Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and more particularly to a pressure-sensitive transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with good tape cutting properties. [0002] One of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes is a non-supported double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which has no support (core material) and transfers only a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to an adherend. It is used in various fields and applications. In many cases, the release liner or release base material is provided with an adhesive layer on one side and rolled up in a roll shape. Is marketed under a name such as "tape glue". [0003] This transfer tool comprises a delivery reel around which a pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tape is wound, and a transfer head for transferring an adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tape supplied from the delivery reel to a transfer object while peeling the adhesive layer from a substrate. And a winding reel for winding up the base material remaining after transfer use is provided in a container that can be gripped and used with one hand. These are different from liquid glue and solid glue generally used in paper bonding, and can easily transfer an adhesive to an adherend without soiling hands, and do not require drying time until bonding. There is an advantage that paper to be adhered does not wrinkle. Further, since these can cut the adhesive layer by transferring the adhesive of a required length to the adherend and then lifting the transfer tool vertically or laterally from the adherend, a general support having a support is used. It is not necessary to cut the tape to the required length in advance like a simple double-sided tape, and the releasable base material after the transfer of the adhesive layer is taken up on the reel inside the transfer tool, so it can be garbage when used. It is a very useful adhesive article that does not cause any problems. [0004] However, in these methods, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is cut, the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is applied continuously so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive pulls a thread at the time of cutting. There is a problem that the so-called "peeling" is poor because it is stretched and cannot be cut smoothly. In order to avoid this problem, conventionally, methods such as forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer into fine dots or arranging them in blocks with large intervals have been devised. However, in these methods, when the coating is performed continuously, There is a disadvantage that the adhesive strength is reduced. Therefore,
The present inventors have completed the present invention as a result of various studies to improve the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having good adhesiveness while maintaining sufficient adhesive strength. To provide. [0005] The present invention has a releasable property.
A pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on a substrate that, the filler is mixed in the adhesive layer, the thickness and the ratio of the filler particle size of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is thick adhesive layer Sa / filler particle size = 0.6 to 8.0, and the filler
Filler made of propylene resin, filler made of polyethylene resin
And the thickness of the adhesive layer is 5 to 2
It is a pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tape having a thickness of 00 μm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention will be described in detail. As the base material used in the pressure-sensitive transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, those used as a support of the conventional pressure-sensitive transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and having a peeling effect on the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used. . Examples thereof include plastic films such as polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), paper such as glassine paper, and metal foil. A release layer made of a silicone resin, a fluorine resin, or the like is provided on one side or both sides.
An appropriate thickness of the substrate is 10 to 60 μm. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive which has been conventionally used for this type of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and a filler, and if necessary, a preservative or a coloring agent is blended. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, any pressure-sensitive adhesive such as acrylic, rubber-based, silicon-based, and rosin-based pressure-sensitive adhesives can be used. As the filler , any one of a polypropylene resin filler and a polyethylene resin filler is used . The amount of the filler in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but is usually 5 to 40 parts, preferably 10 to 20 parts per 100 parts of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
If the amount of the filler is less than 5 parts, the cutting property is deteriorated. If the amount is more than 40 parts, it is difficult to form a uniform tape, which is not preferable. In the present invention, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer applied on the substrate is 5 to 200 μm, preferably 10 to 200 μm.
