【従来の技術】
組立工場や配送場等において使用される運搬用容器には、従来からその収容物の名称や属性,ロット番号,バーコード等が表示されたカードが取り付けられるように、容器外側面にカード差しが設けられる。

ところでカード差しには、例えば特許番号第2823505号に示されたもののように、従来からカードを抜き差しし易くするために指先が入り得る切欠を形成したものが知られている。しかしながら従来ではこの切欠が形成されていることにより、カードを差し込む際にカードが引っ掛かり易くカードが折れ曲がった状態で取り付けられるおそれがあった。

また、背板の前面にカードが密着し易いので取り出し難いという問題があった。なお、特開2000−33950の公開特許公報に記載されたカード差しでは、背板の前面に凸リブを形成することによりカードに密着を防ぐようにしているが、凸リブが形成されているとカードが波状に屈曲するおそれがありそのためにバーコード等が読み取れなくなるおそれがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記問題点を解消し、カードを容易に正しく差し込み得るようにし、また、取り出しも容易となるようにするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明に係るカード差しは、背板の下縁に肉薄部を介して額縁形の枠体を一体に形成し、該枠体を該背板の前面に重合させることにより上面が開口したカード保持部が形成されるようにしたカード差しにおいて、背板の上縁に底丸V字状の切込を設けるとともに該切込の内周縁に面取りとなる傾斜面を形成し、該傾斜面を該切込の両側の背板の上縁に亘り滑らかな曲線をなして連なるように延設し、該背板の前面にシボ加工による微細な凹凸を形成し、さらに、該背板の背面を周縁部を残して凹窪状に形成し該背板の見かけ上の厚さを厚くすることで前記底丸V字状の切込部の厚さおよび傾斜面の幅寸法が充分に確保されるようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に図面に従い本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図1は本発明に係るカード差しの外観斜視図、図2は正面図、図3は図2のA−A線断面図である。このカード差しは、略長正方形状の背板1と額縁形の枠体2とその互いを結ぶ肉薄部3とが合成樹脂の型射出成形によって一体に形成されたもので、図4〜図6に示されるように、該枠体2を肉薄部3で上方に折り曲げて背板1の前面に重合させることにより上部が開口したカード保持部4が形成される。

背板1はその背面を両側縁部5を残して凹窪状にすることで、該背板の見かけ上の厚さtが4mm程度の厚さを持ち得るように形成される。そして背板1の上縁に底丸V字状の切込6を設けるとともに該切込の内周縁に面取りとなる傾斜面7を形成し、該傾斜面を該切込の両側の背板の上縁に亘り滑らかな曲線をなして連なるように延設している。また、該背板の前面8にはシボ加工による微細な凹凸が形成されるように、該前面8が成形される射出成形金型の金属面を薬品により腐食させている。

こうして運搬用容器20に取り付けられたカード差しでは、図6に示したように、収容物の名称や属性,ロット番号,バーコード等が表示されたカードaを枠体2の上部開口より差し込むことによりカード保持部4中に保持できる。そしてこの差し込み時にカードaを持った指が切込6中に入りその内周縁の傾斜面7に沿って案内されることから差し込みがスムースになされ、カードaが折れ曲がることなく保持部4中に差し込まれ作業性が改善される。また、保持部4中のカードaを取り出そうとするときは、矢印bにて示したように、枠体2の前面から指先で該カードaを押圧しつつ上方に持ち上げれば、背板の前面8にはシボ加工による微細な凹凸が形成されていることから該カードaは該前面8に密着することなく軽くスライドし、切込6中に入れた指で該カードaをつまみ出すことができる。なお、シボ加工による微細な凹凸は、従来の凸リブのようにカードを屈曲させないのでバーコード等を読み取り不能にするおそれがない。

また、図8に示した実施形態は、図1に示した実施形態における傾斜面7を切込6の底部にてさらに幅広なるように形成したもので、このように傾斜面7を幅広に形成することによっては、カード差し込み時における指先の案内をより確たるものにできる。

また、背板1の背面を凹窪状に形成して該背板の見かけ上の厚さを厚くすることで、カードaが運搬用容器20の外側面からその厚さ分だけ充分に離間して保持されるとともに、切込6部の厚さおよび傾斜面7の幅寸法を充分に確保することができようになるので、カードaを抜き差しするに際してその指先が運搬用容器の外側面に当たり難くなり、カードの差し込みおよび取り出しを一層容易になし得る。

【発明の効果】
