Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a cardboard case formed by folding a single cardboard into a box shape. The lid is easy to close, and once the object is put in, the lid does not come off easily, while providing easy opening for checking inside. With respect to the bottom portion, a configuration is provided that can reliably eliminate problems such as a shape collapse or a thing put in the bottom portion falling off by weight. In addition, vegetables and fruits having a weight such as radish can be packed in a cup. In addition, the present invention relates to a cardboard case that does not use a wire of a clasp to hold the posture when the cardboard is folded up.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When folding up the corrugated cardboard, in order to maintain the posture, a wire of a fastener is often used. On the other hand, a conventional cardboard case not using a wire has the following configuration. The cover is folded up into a box shape from one piece of corrugated cardboard, and has a lid portion and a peripheral wall portion whose bottom portion is bent up and down and connected integrally. The lid part is integrally connected with a lid face piece. The bottom portion is integrally connected with the bottom pieces so as to form a folded bottom portion. Hereinafter, FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which the cardboard case lid is being folded up. The lid part 10 is integrally connected with lid face pieces 11 to 14, and further, the fitting piece 15 is fitted in the fitting notch 58 to close the lid face piece. In addition, the hole of the notch for fitting needs to be made as small as possible in view of the strength of the cover surface piece 14. Here, when fruits and the like are fully packed, the tip of the fitting piece 15 hit an object, and it was difficult to insert the fitting piece. Also, once the object is put inside, the fitting piece 15 is easily detached from the fitting notch 58. On the other hand, since the hole of the fitting notch is small for checking inside, the finger does not enter and the lid is not inserted. It was difficult to open the face piece. Next, FIG. 2 shows a bottom view in a bottom view. At the bottom, the bottom pieces 31 to 34 are integrally connected and engaged with each other to form the folded bottom 30. Further, the fitting piece 35 and the fitting piece 36 whose tips are spread like a dovetail are fitted into the fitting notch 38 to form a bottom. Here, the root angle P of the fitting piece 35 and the corner Q of the fitting notch 38 bite each other, but the degree of biting between the corner P of the fitting piece and the corner Q of the fitting notch is shallow. For this reason, there was a problem that the fitting pieces 35 and 36 were disengaged from the fitting notch 38 due to an accidental force applied from the outside, and the bottom part was out of shape.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional cardboard case has several problems. As for the lid, the fitting piece hit the inside, so it was difficult to close the lid face piece. Also, the lid piece was easily detached. On the other hand, once the lid piece was closed, it was difficult to open the lid piece. When handling the assembled corrugated cardboard case, the bottom has a problem in that the corner of the fitting piece and the corner of the fitting notch are so shallow that the bottom is out of shape due to external force.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it easy to close the lid piece even if the lid is full of fruits and vegetables or the like. Then, once the object is put in and closed, the lid face piece is hard to come off, and on the other hand, it is easy to open for checking inside. As for the bottom part, it is necessary to surely eliminate problems such as easy collapse. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be sequentially described. First, a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a state in which the cardboard case is developed into one cardboard. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lid is being folded up, and FIG.
Referring to FIG. The lid part 10 is composed of lid surface pieces 11 to 14. Fitting pieces 15 are provided at both ends of the lid surface pieces 11 and 13, and finger hole cutouts 57 are provided at the tips of the fitting pieces. A notch 58 for fitting and a tongue piece 59 are provided on both sides of the lid face pieces 12 and 14, and the tongue piece is bent at a fold line 55. The peripheral wall portion includes peripheral wall surfaces 21 to 24. The peripheral wall surface 21 has a glue margin piece 25. In addition, the bottom portion is composed of bottom pieces 31 to 34. Fitting pieces 35 are provided at both ends of the bottom piece 31, and engaging angles 53 and 54 are provided on the fitting pieces, respectively. The bottom piece 33 has fitting pieces 36 and 37 and a fitting notch 38, the fitting piece 36 has a hooking hole 51, and the fitting piece 37 has a hooking hole 52. Bottom pieces 32 and 34 are provided with fitting pieces 39.
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the lid is being folded up. The cover piece 11 is provided with a fitting piece 15, which is bent at a folding line 56. The cover piece 14 is provided with a notch 58 for fitting and a tongue piece 59 which bends at a fold line 55. The fitting piece 15 is inserted and fitted into the fitting notch 58. At the same time, both ends of the fitting piece are opened on both sides of the hole of the fitting notch 58 inside the cardboard cover face piece 14 by the bending and restoring force of the cardboard. The tongue piece 59 pushes up the fitting piece 15 from inside the cardboard case. FIG. 5 is a partial sectional view showing the relationship. The bending restoring force B of the cardboard acts on the fitting piece 15 using the folding line 55 of the tongue piece 59 as a fulcrum of leverage. As described above, the state in which the lid face piece is closed by one set of fitting is illustrated and described, but the same applies to the fitting of the lid and the other three sets.
