Description

For example, the present invention can wrap a plurality of items to be packaged such as a box folded into a sheet shape before box making, a thin tray-like container, a container lid, and other thin objects having a thickness and shape that are easy to collapse. The present invention relates to a packaging device that can be used.

Conventionally, as a method and apparatus for packaging an article to be packaged as described above, for example, a tubular film material for packaging a plastic container is sealed and cut to form a free end, and then the tubular film material There is a method of packaging a plastic container of Patent Document 1 in which a plurality of plastic containers are inserted and packaged without restraining the free ends. However, in the above-described packaging method, a plurality of plastic containers are arranged in a horizontal row and inserted into a tubular film material or covered by covering the tubular film material from the horizontal direction. When a plurality of such thin articles are packaged together, it is difficult to convey the plurality of articles while standing, and it is not possible to cope with an operation of packaging items that are easily collapsed. Moreover, since it is only packaged, there exists a problem that a tubular film material is easy to produce a wrinkle and a slack, and the superposition | stacking state of the packaged goods is unstable and tends to collapse.

First, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, the pair of shutters 97 b and 97 b are opened, and an article B to be packaged in which a plurality of articles are stacked substantially vertically is sent from the carry-in conveyor 97 to the transfer device 90. It is transferred to the belts 91 and 91 and conveyed to the covering position d on the conveyance path. The upper seal of the first bag body F is performed when the film is set.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the tubular film f supplied from the supply device 10 is passed through the sealing device 20 at the sealing position a and the separation device 30 at the separation position b, and the opening device 40 at the opening position c. The both sides of the opening side of the tubular film f are adsorbed and separated by a pair of left and right opening rolls 41, 41, and are gripped by the opening rolls 41, 41 and the pressing bodies 43, so as to open to the left and right. At this time, the tubular film f is supplied to the opening in a necessary amount.

Next, the opening side peripheral portion of the tubular film f opened by the opening device 40 is gripped by four sets of chucks 51. Thereafter, the pair of opening rolls 41 and 41 and the pressing bodies 43 are released and returned to the initial positions. On the other hand, by the time the pulling device 50 starts pulling down, the entire package B that has been transported to the covering position d on the transporting device 90 is lifted substantially vertically by the first placement surface 95 of the lifting device 94 and is moved to the lowest level. The bottom surface of the packaged object B that has been stacked is lifted up to approximately the same height as the second placement surfaces 81, 81.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end side opening of the tubular film f gripped by the chucks 51... Is pulled downward while being opened to a size that covers the outside or the outer surface of the package B. When the upper seal portion of the tubular film f slightly passes through the separation device 30, the pulling is temporarily stopped, and the upper end side of the tubular film f is cut in the width direction by the cutting blade 31 of the separation device 30. Separate into two bags F. And the upper seal part of the tubular film f drawn out next is heat-sealed by the heating part 21 of the sealing device 20. Thereafter, the cutting blade 31 and the heating unit 21 are moved back to the initial positions.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the lowering is resumed, and the opening on the lower end side of the bag body F gripped by the four sets of chucks 51 is opened to a size that covers the outside or the outer surface of the package B. As it is, it is lowered below the first placement surface 95 and lowered until the entire outer surface of the article to be packaged B is covered. At this time, the article to be packaged B and the bag body F are covered in a relaxed and relaxed state.

After tensioning and holding in a state where the inner surface of the lower end side of the bag body F is close or in close contact, the lower end side of the bag body F is moved by the chucks 51 of the pull-down device 50 as shown in FIG. While gripping the bag body F, the pair of left and right second placement surfaces 81, 81 constituting the bottom seal device 80 are placed on both sides of the first placement surface 95 to a position where the package B can be placed. The product is slid in the horizontal direction along the left and right bottom surfaces of the article to be packaged B that protrudes from the portion, and is temporarily stopped. Then, when the first placement surface 95 is lowered to the descending end, the article B to be packaged is transferred from the first placement surface 95 to the second placement surfaces 81 and 81.

Next, as shown also in FIG. 9, the forward movement of the pair of left and right second placement surfaces 81, 81 is resumed, and the lower end opening of the bag body F pulled down below the first placement surface 95. While narrowing down along the bottom surface of the article to be packaged B with the second placement surfaces 81, 81, the inner side of the lower end side of the bag body F is brought into close contact with no wrinkles and gaps, and the bag body F is stretched to be packaged. A state where the entire outer surface of the object B is closely adhered is made. Thereafter, the left and right side surfaces of the bag body F covered with the package B while being held by the chucks 51 are pressed and held from the outside by a pair of left and right pressing bodies 66, 66.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 10, the pair of left and right holding plates 61 and 61 and the pair of front and rear holding plates 63 and 63 constituting the holding device 60 are mounted on the first mounting surface 95. After pressing and holding both front and rear surfaces of the article B to be packaged, the gripping of the chucks 51 of the lowering device 50 is released. The opening on the lower end side of the bag body F narrowed down by the second placement surfaces 81 and 81 is heat-sealed by the heating unit 85. Thereafter, the rod-shaped shaping bodies 71 are returned to the initial position.

Next, after the sealing is completed, as shown in FIG. 11, the holding plates 61 and 61 and the holding plates 63 and 63 are moved back to the initial positions where the holding of the package B is released, and the chucks 51 are moved. Move back to the raised position. Subsequently, the pressing bodies 66 and 66 and the second mounting surface 81 and 81 are moved backward to a position where they can be transferred, and the first mounting surface 95 of the lifting device 94 is raised to the rising end, and then the second mounting surface is placed. The surfaces 81, 81 are moved backward again, and the second placement surfaces 81, 81 are moved to the second placement surfaces 81, 81 by the relative lifting operation of the second placement surfaces 81, 81 and the first placement surface 95. Then, the first mounting surface 95 is lowered and transferred to the feed belts 91 and 91 of the conveying device 90, and transferred from the conveying device 90 to the carry-out conveyor 98. Supply to the next process. Thereafter, the bag covering operation is continued in the same manner as described above.

As described above, the upper end side of the tubular film f or the bag body F is heat-sealed by the sealing device 20, and the tubular film f or the bag body F having the lower end side opened is pulled upward on the outer surface of the packaged item B by the pulling device 50. Since the lower end side opening of the tube-shaped film f or bag body F covered on the article to be packaged B is heat-sealed and packaged by the bottom seal device 80, the article to be packaged has a thickness and shape that is easy to collapse. B can be packaged together while being stacked substantially vertically. Moreover, since the lower end side is sealed while pressing and holding the lower side surfaces of the article to be packaged B together with the pair of left and right pressing bodies 66, 66 together with the tubular film f or the bag body F, the tubular film f or the bag body F is sealed. No wrinkles or sags occur, and it closely adheres to the entire outer surface of the packaged item B, so that the stacked state of the packaged item B accommodated in the bag body F is stable and hardly collapses. Easy to handle.
