Description

The present invention is a slide type blister pack used for packaging cosmetics, foods, daily necessities, etc., in order to make it easy to attach a blister case to a mount and to prevent unauthorized opening. The present invention relates to a sliding blister pack that is difficult to open when opened.

Conventionally, the display container shown by patent document 1 is proposed as a slide-type blister pack (refer FIG. 26). A packaging container (sliding blister pack) that can store products (not shown) in a concave article storage section formed in the blister by inserting the backing into the flaps on the side of the transparent blister pack that is a vacuum molded product The blister pack covers the entire surface of the mount, and has a function of fixing both of them by a flap on the lower side of the blister pack, a claw provided in the blister pack, and a hole provided in the mount.
In Patent Document 2, as shown in FIG. 27, there is a difference from Patent Document 1 in that the blister pack covers a part of the mount and there are only two sliding engagement portions on the side surface. It has a function of fixing both by the claw portion provided and the notch provided in the mount.
JP 2001-301823 A Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-075460

However, in the invention of Patent Document 1, since the blister pack covers the entire surface of the mount, the amount of material used increases, and it is necessary to open holes corresponding to the various holes of the mount, and further, the sliding engagement when inserting the card Since there are three parts (flaps), the number of processing steps increases, which causes an increase in cost. In addition, since it is possible to fix easily by the claw provided in the blister pack and the hole provided in the mount, the release is also easy, and there is a fear that only the contents of the product will be stolen as if it had been owned in advance at the store .
Further, in the invention of Patent Document 2, although the work of inserting the semicircular claw part into the incision is improved, the distance between the claw part and the incision is too short and still difficult in the actual work. Therefore, in actual work, there is a risk that the mount is bent when the nail part is inserted. Moreover, when the product is taken out, the insertion of the nail portion is easily released by gently bending the mount, so that it is easy to act that the contents of the product are stolen as if it were owned in advance at the store There were also drawbacks.

As a result of diligent research in view of the above circumstances, the present inventor can easily fix (lock) the blister case and the mount in the sliding blister pack, and it is difficult to remove once the blister is mounted. The present invention is completed by finding a pack.

That is, the present invention includes a product receiving recess for storing a product, a substantially flat blister case having a sliding engagement groove formed by bending both left and right ends into a U-shape, and a vertically sliding direction that slides more than the blister case. It consists of a mount that slides the blister case sliding engagement groove in a face-to-face state and fixes it in an appropriate position,
The blister case is provided with a claw for fixing to the mount on the opposite side (upper side) from the side on which the mount is inserted, and the mount is placed in the proper position by contacting the slide engaging groove. A slide type blister pack having a protrusion that stops at the lower side, and further having a notch for inserting the claw portion at an appropriate position stopped on the mount,
It possesses means for easily inserting the claw portion of the blister pack when plugged into the cut portion of the backing sheet, the claw portion forme once difference and means for easily released from the cut portion, as a means to facilitate the insertion, locking slide It is characterized by the lack of the upper part of the groove .
Further, as means for facilitating the insertion, there are those having an erosion portion at the base of the claw portion and those having a cutting shape (cutting for insertion aid) protruding downward in the center of the cutting portion.
In addition, as means for making it difficult to remove, the claw portion has a step having a step with a width wider than the width of the claw portion, a cut shape that protrudes upward at both ends of the cut portion (cut-in for insertion lock) ) And the like.

According to the present invention, since the blister pack and the mount can be easily attached, the packaging work is easy on the production line, and it is difficult to release the attachment. The shortcoming of being stolen can be compensated.
Specifically, when the upper portion of the sliding engagement portion is lacking, the mount can be largely bent backward when the claw portion is inserted into the cut portion, so that the insertion becomes easy. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent folding of the mount during work.
Further, when an erosion portion is provided at the base of the claw portion, it is easy to obtain the insertion angle of the claw portion during the insertion operation, and the insertion operation is facilitated.
Further, when an insertion assisting cut is provided in the center of the cut portion, the cut portion is opened in a hole shape when the mount is warped rearward, so that the claw portion can be easily inserted and the folding of the mount can be prevented.
These means can be used alone, but the effect increases when a plurality of means are used in combination.
On the other hand, in the case where the claw portion has a width wider than the base width and has a stepped shape, once the claw portion is inserted into the insertion portion, the claw portion becomes difficult to be pulled out.
Although the means has a sufficient effect that it is difficult to come out even if used alone, it can be more firmly locked by using the following means together.
In other words, by providing insertion lock cuts at both ends of the cut portion, when the claw portion is to be pulled out, the insertion lock cut forms a large barrier, so that the hook with the claw portion becomes larger and the claw portion is pulled out. Can be prevented.

