把持若しくは釈放自在に設け、ロードセルを用いた計量
装置の検出器を上下方向に移動させる昇降手段を充填ス
テーションに配置し、各グリップベースに垂設された支
持杆を把持若しくは釈放自在とするクランプ手段を前記
検出器に固定するように設け、前記移動体が充填ステー
ションに間欠停止したときに、前記クランプ手段により
前記支持杆を把持すると共に前記掴着手段によるグリッ
プベースの釈放を行い、ついで前記昇降手段によりグリ
ップベースを持ち上げて開口された包装袋を被包装物供
給手段の供給筒に臨ませた状態で被包装物の大出し投入
を開始し、これと同時に包装袋を下降させつつ小出し投
入を行うと共に前記検出器により充填量を検出し、所定
量充填後に投入を中止して再び前記掴着手段によりグリ
ップベースを把持して同ベースを前記移動体側に固定
し、ついで前記クランプ手段による支持杆の釈放を行う
ようにしたことを特徴とする包装機における被包装物の
定量充填方法。