3030 μm. If the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 5 μm, the adhesive force cannot be sufficiently exhibited, and if the thickness is more than 200 μm, it is not economical and the adhesiveness is poor. Here, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was a product of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition at the time of coating and the non-volatile content of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. For example, assuming that the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition at the time of coating is 100 μm and the non-volatile content of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is 25%, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 25 μm (= 100 × 0.25). In the present invention, the pressure-sensitive transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is provided, in which the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the particle size of the filler that can be used satisfy the following relational expression (1). You can do it. The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer / the particle size of the filler = 0.6 to 8.0 (1) In the relational expression (1), if the value is less than 0.6, a uniform coating film cannot be obtained. If it exceeds 8.0, the cutting properties are not good. Of the above ranges, a range of 0.8 to 5.0 is preferable, and a range of 0.8 to 1.5 is particularly preferable. Here, the particle size of the filler is a weight average particle size. As a method for applying the adhesive, any means such as a top coater, silk screen, gravure, and ink jet can be used. The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following Examples and Comparative Examples, which should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Examples 1 to 6 Each of the additives shown in Table 1, ie, an acrylic polymer, a curing agent and a filler were prepared by the following method to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. A. Preparation of pressure-sensitive adhesive composition (1) Acrylic polymer composition 100 parts of an acrylic monomer is mixed with a solvent, put into a flask, heated to 65 ° C. under a nitrogen flow, an initiator is added, and polymerization is performed. The viscosity of the obtained acrylic polymer solution is 3.0 Pa · s (25 ° C.) and the nonvolatile content is 45
%Met. (2) Curing agent Coronate L (manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd.) was added as a curing agent to the composition obtained in the above (1) at a solid content ratio of 2 parts. (3) Filler Further, the composition (1) or (2) obtained above is made of a polyethylene-based filler having a particle size of 20 μm, such as flocene (UF-4 manufactured by Sumitomo Seika Co., Ltd.) as an acrylic polymer 100. With respect to parts, in Examples 1-4, 10 parts,
Example 5 used 15 parts and Example 6 used 20 parts. B. Sample preparation Using a 15 cm wide doctor blade with a predetermined clearance, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition obtained by the above method,
After coating and drying on the release PET film, the release PET film was adhered and aged at room temperature for 7 days. Calculated value of the non-volatile content of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition at the time of coating, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition layer at the time of coating, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer after drying, and the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer / filler particle size Are shown in Table 1. C. Test method Peeling PE on both sides of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by the above method
The sample to which the T film was attached was measured for the adhesiveness to fine paper and the adhesive release property by the following test method. (1) A sample having been subjected to adhesive aging with respect to high-quality paper is cut into a width of 1 cm, and one of the peels P
Peel off the ET film and attach to high quality paper cut to 2 cm width. Peel off the other release PET film,
Adhere high quality paper and make one round trip with 1kg roller. Immediately after the pressure bonding, the high-quality paper is peeled off, and the state of the peeling is observed. 〇 indicates that the entire surface of the high-quality paper is slim. Δ indicates that there is a partial waste of fine paper. X indicates that there is no fine paper. (2) Paste ripening The sample after ripening is cut into 1 cm width, and 5c from the end
A mark is made at the position of m, one of the peelable PET films is peeled off, and only a length of 5 cm is bonded to a high-quality paper cut to a width of 2 cm. Peeling off the other part of the part bonded to high quality paper
The ET film is peeled off from the high-quality paper in the vertical direction, and a cutting condition of 5 cm from the end is observed. (See FIG. 1) Adhesive property: The adhesive layer is cut to less than 3 mm from the mark. Glue breakability: The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is cut from the mark to less than 3 to 5 mm. Poor adhesiveness ×: 5 mm or more from the mark is required until the adhesive runs out. The above results are shown in Tables 1 and 2. [Table 1] Comparative Examples 1 to 4 In the same manner as in the examples except that the following fillers were used,
The preparation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the preparation of a sample, and the measurement of the adhesiveness of the high-quality paper to paper and the cut-off property were performed. The filler used was as follows. MS: fine powder of benzoguanamine formaldehyde having a particle size of 2 μm (manufactured by Eposter Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd.) GB301S: glass beads having a particle size of 45 μm manufactured by Toshiba Barotai Co., Ltd. The results are shown in Table 2. Table 2 also shows the case where the same filler as in the example was used, and the value of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer / the particle size of the filler was out of the range of the present invention. [Table 2] According to the pressure-sensitive transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, a filler is added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the value of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer / the particle diameter of the filler is 0.6 to 8.0. By doing so, it is possible to avoid poor cutting due to stringing of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer while maintaining sufficient adhesive strength.