Hereinafter, although an example is given and explained about an embodiment using a slide type blister pack of the present invention based on a drawing, the present invention is not limited to this example.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of a sliding blister pack according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the slide-type blister pack is for housing and displaying a protective cosmetic container (not shown) for skin, and is formed by vacuum forming with a flat cardboard mount 1. And a blister case 2 made of transparent plastic.

As shown in FIG. 2, the mount 1 is composed of a flat cardboard formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and has an upper end surface 1a, a left side surface 1b formed in parallel with each other, and a lower end portion of a right side surface 1d. A protrusion (convex portion) 3 is formed which comes into contact with the lower end surface of the sliding engagement portion 8 of the blister case 2 and stops downward sliding. Further, the mount 1 is provided with a notch 6 at the center of the upper portion thereof, and the notch 6 has an upward semicircular notch (insertion lock notch) 6b at both ends of a linear notch 6a, and a center. Has a downward semicircular cut (insertion aid cut) 6c. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 4 denotes a suspension hole formed in the upper end portion of the mount 1.

The blister case 2 is slidably mounted on the mount 1, and as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, is formed integrally with a flat plate portion 10 and protrudes from the flat plate portion 10 to the front side ( A housing portion 9 that can house the cosmetic container, a substantially arrow-shaped claw portion 5 projecting upward from an upper end surface 10a of the flat plate portion 10, and a left side surface portion 10b and a right side surface 10d of the flat plate portion 10; The left ear piece 11b and the right ear piece 11d on the left and right sides of the flat plate portion 10 are bent to the back side to form a pair of left and right slide engaging portions 8 formed as substantially U-shaped groove-like gaps on the left and right sides. Has been. As apparent from FIG. 3, since the upper end surface (10a) side and the lower end surface (10c) side of the ear pieces 11b and 11d are lacking, the sliding engagement portion 8 also lacks the upper end surface side and the lower end surface side. is doing. The lack of the upper end surface side is one of the means for facilitating the insertion of the present invention described later, and the lack of the lower end surface side accommodates the projection 3 formed on the mount 1 in the blister case 2, and the claw portion 5 and the cut portion 6 It is provided to align the position. Such a blister case 2 is produced by vacuum molding using, for example, transparent PVC (vinyl chloride resin).

Two semicircular erosion portions 7 are provided at the base portion of the substantially arrow-shaped claw portion 5 of the blister case 2 so as to erode in the inner direction of the blister case 2. Further, both sliding engagement portions 8 are slidably engaged with the left and right side edges of the mount 1. Further, on the lower end face 10c side of the blister case 2, display leg portions 12 that can be displayed independently are provided at two locations.

In the above configuration, the cosmetic container is accommodated in the accommodating portion 9 of the blister case 2, and then the lower end portions of the sliding engagement portions 8 of the blister case 2 are inserted into the upper end portions of the left and right side edges of the mount 1. The blister case 2 is slid downward along the mount 1 in a face-to-face state, and the lower end surfaces of the slide engaging portions 8 are brought into contact with the upper end surfaces of the protrusions 3 of the mount 1. In this contact state, the claw portion 5 of the blister case 2 is positioned at a position corresponding to the cut portion 6 of the mount 1. When inserting the claw portion 5 of the blister case 2 into the cut portion 6 of the mount 1, the claw portion 5 is bent to the mount 1 side, the upper portion of the mount 1 is bent backward, and the claw portion 5 is cut. Insert into part 6.

