【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来の充填装置及び計量包装方法においては、何れも包装袋の袋口付近に充填漏斗を接近させた状態で被包装物の落下投入を行っている。ところが、被包装物が小麦粉や片栗粉等の粉体の場合には、袋口から袋底までの落差があるために投入時に舞い上がりを生じて収まりが悪くなる。舞い上がりが収まるまでの時間が長くかかると充填ステーションでの停止時間が増すために、必然的に包装能力が低下する。その舞い上がった粉体は吸引装置によって外部に排出されているが、たとえ1袋毎の舞い上がり量が僅かであっても生産量に比例して無視できない量に至ることから、舞い上がり現象を極力抑制するのが好ましい。
後者の計量包装方法では、包装袋を把持した状態で被包装物の定量検出を行う構造が開示されているところ、大出し投入と小出し投入とを別々のステーションに設けたスクリュー式供給装置で行い、充填と袋口のシールを別々のテーブルで行うことから包装機が大型化し、全体構造が複雑となっていた。

【発明の作用及び効果】
