らず、ビル設備機器の監視を遠隔監視に移行できない最

置15に異常情報を送り1Aの対応要員の対応を促す。
また1Bで対応すべき時間帯の場合には、配信装置19
に異常情報を送り1Bの対応要員の対応を促す。同時
に、当該異常情報はファクシミリ20を経由して監視装
置30のファクシミリ34にも送信される。発報内容に