In the operation of inserting the claw portion 5 into the notch portion 6, if the upper portion of the mount 1 is bent backward, in this embodiment, the upper end surface side of the sliding engagement portion 8 is lacking as described above. On the other hand, it can warp back more largely (refer FIG. 7). Thereby, the space | interval of the nail | claw part 5 and the notch part 6 becomes large, and insertion work becomes easy. When there is no lack on the upper end surface side of the sliding engagement portion 8, it is difficult to secure the space between the claw portion 5 and the cut portion 6 by warping the mount backward as shown in FIG. It is easy to understand when compared. That is, it can be said that the lack of the upper end surface side of the sliding engagement portion 8 is one means for facilitating insertion of the claw portion 5.

H4=H1−H2−H3
The lacking length H4 on the upper end surface side of the sliding engagement portion 8 is H1 that does not include the claw portion 5 of the blister case 2 and the length of the sliding engagement portion 8 (length of the ear pieces 11b and 11d). Is H3, and the missing length on the lower end surface side is H2,
H4 = H1-H2-H3
(See FIG. 3).
Here, the upper end face lacking length H4 is
0 <H4 <(1/4) × H1
It is in the range.
H4 is preferably as large as possible, but if it becomes 1/4 or more with respect to the total length H1 of the blister case 2, the fixing strength between the blister case 2 and the mount 1 is weakened. Should be shorter.

Since the semicircular erosion part 7 is formed at the base of the claw part 5, it can be bent with the lower part from the upper end surface of the blister case 2 as a fulcrum in the operation of inserting the claw part 5 into the notch part 6. The burden on the bending fulcrum of the claw portion is small (see FIG. 9). Accordingly, the burden of warping on the mount 1 side can be reduced. In the absence of the eroded portion 7, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper end surface of the blister pack 2 becomes a fulcrum for bending the claw portion, and the burden on the bending fulcrum increases. That is, forming the eroded portion 7 at the base of the claw portion 5 can be said to be one means for facilitating insertion of the claw portion 5.
The shape of the erosion part 7 does not have to be semicircular as in the present embodiment, and may be elliptical or inverted triangular as shown in FIGS. The important point is that the folding fulcrum of the claw portion 5 is located below the upper end surface 10a of the blister case 2, and any shape can be used as long as this can be achieved.

A semicircular protruding portion (insertion assisting notch) 6c provided at the center of the notch 6 formed on the mount 1 is formed by warping the mount 1 backward in the operation of inserting the claw 5 into the notch 6. As shown in FIG. 14, the insertion assisting notch 6 c is lifted to create a hole-like opening in the notching portion 6. Therefore, since the insertion port is opened largely, the operation | work which inserts the nail | claw part 5 becomes easy. That is, it can be said that the semicircular insertion assisting notch 6c provided at the center of the insertion portion 6 is one means for facilitating insertion of the claw portion 5.
Here, the shape of the insertion assisting cut 6c does not have to be semicircular as in this embodiment, and may be an inverted triangle or a quadrangle as shown in FIGS. The important point is that when the mount 1 is warped backward, a portion having an area that cannot be obtained by a linear notch is lifted to form a hole-like opening, and if the object can be achieved, the shape is It doesn't matter what.

Although the means for making it easy to insert the claw portion 5 mentioned above is effective even when used alone, the work of inserting more easily becomes easier by using a plurality of means together.

In the present embodiment, the shape of the claw portion 5 is substantially an arrow shape. This is because the width of the claw portion 5 projecting from the blister case upper end surface 10a is W1, whereas the width of the claw portion 5 is made wider in the middle and a step is provided as W2, so that the claw portion 5 once inserted becomes the cut portion 6. It has the effect of making it more difficult to escape. For example, in the case of a semicircular claw portion as shown in FIG. 28 shown in Patent Document 2, the ease of removal does not change regardless of the portion of the cut portion 6 where the claw portion is inserted. However, by providing a step in the width as in the present application, if the claw portion 5 is slightly displaced in the left-right direction, the wide portion W2 portion of the claw portion 5 is difficult to be caught by one end portion of the cut portion 6. That is, the stepped shape of the claw portion 5 can be said to be one means that makes it difficult for the claw portion 5 to come out of the cut portion 6.
Here, the shape of the claw portion 5 does not need to be a substantially arrow shape as in this embodiment, and as shown in FIGS. May be. The important point is that the nail has a step, and it is easy to get caught when the nail once inserted into the notch 6 is pulled out. It may be like. However, if the tip of the nail is sharp, it is easier to insert it into the notch 6.

