of the link member is arranged around the first horizontal axis core at the front portion of the concave portion of the sheet support portion. The other end portion of the link member is swingably connected around the second horizontal axis to the back side portion in the front-rear direction middle of the seat portion of the seat.
[0005]
Thereby, according to the feature of claim 1, in the use posture of the seat portion of the seat in which the seat portion of the seat is placed on the seat support portion, the concave portion of the seat support portion is blocked by the seat portion of the seat, The thing put in the recessed part of a sheet | seat support part does not come out.

A handle portion 16 configured in a loop shape with a belt-like cloth material is attached to the center of the front portion of the frame 14, and the handle portion 16 protrudes from the seat portion 13. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the rear side portion of the rear portion of the arm portion 14 a of the frame 14 in the seat portion 13 is formed in an arcuate surface that protrudes downward.
[0022]
The state shown in FIG. 1 is a state in which the fulcrum portion 15 a of the link member 15 is attached to the connecting portion 7, and is a use state of the seat portion 13 with the seat portion 13 placed on the seat support portion 4. In the use state of the seat portion 13, the recess 4 e of the seat support portion 4 is closed by the back side portion of the front portion of the seat portion 13, and the back side portion of the seat portion 13 on the rear side of the arm portion 14 a of the frame 14 is It rides on the guide part 4 f of the support part 4, and the engaging part 4 h of the sheet support part 4 enters the locking part 14 b of the frame 14. Due to the engaging action of the locking portion 14 b of the frame 14 and the engaging portion 4 h of the seat support portion 4, rattling of the seat portion 13 in the left-right direction when the seat portion 13 is in use is suppressed.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the use state of the seat portion 13, the fulcrum portion 15a and the stopper portion 15b of the link member 15 are close to the front wall portion 4a of the seat support portion 15, and the arm portion 15c of the link member 15 is The seat support portion 15 is close to the lateral wall portion 4c and the middle wall portion 4d. The arm part 15 c of the link member 15 enters the guide part 4 f of the sheet support part 4 beyond the rear wall part 4 b of the sheet support part 4. As a result, the volume of the recess 4e of the seat support 4 is not reduced by the link member 15.
[0024]
In this case, when the seat portion 13 is in use, the arm portion of the link member 15 is located more than the position of the fulcrum portion 15a of the link member 15 (first horizontal axis P1 of the connecting portion 7) in a side view (see FIG. 1). The position of the tip of 15c (second horizontal axis P2) is configured to be on the lower side. When the occupant is seated on the rear seat in the use state of the seat portion 13, the rear wall portion 4b of the seat support portion 4 is positioned in front of the occupant ground contact position D of the occupant in the seat portion 13 in a side view (see FIG. 1). doing.
[0025]
Next, the change from the use state of the seat portion 13 to the first posture of the seat portion 13 will be described. In the state of use of the seat portion 13 shown in FIG. 1, if the front portion of the seat portion 13 is pulled out slightly diagonally forward and upward (upper left in FIG. 1) with the handle portion 16, the front portion of the seat portion 13 is lifted. However, the rear side portion of the seat portion 13 on the rear side of the arm portion 14a of the frame 14 slightly moves in an arc shape along the guide portion 4f of the seat support portion 4, and the locking portion 14b of the frame 14 becomes the seat support portion. 4 away from the engaging portion 4h.
[0026]
In this state, as shown in FIG. 3, the link member 15 is swung upward around the first horizontal axis P <b> 1 of the connecting portion 7, and the rear portion of the seat portion 13 is lifted to support the seat portion 13 as a whole. The seat portion 13 can be set in a first posture that stands up at the front portion of the seat support portion 4 with the front portion of the seat portion 13 facing down.
