Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a file for holding a sheet and a sheet holder for storing the sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of file has a file body having a front cover portion and a back cover portion, or a front cover portion, a back cover portion, and a back cover portion, and a sheet material that is separated from the file main body. is there. As an example of this, for example, an opening window that penetrates the thickness of the file body is provided in the front cover portion, and the opening window is closed with a sheet material, and even when the file is closed, the file is opened through the opening window. A part of the peripheral edge of the sheet material that can be visually recognized from outside such as bound paper, the front or back cover part of the file body, the surface or inner surface of the back cover part, or the surface of the back cover part. A pocket portion is formed by adhering except for, and a document title bound in a file is displayed by inserting a name card or the like into the pocket portion. In such a file, a sheet material is usually bonded to the file body by means such as welding.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a file, when the sheet material is bonded to the file main body, there are cases where continuous irregularities are formed in the bonded portion. This is the shape that occurs when the sheet material is bonded to the file body by welding, but this uneven shape realizes welding in a very narrow range, and also the appearance of the welding part and the welding strength It is formed by the welding technique adopted in order to also realize the goodness of. At that time, for example, when the sheet material is welded to the file main body by continuously pressing and heating at a predetermined pitch along the peripheral edge of the sheet material, the uneven shape is particularly prominent. However, if such unevenness occurs, for example, when the sheet material is bonded to the inner surface of the file body, the unevenness causes marks and scratches on the surface of the paper or paper holder bound in the file. there is a possibility. Regardless of whether the sheet material is provided on the front side of the file body or on the inner side, the file user may injure his / her finger if the convex and concave portions are sharp. it is conceivable that.
[0004]
In view of the above-described problems, the present invention has as its main object to provide a file having a high safety and a good appearance with respect to the user and sheets bound inside.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the file of the present invention includes a front cover portion and a back cover portion that form a front / back pair, or a file main body having a back cover portion in addition thereto, and a front cover portion, a back cover portion, or a back cover portion of the file main body. A sheet material that is bonded to any surface or inner surface, and the sheet material is a file in which a protrusion is formed on the surface and bonded to the file body, and all or part of the peripheral edge of the sheet material A concave portion in which a part of the surface or inner surface of the corresponding file body is recessed is formed, and the top of the protrusion that appears on the anti-stick surface at the peripheral edge of the sheet material is substantially the same as the surface or inner surface of the corresponding file body. The sheet material is characterized in that the peripheral edge portion of the sheet material is positioned in the recess and adhered to the file body so as to be flush with the surface.
[0006]
In the case of a file having such a configuration, regardless of the bonding means, the protrusion generated when the sheet material is bonded to the file main body is substantially buried in the recess formed in the file main body. Therefore, when the sheet material is bonded to the inner surface side of the file body, it is possible to easily prevent the paper bound to the file and the paper holder generated by the protrusion from being damaged, and the sheet material is attached to the file body. When adhered to the front side, for example, when the file is stored on a shelf or the like, it is possible to prevent the surface of the article such as another file arranged adjacent to the file from being damaged. Furthermore, even if the sheet material is adhered to either the front surface side or the inner surface side of the file, it is possible to effectively prevent the user from being injured by hooking his / her finger on the protrusion.
[0007]
Usefulness by such a file is extremely effective when the peripheral edge of the sheet material is easily pressed with the file main body in the recess, and is welded by heating or the like. In addition to this, for example, ultrasonic welding is also included in the welding method.
[0008]
As an example of the arrangement mode of the sheet material with respect to the file body, an opening window that penetrates the thickness is formed in a part of the front cover part or a part of the back cover part, and the sheet material is arranged at a position to close the opening window. In addition, a concave portion is formed on the surface or inner surface of the front cover portion or the back cover portion corresponding to substantially the entire peripheral edge portion of the sheet material, and the substantially entire peripheral edge portion of the sheet material is adhered in the concave portion. . In this case, in order to improve the appearance of the file and effectively prevent damage to the internal paper or the like, the sheet material may be bonded to the inner surface side of the front cover portion or the back cover portion.
[0009]
As an example of another arrangement mode for the file main body of the sheet material, a non-adhesive portion that is not bonded to the file main body is provided in a part of the peripheral edge of the sheet material, and the sheet material and the portion of the file main body to which the sheet material is bonded, What formed the pocket part which can insert the other member which makes | forms a sheet form between the non-adhesion part and the surface or inner surface of a file main body is mentioned.
[0010]
In the above file, a concave portion is formed on the surface or the inner surface of the file body. To prevent the concave portion from appearing on the surface opposite to the surface on which the concave portion is formed, the file main body is foamed. It is preferable to form from a resin material. On the other hand, in order to make the original functions of the opening window and the pocket portion useful, it is preferable to form the sheet material from a transparent or translucent resin film.
[0011]
