【0001】

メインメモリ5は、RAM(Random Access Memory)等から構成される。 このプログラムは、パーソナルコンピュータのBIOS(Basic Input Output System)に相当する。
【0033】
伸張回路7は、動画に対するMPEG(Moving Picture Engineering Group)規格や静止画に対するJPEG(Joint Picture Engineering Group)規格に準拠したイントラ符号化によって圧縮された圧縮画像に対して伸張処理を施す。
【0047】
音声プロセッサ11は、記録媒体300から読み出されたADPCM(Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation)データをバッファ15に記憶させ、バッファ15に記憶されたADPCMデータが音源となる。
【0048】
FIFO(First‐In First‐out)構造であり、後述するキューイング実行部102によって送り込まれたパッケージ音声データがキューバッファ52に入力され、入力された順に出力処理部103へ出力され、出力処理部103によってスピーカ23を用いて入力順に出力される。
【0079】
【0102】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an audio output program, an audio output method, and a video game apparatus for outputting audio corresponding to a game situation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a sports game or the like virtually played in a game space, an effect of outputting sound in accordance with the progress of the game has been performed. For example, in a baseball game, the announcer is in live action according to the game status displayed on the television monitor, and the performance is as if watching an actual baseball game.
[0003]
In the baseball game, sound data corresponding to the game situation is sequentially sent to the queue, and the sound is output in the order of being sent to the queue. However, especially in a sports game, the game situation changes quickly, so that the sound relating to the previous game situation may be output even though the game situation has already shifted to the next game situation. Is.
[0004]
Therefore, when moving to the next game situation in order to output a sound corresponding to a quick change in the game situation, the voice currently being outputted is interrupted (cue clear) in the middle, and a new one relating to the next game situation is created. A method of sending audio data to a queue is adopted.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional method, since the sound being output is cut off in the middle, an effect according to the game situation is performed, but it is difficult for the player to hear, and it is real because of the difference from the actual situation of the live sports broadcast. It lacks a feeling.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and provides a game that is easy to hear and realistic for a player by outputting a sound corresponding to a game situation without being interrupted. It is an object to provide an audio output program, an audio output method, and a video game apparatus.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention according to
Information associated with each game situation and given to the package voice data in which a predetermined number of voice data composed of at least one clause is one package and the package voice data for each game situation, Audio data storage means for storing priorities for preferentially outputting necessary information;
The priority order of the package audio data currently being output and the package audio data to be output next Priority comparison means for comparison When,
By the priority comparison means The priority of the package audio data currently being output is higher than the priority of the package audio data to be output next. Determined The ratio of the remaining output time of the package audio data currently being output and the output time of the package audio data to be output next Output time A comparison means;
By the priority comparison means The priority of the package audio data to be output next is higher than the priority of the package audio data currently being output. Determined If Or by the output time comparison means The ratio of the output time of the package sound data to be output next to the remaining output time of the package sound data currently being output is larger than a predetermined ratio. Determined A queuing processing means for sending the package audio data to be output next to the queue;
An audio output program for causing a video game device to function as output means for outputting the package audio data sent to the queue as audio.
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the audio output program for outputting the audio data in the order in which the audio data is sent to the queue and corresponding to the queue is associated with each game situation, and at least 1 This is given to package audio data in which a predetermined number of audio data composed of one clause is a package and package audio data for each game situation, so as to preferentially output information important to the player or necessary information The priority order of audio data storage means for storing priority, package audio data currently being output, and package audio data to be output next Priority comparison means for comparison When, By priority comparison means The priority of the package audio data currently being output is higher than the priority of the package audio data to be output next. Determined The ratio of the remaining output time of the package audio data currently being output and the output time of the package audio data to be output next Output time A comparison means; By priority comparison means The priority of the package audio data to be output next is higher than the priority of the package audio data currently being output. Determined If Or by output time comparison means The ratio of the output time of the package sound data to be output next to the remaining output time of the package sound data currently being output is larger than a predetermined ratio. Determined In this case, the video game apparatus is caused to function as queuing processing means for sending package audio data to be output next to the queue and output means for outputting the package audio data sent to the queue as sound.
[0009]
That is, a plurality of package audio data in which a predetermined number of audio data composed of at least one clause is set as one package by the video game device is sent to the queue according to the current game situation, and the package audio that is sent in Data is output as audio.
