本発明は如上の問題点を解決せんとするものであつて、
その特徴とするところは間歇回動する充填テーブルとシ
ールテーブルとを併設し、充填テーブルでは包装材料の
開口端より一定寸法下方位置をテーブルグリツパーで把
持するようになさしめると共に、大出し投入はテーブル
グリツパーに把持されている状態で行い、次にスタンプ
後定量検出器で包装材料の上端縁を把持し且つテーブル
グリツパーから外れた状態で小出し投入を行わしめ、あ
とテーブルグリツパーで再び把持し、該テーブル上で二
度目のスタンプを行うと隣接し且つ同速状態で回動する
シールテーブル上に設けた前後1対のシール板で包装袋
の開口上端縁を把持し変え、該シールテーブルの回動中
に開口縁をシールし且つ冷却して放出されるようになす
のである。

付けられてなるテーブルグリツパー9、9′に把持され
るとカツター7で切断される。

量グリツパー20、20′は開放されるようになすのであ
る。

が発生した場合はその場で把持爪を開放して直ちに落下
させ、他の良品と混在させることのないものである。ま
た、小出し供給の徴量供給時間から演算して粗充填量変
更のフイードバツクを行うため、スクリユーに粉粒体な
どの付着成長が生じても性能的に支障を生じせしめない
ものである。

テーブル上に設けた前後1対のシール板で柔軟包装袋の
開口上端縁を把持し変え、該シールテーブルの回動中に
開口縁をシールし、且つ冷却して放出されるようになさ
しめることを特徴とする柔軟包装材料を使用したグロス
計量包装方法。
