As described above, according to the present invention, by modifying and shaping food materials, the surimi can be made uniform and dense, and the surface thereof can be shaped. In the production of multi-layer rolled food, the plate-shaped molded products wound in multiple layers are sufficiently adhered to each other, and the baked food has the effect of obtaining a dense and textured food. Since the apparatus has a device for winding a plate-like molded product around a skewer while being conveyed on a surface and a skewer feeding mechanism, it is possible to produce foods efficiently.