In the present embodiment, the cut portion 6 has an upward semicircular cut (insertion lock cut) 6b at both ends of the straight cut 6a. According to the present shape, it is possible to further strengthen the means for making it difficult to remove the claw part shape having the above-described step. That is, once the claw portion 5 having a step inserted into the cut portion 6 is pulled out, the insertion lock cut 6b forms a large barrier, and the step of the claw portion 5 comes into contact with the barrier. It becomes very difficult to come out.
Here, the shape of the insertion lock notch 6b does not need to be semicircular as in the present embodiment, and may be triangular, elliptical, or rectangular as shown in FIGS. Also good. An important point is that the step 6b of the claw portion 5 hits the insertion lock cut 6b portion, and the shape may be any shape as long as the object can be achieved.

w2<W2≦w3
In order to sufficiently exhibit the effect that the claw portion 5 is difficult to be removed, the relationship between the width W2 of the claw portion 5, the linear cut 6a width w1 in the cut portion 6, and the total width w3 of the cut portion 6 is as follows. Preferred (see FIG. 22).
w1 <W2 ≦ w3
Here, the relationship between W2 and w3 may be reversed so that the shape of the claw portion 5 and the shape of the cut portion 6 are not significantly destroyed in the operation of inserting the claw portion 5 into the cut portion 6. If W2 becomes too large, it cannot be inserted, so it is desirable to keep the same dimension. Further, in the above relationship, instead of w1, when the distance w2 connecting the most protruding portions of the two insertion lock cuts 6b is adopted (the relational expression is described below), the claw part 5 is pulled out from the cut part 6. In this case, the claw portion 5 comes into contact with both insertion lock cuts 6b, which is more desirable.
w2 <W2 ≦ w3

Moreover, the following relational expressions hold as constraints on the vertical dimension between the claw part 5 and the notch part 6 (see FIG. 22).
(H1 + h3) ≦ (H3 + H4 + H5)
h1: Distance between the upper end surface of the protrusion 3 of the mount 1 and the linear notch 6a of the notch 6 h3: Height dimension of the insertion lock notch 6b H3: Length of the engaging portion 8 for sliding H4: Blister case 2 The distance between the upper end surface and the upper end surface of the sliding engagement portion 8 H5: The distance between the upper end surface of the blister case 2 and the step between the claw portions. This is because the (h1 + h3) dimension is longer than the (H3 + H4 + H5) dimension. Insertion into the cut portion 6 becomes uncertain. On the other hand, if (H3 + H4 + H5) is too long, there is a problem that the claw portion covers the hanging hole 6 or the mount 1 protrudes. Further, if (H3 + H4 + H5) is long, the operation of inserting the claw portion 5 will be hindered, so it is necessary to set so that these hindrances do not occur.

In addition to the examples given above as means for facilitating the insertion of the claw part 5 into the notch part 6, an insertion auxiliary hole A is formed in the center part of the notch part 6 (see FIG. 23), and the notch part 6 is pressed to reduce the thickness. There are provided a portion B (see FIG. 24), a portion C that is pressed and thinned by the tip of the claw portion 5 (see FIG. 24), and the like.
On the other hand, as a means for making it difficult for the claw portion 5 to come out of the cut portion 6, the claw portion 5 is made wider than the cut portion 6, and a bent portion D is provided at a portion narrower than the width of the cut portion 6. There is a method in which the bent portion is opened after the bent portion D is bent and the width is reduced (see FIG. 25).
