The balance adjusting device may be provided on the lower heat seal plate 31, on the upper heat seal plate 30 side, or on both the upper heat seal plate 30 and the lower heat seal plate 31 side.
Wherein, a lower heat insulation block 37 is arranged between the rotating pin shaft 36 and the lower cross bar 38, which can be used for temperature insulation.
In the present invention, the sealing position adjusting plate is connected to a fixing bracket 39, the upper end of the upper heat sealing plate and the lower end of the lower heat sealing plate are respectively provided with a sealing position adjusting plate 32, and further preferably, both ends of the sealing position adjusting plate 32 are respectively provided with a plurality of adjusting screw holes 40, and both ends of the fixing bracket are provided with a plurality of fixing screw holes corresponding to the adjusting screw holes, as shown in fig. 5, the upper sealing plate and the lower sealing plate are fixed to the fixing bracket 39 by the sealing position adjusting plate 32, and when the position in the horizontal direction needs to be adjusted, the adjusting screw holes 40 in other positions are changed to be fixed to the fixing bracket 39 by moving the sealing position adjusting plate 32, thereby achieving the adjustment in the horizontal direction.
In the present invention, the upper heat seal plate is provided with an upper heat insulating block 34, and the upper end of the upper heat seal plate is provided with an upper heat seal cylinder 28, and the lower end of the lower heat seal plate is provided with a lower heat seal cylinder 33. When the heat sealing mechanism is in an open state, the bag filled with the product reaches a sealing position, and the upper heat sealing air cylinder 28 and the lower heat sealing air cylinder 33 retract and close to carry out heat sealing on the bag; the proper conditions required by the sealing of the bag are achieved by adjusting the temperature set by the air pressure adjusting valve 29 and the temperature control meter and the heat sealing time; the upper heat-sealing plate 30 and the lower heat-sealing plate 31 are indirectly connected with the cylinder through an upper heat-insulating block 34 and a lower heat-insulating block 37 respectively, so that the normal work of the cylinder is not influenced by the heat-sealing temperature, and the service lives of other mechanical parts are prolonged; the lower heat-sealing plate 31 is fixed through a rotating pin shaft 36, and balance adjustment in the Y-axis direction is performed through a balance adjusting screw 35, so that good adhesion of the sealing surfaces of the upper heat-sealing plate 30 and the lower heat-sealing plate 31 in contact is ensured, and the flatness of heat sealing of the bag is ensured; the sealing position adjusting plate 32 can adjust the sealing mechanism in the horizontal direction, so that the proper sealing width of the bag and the sealing width of different bags can be conveniently controlled.
The packaging machine can solve the problems that the clothes packaging machine on the market at present is low in speed and low in automation degree, and various kinds of clothes cannot be packaged, such as surgical gowns, and manual packaging can be only used when materials of two surfaces of a packaging bag are different; the two clamping jaw air cylinders, the upper bag opening air cylinder and the lower bag opening air cylinder which are arranged at the bag opening part can be suitable for outer packages made of different materials, the sealing of a packaging bag in the clamping process can be realized on a horizontal line through the two clamping jaw air cylinders, the qualification rate of a product in the packaging process can be improved, the push plate air cylinder is arranged at the outer side of each clamping jaw air cylinder, the compression device is arranged at the inner side of each clamping jaw air cylinder, the adjustment of the packaging bags with different sizes in the packaging process can be realized, and the heat sealing position can be adjusted through the heat sealing part comprising the upper heat sealing plate and the lower heat sealing plate which are oppositely arranged, so that the heat sealing device is suitable for the heat sealing of products which can not be specified; the bag opening part comprises a bag opening cylinder, a connecting rod mechanism, a rotating shaft and a bag opening plate, the cylinder bag opening mechanism acts on the connecting rod mechanism to drive the rotating shaft to rotate under the action of the bag opening cylinder, so that the bag opening plate connected with the rotating shaft is opened, the bag is opened, a product is smoothly pushed into the bag, and the bag opening part is simple in structure, exquisite in design and small in occupied space; the bag is sleeved and opened integrally, and the bag is opened in a rotary mode, so that time can be saved.
