Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sachet attaching device to a packaging bag for attaching a sachet containing an oxygen scavenger or a desiccant and an oxygen detection agent to the inner surface of the packaging bag, and a method for attaching the sachet.

In a packaging bag in which foods such as confectionery and ramen are contained, an oxygen scavenger and a desiccant enclosed in a sachet are stored in order to maintain the freshness of the foods. When the sachet is not fixed to the packaging bag, for example, when the food is taken out of the packaging bag and transferred to the cooking container, there is a possibility that the sachet is put together and cooked as it is. In addition, it is said that an accident occurs in which an infant mistakes an oxygen scavenger or desiccant in a sachet as a confectionery and eats it. Further, since the location of the sachet put into the packaging bag is not constant, it is difficult to detect that the sachet is put in the packaging process.

In order to eliminate such troubles, a method of fixing a small bag to a packaging bag has been proposed. For example, in “vertical bag making filling and packaging apparatus and packaging method” of JP-A-10-305818, a freshness holder is automatically fixed inside a packaging bag formed continuously from a sheet-shaped packaging material. The technical contents to be disclosed are disclosed.

According to the contents described in the above-mentioned published patent gazette, the packaging bag is formed from the sheet-shaped packaging material in which the sachets are fixed at appropriate intervals in advance. On the other hand, the “sticking device” of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-171896 discloses the technical content of sticking a freshness holding body to the inner surface of a packaging bag formed in advance in a bag shape via an adhesive layer.

Further, the latter publication discloses a method in which oxygen detection paper is attached to one side of a belt-like body in which sachets are continuously formed, and then the sachets separated into one unit are attached to a packaging bag. However, in this method, since the oxygen detection paper is pasted within the outline of the small bag, it is not always easy to detect the oxygen detection paper stuck in the packaging bag with a photoelectric sensor or a monitoring camera. I think that the.

Thus, in the small bag insertion / pressing means 60, as shown in FIG. 5, when the insertion tube 63 containing the small bag a is inserted into the packaging bag e, the pressing piece 67 of the pressing means 65 advances. By pressing the small bag a toward the receiving piece 77 of the receiving member 75, the small bag a is pressed against the inner surface of the packaging bag e via the adhesive 72.

Next, the operation of the device S for attaching a small bag to the packaging bag having the above-described configuration will be described.
(1) In the sachet automatic supply unit 1, the belt-like body 3 wound around the reel 2 in a roll shape is guided by the guide rollers 5 and 6, and is further fed vertically by the pair of feed rollers 8 via the pressing rollers 7. It is sent out intermittently.
(2) The heat seal part 4 between the sachets a formed on the belt-like body 3 by the cutter means 10 is cut at an appropriate timing, and the sachets a separated from the belt-like body 3 one by one 11. It passes through the charging chute 13 and falls onto the upper surface of the transfer belt 18 of the attach conveyor 15 to be in a horizontal posture state.
(3) The transfer belt 18 is intermittently moved by a constant interval to repeatedly move the pouch a sequentially downstream while repeating the operation of placing the next new pouch a.
(4) In the next step, an adhesive is applied to a predetermined portion of the pouch a placed on the transfer belt 18 by the hot melt gun 20.
(5) In the oxygen detection agent supply / sticking unit 25, the oxygen detection agent d is adsorbed by the suction cup 36 when the belt 27 is fed to the guide plate 37 by the feed roller 32. At the same time, one oxygen detecting agent d is cut by the cutter means 33, and the oxygen detecting agent d causes the front end portion of the small bag a on the transfer belt 18 to protrude downstream by the rotation of the arm 35. In this way, the adhesive is applied through the adhesive applied in the previous step. Next, the pouch a is intermittently transferred to the downstream side by the transfer belt 18.
(6) The oxygen detection agent d attached to the upper surface of the sachet a is further pressed against the sachet a by being further pressed by the pressing piece 42 of the pressing means 40 installed in the next step.
(7) Next, in the oxygen detecting agent confirmation means 45 installed adjacent to the pressing means 40, the presence or absence of the oxygen detecting agent d is detected, and the sachet a to which the oxygen detecting agent d is attached is attached to the attachment conveyor. 15 is once received by the movable chute 56 of the pouch posture changing means 55 in a state where the oxygen detection agent d is in a forward posture. Further, sachets a of sticking failure of the oxygen detecting agent d is discharged to the discharge chute 52.
(8) The sachet a turns the front end portion of the oxygen detection agent d upward by tilting the movable chute , and the front surface of the oxygen detection agent is the attachment side of the packaging bag. It is sent out to the insertion tube 63 of the bag insertion / pressing means 60.
(9) An adhesive 72 is applied by a hot melt gun 70 to a predetermined location on the front surface of the pouch a stored in the insertion tube 63 in a vertical posture.
(10) Next, the insertion tube 63 containing the small bag a is inserted into the packaging bag e by the downward movement of the moving plate 61. At almost the same time, the sachet a is pressed toward the receiving piece 77 of the receiving member 75 by the forward movement of the pressing piece 67 of the pressing means 65, so that the sachet a has the adhesive 72 as shown in FIG. To the inner surface of the packaging bag e.
Thus, by repeating the series of operations shown in (1) to (10), the small bag and the oxygen detecting agent are automatically and continuously attached to the packaging bag a.

As described above, according to the device for sticking a sachet to the packaging bag, the operation of sticking the sachet enclosing the oxygen scavenger and the oxygen detection agent to the inner surface of the packaging bag is performed reliably and stably. Can do. Furthermore, since the front end portion of the oxygen detection agent protrudes from the small bag and the front surface of the oxygen detection agent is attached to the packaging bag, It has a secondary effect that the oxygen detector can be easily detected by a photoelectric sensor or a monitoring camera.
