【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、包装紙の表面に樹
脂フィルムをラミネートして、その包装紙の上部を開口
して折曲げ、この中に和菓子のような被包装物を収納
し、これをバケットに入れて間欠的に移送する時、被包
装物の停止位置の下部にエアー吹出部を設け、包装物折
込みシール時に包装袋の周りの側片の垂下を防止するエ
アー吹出部を設けた包装装置の改良に関するものであ
る。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来前記のような和菓子類を包装するに
は、和菓子1個毎に手作業によって行うのが一般であっ
たが、しがし、手作業では省力化できず、原価高となり
非能率的であった。 【0003】また、作業を合理化するため、予め包装紙
を所望の大きさに切断し、この包装紙を、口部を設けて
折曲げ、この中に食品類を収納して自動包装機械まで移
動して包装するものが存在するが、万全ではない。 【0004】前記した後者の装置では、口部ができるよ
うにして包装紙を折曲げると、その周りの延出させた側
片が、シールする場合に折れて垂れ、そのままシールす
る場合があり体裁を損なうため不良品として処理され
る。 【0005】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本考案の課題は前記従
来技術の欠点を除去し、不良品が生じない、省力化可能
な包装装置を得ることにある。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の手段は次のとお
りである。 【0007】包装紙に底部を設け、上部は開口して折曲
げた包装袋を間欠的に移送する手段を備えたバケットに
上部側を突出させて収納し、バケット停止位置の上部
に、昇降部材を設け、昇降部材の昇降で、包装袋内に口
部から挿脱可能な一対の成形板と、内側方向に側片の縦
折込みを行う一対の折込み片と、包装袋に対して点シー
ルを行う一対のヒータアームに設けたヒータブロックを
有し、かつ点シール後の包装袋を押える一対の押え棒を
配設した包装装置において、バケットの停止位置の下部
に、バケット内の包装袋に向けてエアーを吹出す複数の
エアーノズルを装備した吹上げ部を設けたことにある。 【0008】 【作用】包装袋1を間欠的に移送する移送手段のバケッ
ト2内に収納すると共に、バケット2が停止すると、停
止位置の下部に配したエアーバルブが動作して複数のエ
アーノズル3cから上方にエアーを吹出し、バケット2
に収納した包装袋1の突出した側片1aを吹上げ、折れ
て垂れることのないようにするものである。従ってヒー

aを挾んでシールする不都合がなくなる。 【0009】 【発明の実施の形態】図は、本発明に係るエアー吹上げ
部を設けた包装装置の実施態様を示したもので、搬送装
置と、側部縦折込みと点シール装置、及び搬送装置の停
止位置の下部側に設けたエアー吹上げ部とから構成され
る。 【0010】本発明の装置に用いる包装袋1は、樹脂フ
ィルムをラミネートした包装紙の底部を折曲げて成形
し、1内部に食品を装填する。この包装袋1を、従来と
同様にチエンに連結して間欠的に移動するバケット2を
介して移動するようになっており、所定の停止位置の下
部に、エアー吹上げ部3を配して停止位置に停止すると
ノズルからエアーを吹上げバケット2内の包装袋1の周
側片1aの突出部の垂れ下りを防ぐようにしてある(図

する昇降板7の案内板8を取付け、案内板8に取付けた
蓋片8aで昇降板7を案内する。また昇降板7にはシリ
ンダー台5側に設けたシリンダーからのロッド9の上端
側を連結して、シリンダーの動作で昇降を行う。 【0012】昇降板7に、点シール装置4の基板10を
設け、後記する薄型シリンダー11の取付け台10bを
備えた支持板10aを取付け、更に、基板10に、噛合
った一対の歯車12,12a(図2)を軸支する軸受1

に、L状に屈折し、先端にヒータブロック14,14a
を対応させて取付けたヒータアーム15,15aの各他
端を取付け、この歯車12,12aの一方の軸は、取付

イントを介して一端に連結した揺動レバー16の他端を
連結し、シリンダー11の動作で歯車12,12aを介
してヒータアーム15,15aによりヒータブロック1

折込み片20,20aで包装袋1の上部側の側部を縦方
向に内側に向けて折込み、更に駆動部材21の駆動が終
ると折込み片20,20aはスプリング22の付勢で折
込み位置から離れ、ヒータブロック14,14aは折込
まれた包装袋1をシールする。 【0015】またスライド取付け柱6に軸受体28を張
出し、軸受体28は平行で、一対の軸29,29を軸支
