Description
Claims (15)
- 電子装置であって、
a.熱源と、
b.前記熱源に隣接する略矩形形状のバッテリであって、
i.第1と第2の主表面を有するバッテリと、
c.前記熱源と前記バッテリの第1の主表面のほぼ全部の双方に熱的接触をする熱レギュレータと、を備えることにより、
前記電子装置の動作中に、前記熱レギュレータを介して前記熱源から前記第1の主表面に熱が移動され、前記第1の主表面の温度プロファイルが実質的に均一となる電子装置。 - 前記バッテリの前記主表面の1つに隣接する近距離無線通信要素をさらに備える請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記バッテリの前記第2の主表面のほぼ全部と熱的接触をする前記熱レギュレータをさらに備えることにより、
前記電子装置の動作中に、前記熱レギュレータを介して前記熱源から前記第2の主表面に熱が移動され、前記第2の主表面の温度プロファイルが実質的に均一となる請求項1の電子装置。 - 前記第2の主表面と熱的接触をする前記熱レギュレータの部分の厚さは、前記バッテリの前記第1の主表面と熱的接触をする熱レギュレータの第2の部分の厚さの半分以下である請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記第2の主表面と熱的接触をする前記熱レギュレータの部分の面内伝導率と面貫通伝導率の異方性の比は60:1以下である請求項4の電子装置。
- 前記部分の厚さは0.50mm以下であり、前記第2の部分の厚さは1.0mmまでである請求項4の電子装置。
- 前記バッテリの前記第1の主表面に隣接するEMIシールドをさらに備え、前記第1の主表面は前記電子装置の前記外側裏面の反対に配置される請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記バッテリの外側の大部分を囲むEMIシールドをさらに備える請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記熱レギュレータは膨張黒鉛粒子の圧縮粒子の複数のシートの1つを備える請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記シートは周波数減衰材料が塗られている請求項9の電子装置。
- 前記シートは1つ以上のEMIシールド添加物を含む請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記熱レギュレータは、膨張黒鉛粒子の圧縮粒子のシート、黒鉛化ポリイミドシート及びそれらの組合せから少なくとも1つ選択されるものを備える請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記熱源の表面と熱レギュレータ間に熱界面材料をさらに備える請求項1の電子装置。
- 前記熱レギュレータと熱的接触をする第2の熱源をさらに備える請求項1の電子装置。
- EMIの懸念を発生するバッテリの任意の部分の周囲にEMIシールドをさらに備える請求項1の電子装置。
