Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a cloth on which a metallic printing pattern is formed, a printing cloth formed by transferring a metallic printing resin layer composed of a resin layer on which the printing pattern is formed and a metal vapor deposition layer onto the entire surface of the cloth, Further, there is known a sequin-like printing cloth formed by transferring a pattern such as a polka dot pattern having a metallic color to a cloth on which a pattern is printed or a cloth which is solidly dyed. However, in the former printing cloth, since the metallic resin layer is formed on the entire surface of the cloth,
There is a drawback that the feel of the cloth is impaired and the breathability is extremely lowered, which is not suitable for clothing. In addition, the latter printing cloth is a sequined type with a solidly colored metallic pattern part, which makes it difficult to perform multicolor printing on the metallic pattern part and also has a metallic pattern common to the printed pattern of the cloth. There is a drawback that printing cannot be performed on the copy.

A release layer may be formed between the metallic transfer sheet substrate 6 and the transparent resin layer 3 in order to improve transferability. A film having excellent heat resistance and strength such as a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film, a biaxially stretched polypropylene film or a biaxially stretched nylon film is suitable as a material forming the metallographic transfer sheet substrate 6. As the transparent resin layer 3, a polyester resin, an acrylic resin, a polyamide resin or the like which can be dyed with a sublimable disperse dye is used, but the polyester resin is most suitable. The transparent resin layer 3 is usually colorless and transparent, but may be lightly colored with a transparent pigment. For example, by coloring with transparent yellow, the metallic pattern layer 2 of gold color can be obtained.

Since sublimation transfer printing is performed on the layer 3 and a portion of the cloth 1 on which the metallic pattern layer 2 is not formed, the surface of the cloth 1 has a metallic pattern layer 2a printed by sublimation transfer printing as shown in FIG. Thus, a sublimation transfer printing cloth having a structure in which the portion is connected to the sublimation transfer printing portion 1a of the cloth is obtained. As the sublimation transfer printing sheet used above, generally used for sublimation transfer printing of cloth, a pattern is printed on the surface of the paper with an ink composed of a sublimable disperse dye and a cellulosic resin excellent in heat resistance. It has a different configuration. Although the cloth 1 has been described above, the sublimation transfer printing cloth is manufactured in exactly the same manner even in the case of the cloth 11 which is made of fibers such as cotton and rayon which cannot be sublimation transfer printed and is provided with a predetermined pattern by printing in advance. be able to.

The pattern is arbitrary, and simple patterns such as polka dots and lattices, complex patterns such as abstract patterns, large patterns and small patterns, etc. should be selected according to the design. Since the heat-adhesive resin layer 5 for forming the metallic pattern layer is formed on the surface of the rough and absorbent cloth, the heat-adhesive resin layer 5 needs to be 1
It is necessary to apply a thickness of 0-50 microns.
Therefore, a silk screen printing method that can increase the coating amount is adopted. Transfer of the metal layer to the surface of the heat-adhesive resin layer 5 is performed at a temperature of 150 to 180 ° C. and a pressure of 5
It can be continuously performed by applying heat pressure between the metal roll and the rubber roll under the conditions of -15 kg / cm and speed of 5-10 m / min. Further, the sublimation transfer printing on the cloth surface and the metallic pattern layer surface is performed at a temperature of 180 to 200 ° C. and a pressure of 0.5 to 3 kg.

Polka dot pattern heat-adhesive resin layer made of transparent acrylic resin, and a metal dot transfer sheet is used to form a polka dot pattern metallized pattern layer, and a rainbow pattern sublimation transfer printing sheet is used to sublimate it. By performing transfer printing, the sublimation transfer printing does not leave the original pattern on the fabric surface provided with the metallic pattern without the metallic pattern layer, and the rainbow pattern is sublimated and printed on the surface of the metallic pattern layer. A sublimation transfer printing cloth made of a design having a polka dot pattern layer having a metallic rainbow pattern on the surface of the fabric was obtained.
