Claims (10)
- 複数の第1フレームと、複数の第2フレームと、複数の第1押さえ板と、複数の第2押さえ板と、複数の光電変換モジュールと、を備える太陽電池フレーム構造であって、
前記複数の第1フレームは、それぞれ頂凸部及び二つの側凸部を備え、前記頂凸部の頂面は二つの第1導水溝を備え、各前記側凸部は第2導水溝を備え、各前記第2導水溝が前記頂凸部の両側に沿って各前記側凸部へ凹設され、
前記複数の第2フレームは、二つの前記第1フレームの間に設置され、各前記第2フレームの頂面は第3導水溝を備え、
前記複数の第1押さえ板は、各前記頂凸部の頂面上を覆い、
前記複数の第2押さえ板は、各前記第2フレームの頂面上を覆い、
前記複数の光電変換モジュールは、二つの前記第1フレームと二つの前記第2フレームとの間にそれぞれ設置され、且つ各前記第1押さえ板と各前記第1フレームとの間、及び各前記第2押さえ板と各前記第2フレームとの間に設置されることを特徴とする、太陽電池フレーム構造。 - 各前記第1フレームの底面は、基台を備え、前記基台と各前記第2フレームとの間に収容空間を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 前記収容空間に設置される耐火層をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 各前記基台は、それらと対応する各前記第1フレームと一体に成形することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 各前記基台は、少なくとも一つのコネクターを介して対応する各前記第1フレームに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 各前記第2フレームの各端と、前記各端と隣接する各前記第1フレームとの間に隙間を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 各前記第3導水溝は、各前記隙間を介して隣接する各前記第2導水溝と連通することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 各前記第1押さえ板と、各前記光電変換モジュールとの間にそれぞれ防水ゴムパッキンを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 各前記第2フレームの頂面と、各前記光電変換モジュールとの間にそれぞれ防水ゴムパッキンを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
- 両端がそれぞれ前記第1フレームの一端と、もう一つの前記第1フレームの一端と嵌合する少なくとも一つの連結具をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池フレーム構造。
