本発明は、プラスチック製の蓋付きコンテナにバーコード，品番等が印刷されたカードを取り付けるためのカード取付構造に関するものである。

バーコード，品番，品名等が印刷されたカードをコンテナに貼り付けて表示するために従来から種々の構成のカード取付具（カード差し）が実用化されている。

ところで、従来のカード取付具は、コンテナの側面に取り付けられるものであったために、コンベア自動搬送ライン上でも側面からの読み取りが可能なるようにコンベアの一側に読取機を設置する必要があることから、設置スペースとしてコンベアの一側を広く占有してしまうという問題があった。

そこで本発明は、コンテナの上面でもカードが支障無く取り付けられるようにし、上記問題点を解消しようとするものである。

そのために本発明のカード取付構造は、コンテナに被せられる蓋体の上面に四角形状に凹窪した浅い陥没部を形成し、該陥没部を構成する三辺の側壁にそれぞれ係合口を開設し、該陥没部の他の一辺は傾斜面状のスライド壁に形成するとともに、弾性プラスチックからなるカードホルダを該陥没部内に収められる四角枠状に形成し、該カードホルダの外側縁に前記係合口に係合し得る突片をそれぞれ一体に形成し、該カードホルダの他の一辺には前記スライド壁と隙間を介して相対することでカード差込口が形成されるポケット縁部を形成し、該ポケット縁部の内面にはカードの抜脱を防ぐ楔状の爪片を一体に形成してなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に図面に従い本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図１は本発明に係るプラスチック製の蓋付きコンテナの斜視図、図２はそのカード取付部の拡大斜視図、図３はその分解斜視図である。この実施形態は、四側板が底板上に倒れることで折り畳み可能に構成されたコンテナを示し、１ａ，１ｂは該コンテナの両長側板の上端縁に開閉可能にヒンジされた一対の板状の蓋体である。その一方の蓋体１ａは、図４にＡ−Ａ線断面図、図５にＢ−Ｂ線断面図を示したように、上面に四角形状に凹窪した浅い陥没部２を形成する。なお、該陥没部２を構成する三辺の側壁３，４，５は垂直起立状に形成し、他の一辺は傾斜面状のスライド壁６に形成する。そして、側壁３に所定間隔を置いてスリット状の係合口７ａ，７ｂを開設し、側壁４に所定間隔を置いてスリット状の係合口８ａ，８ｂを開設し、側壁５にはスリット状の係合口９を開設する。

このカード取付構造では、カードホルダ１０を弾性変形させて突片１１ａ，１１ｂ，１２ａ，１２ｂ，１３を夫々係合口７ａ，７ｂ，８ａ，８ｂ，９に係合させることで陥没部２内に収められ、バーコード，品番等が印刷されたカード１７をスライド壁６に沿ってカード差込口１４に滑り込ませることで該カード１７を該コンテナの上面に向けて表示できる。そのとき、爪片１６は該カード１７の抜脱を防ぐ。なお、カード１７を取り替えようとする場合は、カード１７の一辺を指で押さえてスライドさせれば簡単に抜き差しすることができる。

また、カードホルダ１０は飛び出ることなく陥没部２内に収まることから、略々面一にでき、段積み時等の邪魔になることなく、カードホルダを離脱させるおそれもない。そして、コンテナの上方からの視認性が向上するので、読取機をコンベヤラインの真上に設ければ少ない取付スペースにて設置することが可能となる。なお、このカード取付構造は上記のように蓋体の上面のほか、コンテナの側面に設けることもできる。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明のカード取付構造は、コンテナに被せられる蓋体の上面に四角形状に凹窪した浅い陥没部を形成するとともに、四角枠状に形成したカードホルダを該陥没部内に固着してなるので、コンテナの上面でもカードが支障無く取り付けられ、バーコード等の読取機での読み込みが容易になる。しかもカードの差し替えも容易にできるので、通い箱としての使い勝手が向上するなど有益な効果がある。
