Claims (10)
- ドリル構造であって、
シャンク部、および、
前記シャンク部の一端に設置され、最前端は刀面中心を設置する刃部、を有し、前記刀面中心二側は、後ろ斜め方向に、二つの対称な主刀面を形成し、前記の各主刀面は、刃先、背辺、および、外縁辺を有し、前記外縁辺は、前記刃部の外周面に沿って、前記シャンク部方向に延伸して、二つの螺旋側刃、および、二つの排屑溝を形成し、前記の各主刀面の前記刃先、および、もうひとつの前記主刀面の一部の前記背辺は、共同で、前記排屑溝の壁面に延伸する輔刀面を延設することを特徴とするドリル構造。 - 前記輔刀面と水平面の間は挟角を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記輔刀面の幅は、前記刃部の外径の20%〜80%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記の各主刀面の一部の前記外縁辺は、前記螺旋側刃に沿って、辺溝を形成し、且つ、前記辺溝は前記背辺に隣接することを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれかの一項に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記刃部は、頭部段、および、身部段に区分され、前記頭部段の最前端は前記刀面中心で、前記身部段の外径は、前記頭部段の外径より小さく、また、前記辺溝は、前記頭部段の前記螺旋側刃に位置することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記身部段の外径、および、前記頭部段の外径の間は、段差深度を有し、前記段差深度は、前記刃部の外径の1%〜20%を占めることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記の各主刀面と水平面の間の挟角は、5度から30度の間で、二つの前記主刀面はドリル角度を形成し、且つ、前記錐先角度は、100度から170度の間であることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれかの一項に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記刃部は、前記刀面中心から前記シャンク部方向に、順に、前段、中段、および、後段に分けられ、二つの前記排屑溝は前記前段で対称に分離し、前記中段で徐々に接近し、前記後段は部分的に重なることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれかの一項に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記シャンク部の材質はステンレス、前記刃部の材質は炭化タングステンで、且つ、前記シャンク部、および、前記刃部は、溶接、または、接着剤を利用して接合することを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれかの一項に記載のドリル構造。
- 前記シャンク部の一端面は内孔を設置し、前記刃部の一端は、挿設端を有し、前記内孔の内径は、前記挿設端の外径以下であり、且つ、前記挿設端が内孔に嵌入されることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれかの一項に記載のドリル構造。
