Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a novel metal product having a pattern formed on a handle of a metal western tableware, an outer surface of a metal fixture, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thermal transfer sheet used for the manufacturing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The use of a transfer sheet is known as a pattern forming means for metal products. Various transfer sheets are known, but the basic configuration is that a release layer is formed on a base made of paper or a synthetic resin film, and a pattern printing layer is formed on the release layer. the adhesive layer on the (pressure-sensitive adhesives and hot melt adhesives) are those that have formed. A means is known in which a transfer sheet is transferred to the surface of an object to be transferred by applying pressure or heat or both, and the base is peeled off. In addition, as means for using a color copying machine as the pattern forming means, in order to prevent the copy toner image from being destroyed, before the adhesive layer is formed, the transparent acrylic urethane layer (protective layer) is fixed on the toner image. Means for performing screen printing and forming a hot melt adhesive layer on the transparent layer (Japanese Patent No. 2840918), or setting the toner fixing to a low temperature semi-fixing and infiltrating the adhesive into the toner particles 7-7186, JP-A-10-236087) and the like have been proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the addition of the pattern to the product is based on the transfer sheet or the like, but it is a planar pattern, and the change as a purchase stimulus is limited to the change of the pattern color. Therefore, if the metal surface is covered with a cloth, a product rich in changes in the surface pattern can be provided. However, even if the cloth is attached to each product, the production efficiency is remarkably deteriorated. There is also a risk of peeling immediately by the means.
In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention proposes that a metal sheet is added with a cloth by using a transfer sheet.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problems]
In the transfer sheet according to the present invention, a base layer that can be thermally welded to a metal is formed on a base body via a release layer, and a thin fabric layer is provided on the base layer, or a pattern layer is provided on the base layer. It is formed by printing or color copy, and is formed by laminating in a form in which the pattern layer is covered with a thin fabric layer, and the fabric layer is covered with a top coat layer that can be thermally welded to the base layer. is there.
[0005]
The method for producing a patterned metal product according to the present invention is characterized in that the base body of the thermal transfer sheet is peeled off, adhered to a predetermined portion of the metal product, and heat-treated to form a pattern on the surface. The patterned metal product according to the present invention is characterized in that it has a fine uneven rough surface by a cloth at an appropriate place on the surface and a pattern portion formed by covering the cloth surface with a protective film. It is.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
<First Embodiment> Next, the first embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described.
[0007]
The thermal transfer sheet A is formed by applying a wax-based release material on a base body 1 formed of a resin film (pet film) or a mount to form a release layer 2, and an acrylic resin (on the metal) on the upper surface thereof. A transparent base layer 3 is formed using thermal welding, and a fabric 4 (appropriately thin and having a clear weaving interval) 4 is attached to the upper surface of the base layer 3.
[0008]
Further, an acrylic resin liquid is applied so as to cover the fabric 4 and dried to form the top coat layer 5. In this top coat layer 5, the acrylic resin liquid penetrates into the weave interval of the fabric 4 to reach the base layer 3 and is dried, so that the base layer 3, the fabric 4 and the top coat layer 5 are integrated.
Thus, the thermal transfer sheet A is cut corresponding to a predetermined portion (grip portion) C of the metal product (Western tableware) B to be transferred, the base body 1 is peeled off, and the base layer 3 is peeled off from the grip C. A fabric pattern is formed on the handle C by sticking to the surface and heat treatment.
[0009]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain a metal product having a pattern with a unique appearance whose appearance is the surface of the fabric. In particular, since the base layer 3 serving as the adhesive layer, the fabric 4 and the top coat layer 5 are integrated with each other, the pattern forming portion is not easily peeled off with a robust structure.
[0010]
The pattern can be colored by various means. For example, when the base layer 3 is colored by mixing an appropriate pigment without adopting a transparent body, the base layer 3 is colored and becomes the background color of the fabric 4. Further, when the fabric 4 is employed, a colored pattern can be easily formed by using a dyed and dyed color with an appropriate dye or a dyed pattern. Of course, changes can be made depending on the difference in the thickness of the fabric. Further, the top coat layer 5 can also be selectively employed by giving a deep coloration so that only the fine surface irregularities of the fabric are highlighted. Furthermore, you may combine the said coloring means.
[0011]
<Second Embodiment> Next, a second embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 will be described.
[0012]
The thermal transfer sheet Aa according to the second embodiment is a metal provided with a unique pattern in which the pattern layer 6 is provided below the fabric layer 4 and the pattern 6 can be visually recognized through the fabric 4 in the transfer sheet of the first embodiment. It is used for the manufacture of products.
[0013]
That is, a release layer 2 is formed by applying a wax-type release material on a base body 1 formed of a resin film (pet film) or a mount, and an acrylic resin (heat-welded to a metal) is further formed on the upper surface thereof. The process is the same as in the first embodiment until the transparent base layer 3 is formed using
[0014]
Next, the pattern layer 6 is also formed on the base layer 3. The forming means for the pattern layer 6 may be normal printing. However, when a color copying means is employed on the base layer 3 on the surface, there is an advantage that it can cope with a wide variety of patterns. However, when a color copying means is used, if a heating roller is used for heat fixing of the toner, it becomes difficult to integrate the top coat layer 5 due to the oil on the surface of the heating roller, so a toner image is formed by electrostatic copying. After that, the image portion is heated and fixed in a non-contact state, and thereafter, a fabric 4 that is as thin as possible and through which the pattern 6 is transparent is pasted to form a topcoat layer 5 made of an acrylic resin liquid.
[0015]
Thus, as in the first embodiment, the thermal transfer sheet Aa is cut corresponding to the predetermined portion C of the metal product B to be transferred, the base body 1 is peeled off, and the base layer 3 is placed on the surface of the handle C. The cloth pattern is provided with the watermark pattern 6 on the handle C by sticking and heat treatment.
[0016]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain a metal product having a unique appearance in which the pattern 6 can be visually recognized through the fabric while the appearance is a unique appearance on the fabric surface.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a novel transfer sheet in which a cloth is incorporated and a product using the same can be provided with a pattern using a cloth directly on a metal product, thereby creating an unprecedented original pattern product. Is.