[0010]
As described above, since a predetermined number of audio data composed of at least one clause is associated with the game situation as a plurality of package audio data in one package, the audio is output without being interrupted in the middle. It becomes possible. Therefore, it is possible to provide a game that is easy to hear and realistic for the player.
[0011]
Moreover, the priority according to the game situation is given to the package audio data, the priority of the package audio data according to the game situation is determined, and the package audio data having a higher priority is determined. Is The package audio data sent to the queue is output as audio.
[0012]
Thus, by determining the priority order of the package sound data, the package sound data having a low priority is not output as sound, and the package sound data having a high priority is not output. output Therefore, it is possible to output a sound according to the game situation and give a real feeling to the player. In addition, by setting the priority of package audio data having important information or necessary information for the player to a high priority, the information is preferentially output, so that the game is easy to understand for the player.
[0013]
Also, the ratio of the remaining output time of the package audio data currently being output and the output time of the package audio data to be output next is compared, and the next to the remaining output time of the package audio data currently being output is compared. The ratio of the output time of package audio data to be output is larger than the predetermined ratio Determined In this case, the package audio data to be output next is sent to the queue, and the sent package audio data is output.
[0014]
In this way, by comparing the ratio of the remaining output time of the package audio data currently being output and the output time of the package audio data to be output next, all the next package audio data having a lower priority are set as audio. Instead of outputting, if it is within a predetermined range, it is output as sound. In other words, when the ratio of the output time of the next package sound data to the remaining output time of the package sound data being output is larger than a predetermined ratio, the next package sound data having a lower priority may be output as sound. As a result, the package sound data is continuously output as sound, so that it is easy for the player to hear and a realistic game can be provided.
[0015]
The present invention according to
The video game apparatus is assigned to package audio data in which a predetermined number of audio data composed of at least one clause is associated with each game situation as one package, and the package audio data for each game situation. Audio data storage step for storing priority information for preferentially outputting information important for or necessary information;
The video game device determines the priority between the package audio data that is currently being output and the package audio data that is to be output next. Priority comparison step to compare When,
Video game device In the priority comparison step The priority of the package audio data currently being output is higher than the priority of the package audio data to be output next. Determined The ratio of the remaining output time of the package audio data currently being output and the output time of the package audio data to be output next Output time A comparison step;
Video game device In the priority comparison step The priority of the package audio data to be output next is higher than the priority of the package audio data currently being output. Determined If Or in the output time comparison step The ratio of the output time of the package sound data to be output next to the remaining output time of the package sound data currently being output is larger than a predetermined ratio. Determined A queuing processing step for sending the package audio data to be output next to the queue;
The video game apparatus includes an output step of outputting the package audio data sent to the queue as audio.
[0016]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an audio output method for outputting audio data in the order in which the audio data is sent to the queue and in the order in which the audio data is sent to the queue. Is attached to package audio data in which a predetermined number of audio data composed of at least one clause is defined as one package and package audio data for each game situation, and information important or necessary for the player is given priority. The audio data storing step for storing the priority order for output to the video game apparatus, and the video game apparatus sets the priority order between the package audio data currently being output and the package audio data to be output next. Priority comparison step to compare And the video game device In the priority comparison step The priority of the package audio data currently being output is higher than the priority of the package audio data to be output next. Determined The ratio of the remaining output time of the package audio data currently being output and the output time of the package audio data to be output next Output time The comparison step and the video game device In the priority comparison step The priority of the package audio data to be output next is higher than the priority of the package audio data currently being output. Determined If Or in the output time comparison step The ratio of the output time of the package sound data to be output next to the remaining output time of the package sound data currently being output is larger than a predetermined ratio. Determined In this case, a cueing process step of sending the package audio data to be output next to the cue, and an output step of outputting the package audio data sent to the cue as audio by the video game device are included.
[0017]
That is, a plurality of package audio data in which a predetermined number of audio data composed of at least one clause is set as one package by the video game device is sent to the queue according to the current game situation, and the package audio that is sent in Data is output as audio.
[0018]
As described above, since a plurality of pieces of sound data in which a predetermined number of pieces of sound data composed of at least one clause are included in one package are associated with the game situation as package sound data, the sound is cut off in the middle. It becomes possible to output without. Therefore, it is possible to provide a game that is easy to hear and realistic for the player.
[0019]