FIG. 6 is a bottom view showing a state in which the bottom has been closed. The bottom pieces 31-34 are integrally connected and engage with each other to form a recess in the folded-in bottom 30. Further, the fitting piece 35 and the fitting piece 36 whose tips spread in a dovetail shape are fitted into the notches 38 to close the bottom. At this time, the hook holes 51 and 52 are mutually engaged with the hook angles 54 and 53, respectively. For this reason, the fitting piece 35 and the fitting piece 36 are engaged, and the fitting piece 35 and the fitting piece 37 are engaged with each other to form a bottom. The opening of the above-mentioned hook hole faces the glue margin piece 25 side. A couple F acts on the folded cardboard case due to the habit of the cardboard.
Finally, the procedure for folding up the bottom of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the bottom piece 33 is pushed down from the outside to the inside of the cardboard case. Next, the bottom pieces 32 and 34 are pushed inward, and the fitting pieces 39 are fitted into the notches 38. Finally, the bottom piece 31 is pushed down and the fitting piece 35 is fitted into the notch 38. As described above, the bottom pieces 31 to 34 are integrally connected to each other and engage with each other to form a recess of the folded-in bottom portion 30.
As described above, in the first embodiment, the cardboard is folded up by fitting the fitting pieces into the fitting notches. At that time, it is not necessary to use the wire of the fastener for maintaining the posture. In this case, there is no risk of foreign matter such as metal fittings, which is convenient for recycling. In addition, since the bottom pieces are integrally connected and engaged with each other to form a folded bottom, and the tips of the fitting pieces are spread and fitted in a dovetail shape, the objects in the cardboard case can be radished. Even if the weight is heavy, it is safe without falling out. Furthermore, engaging holes 51 and 52 provided in the fitting pieces whose tips extend in a dovetail shape are engaged with engaging angles 54 and 53, respectively. For this reason, since the degree of bite between the fitting piece and the fitting notch becomes deeper, when handling the assembled cardboard case, an accidental force and a couple force from the outside are generated as a large external force due to overlapping. Also, the fitting piece does not come off from the fitting notch. As an incidental effect, this folded bottom forms a recess, so when stacking cardboard cases containing fruits and vegetables such as radishes weighing about 10 to 15 Kgf per case in multiple stages, it is necessary to pull out from the middle stage easy. In addition, the lid is effective when the lid face piece is closed or opened. It is easy to close, and it is difficult for the lid piece to come off even after the object is once put inside. When the lid is closed, the fitting piece 15 is bent along the fold line 56, so that the fitting piece can be easily inserted into the fitting notch, and the lid face piece can be easily closed. Further, since both ends of the fitting piece 15 open to both sides of the hole of the fitting notch 58 inside the corrugated cardboard case, the lid face piece once inserted is hard to come off. Further, a restoring force due to the bending of the cardboard is generated as a spring force on the tongue piece 59 with the fold line 55 as a fulcrum of the lever, and the tongue piece pushes the fitting piece from the inside of the cardboard case, so that the fitting piece is hard to come off. In addition, since the fitting piece is provided with the finger hole notch 57, even if the hole of the fitting notch 58 is small, a finger can easily enter, and it is easy to open the lid face piece for checking inside. Originally, it is necessary to reduce the size of the hole of the notch for fitting in view of the strength of the cover surface piece. By providing the finger hole notch, even if the hole of the fitting notch is small, a space for a finger can be ensured and improved.
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a state in which the cardboard case is developed into one cardboard. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lid is being folded.
Referring to FIG. The bottom of the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment, but the lid is different. The difference from the first embodiment is the method of inserting the fitting pieces into the fitting notches on the lid surface. The lid part 10 is composed of lid surface pieces 11 to 14. Tongue pieces 59 are provided on both sides of the cover surface pieces 11 and 13, and these tongue pieces are bent along a fold line 67 to form a notch 58 for fitting. Fitting pieces 15 are provided at both ends of the cover face pieces 12 and 14, and these fitting pieces have a hook angle 65, and a fitting notch 58 has a hook piece 66. The peripheral wall portion includes peripheral wall surfaces 21 to 24. The peripheral wall surface 21 has a glue margin piece 25. In addition, the bottom portion is composed of bottom pieces 31 to 34. At both ends of the bottom piece 31, fitting pieces 35 are provided, and the fitting pieces are provided with hook angles 53 and 54. The fitting piece 33 has fitting pieces 36 and 37 and a fitting notch 38, and these fitting pieces have hook holes 51 and 52. The bottom pieces 32 and 34 are provided with fitting pieces 39.
