する証明書自動発行機の運用監視方式において、前記証
明書自動発行機の近傍に設置され各部の状態を監視し制
御する監視制御装置が、指定された電話番号で通信回線
に自動ダイヤル発信する自動発信手段と、あらかじめ定
めた監視項目の監視情報を周期的に収集して監視情報フ
ァイルに記憶蓄積し一定期間保存する状態監視手段と、
前記監視情報ファイルに新規に蓄積された監視情報を前
記自動発信手段を介して所定の時刻ごとに指定の通報先
に報告する定時通報手段と、用紙,印字リボンなどの運
用消耗品の残量が規定値を割ったとき警告情報を前記自
動発信手段を介して指定の通報先に送信する補給予告手
段と、障害の発生を検出したとき障害情報をディスプレ
イに表示すると共に発生した障害の内容に応じてそれぞ
れあらかじめ定めた所定の通報先に前記自動発信手段を
介して通報する障害通報手段とを備えたことを特徴とす
る証明書自動発行機の運用監視方式。