FIG. 10 shows a state in which the lid is being folded up. Fitting pieces 15 are provided at both ends of the cover face pieces 12 and 14, and are bent at a folding line 61. This point is different from the first embodiment. A notch 58 for fitting and a tongue piece 59 are provided on both sides of the lid face pieces 11 and 13, and these tongue pieces are bent at a folding line 67. Here, the hole of the fitting notch 58 is formed in an arc shape in the direction in which the fitting piece 15 is inserted. The fitting piece 15 is inserted into the fitting notch 58, the engaging angle 65 of the fitting piece is engaged with the engaging piece 66, and the fitting piece 15 is engaged with the engaging piece 68. You. The tongue piece 59 pushes up the fitting piece 15 from inside the cardboard case. FIG. 11 shows the relationship, and is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. A restoring force D by bending the cardboard is applied to the fitting piece 15 by the tongue piece 59 with the folding line 67 as a fulcrum of leverage. Here, when the fitting piece 15 is inserted into the fitting notch 58, it is important that the tip H of the tongue piece 59 protrudes from the tip G of the fitting piece 15. This point is also different from the first embodiment. Although the method of closing the cover face piece by one set of fitting has been illustrated and described above, the same applies to the fitting of the other three sets of the cover.
As described above, in the second embodiment, since the cover surface piece 14 is bent at the fold line 61, the fitting piece 15 can be easily inserted into the fitting notch 58. Further, even if fruits and vegetables are fully packed, the tip of the tongue piece 59 protrudes from the tip of the fitting piece 15, so that the tip of the fitting piece 15 does not directly hit the fruits and vegetables and is easy to insert. As described above, the lid surface piece is easily closed. In addition, since the latching angle 65 of the fitting piece 15 is engaged with the latching piece 66 inside the cardboard case, the lid face piece does not easily come off. Furthermore, since the tongue piece 59 uses the folding line 67 as a fulcrum of leverage and the restoring force due to the bending of the cardboard acts as a spring force, the fitting piece 15 is pushed from the inside of the cardboard case, so that the fitting piece does not easily come off. As described above, the lid piece is hard to come off. The differences from the first embodiment are summarized as follows. Fitting pieces 15 are provided at both ends of the cover face pieces 12 and 14, and the fitting pieces 15 are bent at the folding line 61, so that the fitting pieces can be easily inserted into the fitting notches. When the fitting piece is inserted into the fitting notch, the tip of the tongue protrudes from the tip of the fitting piece. Therefore, even if the cardboard case is full of fruits and vegetables, the fitting piece 15 can be easily inserted because the tip of the fitting piece does not directly hit the inside. As described above, the lid surface piece is easily closed. In addition, the tip of the fitting piece does not hurt creatures such as fruits and vegetables.
Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 12 is a plan view showing a state in which the cardboard case is developed into one cardboard. FIG. 13 shows a state in which the lid is being folded, and FIG. 14 shows a state in which the lid has been closed.
Referring to FIG. The bottom of the third embodiment is the same as the first and second embodiments, and the lid is different. The difference from the first and second embodiments is that the main fitting piece is placed outside the lid piece by inserting the fitting piece and the lid piece and closing the lid piece on the lid face. To put it out. The lid part 10 is composed of lid surface pieces 11 to 14. Fitting pieces 17 are provided at both ends of the cover face pieces 11 and 13. Fitting pieces 15 are provided at both ends of the cover pieces 12 and 14, and a main fitting piece 16 is provided between the fitting pieces. Further, fitting notches 18 are provided on both sides of the cover pieces 12 and 14, and fitting notches 19 are provided on both sides of the cover pieces 11 and 13. On the other hand, the bottom is composed of bottom pieces 31-34.
FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lid is being folded up. FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lid has been closed. Description will be made with reference to these figures. A fitting piece 15 and a main fitting piece 16 are provided between the both ends of the cover face pieces 12 and 14, and the fitting piece 15 is bent at a fold line 56. In addition, fitting pieces 17 are provided at both ends of the cover pieces 11 and 13. Here, the fitting piece 15 is bent at the fold line 56 and inserted inside the lid face piece 11. At this time, the cover surface piece 11 is fitted into the fitting notch 18. The main fitting piece 16 is fitted in the fitting notch 19 and overlaps the outside of the lid face piece 11. Further, the fitting piece 17 overlaps the outside of the fitting piece 16. That is, the cover piece 11 is sandwiched between the fitting piece 15 and the fitting piece 16, and the fitting piece 16 is further sandwiched between the cover piece 11 and the fitting piece 17. A fitting structure in which the fitting pieces 15, the cover face pieces 11, the fitting pieces 16 and the fitting pieces 17 are overlapped in this order from the inside to the outside of the cardboard case. As described above, when the lid is closed, the main fitting piece 16 is raised outward as shown in FIG. Although the method of closing the cover face piece by one set of fitting has been illustrated and described above, the same applies to the fitting of the other three sets of the cover.
Finally, the procedure for folding up the lid will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the fitting piece 15 is inserted inside the lid piece 11. Since the fitting piece 15 is bent at the bending line 56, the insertion is easy. Next, the fitting piece 16 is fitted on the outside of the lid piece 11, and the fitting piece 17 is fitted on the outside of the fitting piece 16. The same applies to the other three sets of the lid.
As described above, the third embodiment differs from the first and second embodiments as follows. Since the main fitting piece comes out of the cardboard case, even if a fruit or the like is fully packed in the cardboard case, the tip of the fitting piece does not directly hit the inside, and the lid piece is easily closed. Conversely, since this fitting piece comes out of the lid face piece, the lid face piece forms a bulge to the outside, and can be filled with fruits and vegetables. Moreover, the tip of the fitting piece does not damage living things such as fruits and vegetables.
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the wireless cardboard case according to the present invention has the following excellent effects as compared with the conventional case.
(1) Since the cardboard is closed by fitting the fitting piece into the fitting notch, it is not necessary to use the wire of the fastener for holding the posture when the cardboard is folded up. In this case, there is no risk of foreign matter such as metal fittings, which is convenient for recycling.
(2) The bottom pieces are integrally connected and associated with each other to form a folded bottom, and the tips of the fitting pieces are spread and fitted in a dovetail shape. For this reason, even if the thing inside is a heavy thing, such as a radish, it does not run out and it is safe. Further, the fitting piece whose tip is spread in a dovetail shape is fitted into the fitting notch to close the bottom, and the engaging hole engages with the engaging angle. As the degree of engagement between the fitting piece and the fitting notch is deep, even when a large external force is generated due to accidental force and couple force overlapping from the outside at the bottom when handling the folded cardboard case, The piece does not fall out of the notch.
(3) It is effective when closing or opening the cover piece. It is easy to close, and it is difficult for the lid piece to come off once the object is put inside. When the lid is closed, the fitting piece is bent along a broken line, so that the fitting piece can be easily inserted into the fitting notch, and the lid face piece can be easily closed. Further, since both ends of the fitting piece are opened to both sides of the hole of the fitting notch inside the cardboard case, the lid face piece once inserted is hard to come off. Furthermore, a restoring force due to the bending of the cardboard is generated as a spring force on the tongue piece with the folding line as a fulcrum of the lever, and the tongue piece pushes the fitting piece from the inside of the cardboard case, so that the fitting piece does not easily come off.
(4) Since the fitting piece is provided with the finger hole notch piece, even if the hole of the fitting notch is small, a finger can easily enter, and it is easy to open it for checking inside. Originally, it is necessary to reduce the size of the hole of the notch for fitting in view of the strength of the cover surface piece. By providing the finger hole notch, the space for the finger was secured and improved.
(5) When the fitting piece is inserted into the fitting notch, the length of the tongue piece is longer than the protrusion of the tip of the fitting piece. For this reason, even if fruits and the like are fully packed in the cardboard case, the tip of the fitting piece does not directly hit the inside, and the lid piece is easily closed. The tip of the fitting piece does not hurt organisms such as fruits and vegetables.
(6) Since the fitting piece comes out of the lid face piece, the lid portion forms a swell, and can be filled with fruits and vegetables.
(7) As an additional effect, since the folded bottom forms a recess, when a cardboard case containing fruits and vegetables such as radish weighing about 10 to 15 kgf per case is stacked in multiple stages, the middle step Easy to remove from the side.
